This is pretty useless since the transactions are split up in multiple parts. (It was divided in 6 parts at the first dividend actually ) Edit:I know that it started with 11 shareholders of 5k+, 21 holders had 1k+ shares, and 243 had < 1k shares. At that point the # shares were ~163.5k

So keep in mind that this only tracks actual holders of AM shares. Any PT or micro-PT shares won't show dividend transactions since that's up to the original AM share owner to distribute.

There should be 400,000 shares visible from dividends, then the fact that some are used for PT (and therefore dividends are transfered to other persons) does not change anything here.

Monero's privacy and therefore fungibility are MUCH stronger than Bitcoin's. This makes Monero a better candidate to deserve the term "digital cash".

We find only ~65,000 ones, and Bitfountain does not hold all the rest?!

After seeing the Facebook page set up, i went to look into buying ASICMiner.com and/or ASICMiner.net. (To redirect to this thread or to a web page when friedcat wants). It seems that both web addresses have already gone, apparently through 2 different domain registrars. Did someone on here buy them or has ASICMiner lost its domain name?

Is http://www.asicminer.co/ an official site or a fansite? It says: Create a free website with Weebly at the bottom, which makes me suspect it's the latter.

I'm interested in buying shares in this group, but I'm not fully understanding of the process.
if I were to get say 100 shares at 2.5 BTC each what happens next? I do escrow and am then given an account to log into? How do the share holders speak/get money from the "company." ?
This is assuming I'm buying direct shares instead of PT( Pass Throughs ).

They are sent weekly directly to a public address of your choosing.
When you buy direct shares, freidcat is literally just changing the ownership of the previous address to your new address.

so how do I know that the address is being changed correctly or verify this if there is no login site? I just wait a week and assume it's changed and won't/cant be changed back?

Alternatively you could always buy passthrough shares from bitfunder or btct.

Friedcat seems to do everything himself. I worry what would happen if he got hit by a truck tomorrow and ended in a coma or worse a graveyard. Does he have people who can then take over the operation smoothlessly?

I think for a multi-million business like ASICMINER...they should have a back up plan.......ASICMINER is not one person business, it is impossible for one man to dealing with everything in this level...

But this multi-million company does not have a website and likely didn't even buy the domains asicminer.com/net in time, so all my love for AM appart, I wouldn't assume anything that one could assume from a "usual" multi-million company...
