I have one wallet with 1991 BYC and need to input capcha every 180 mins and the other wallet of 756 BYC and need to input capcha every 420 mins.
Dev,can you explain it ?

It is a know bug that POM will incorrectly calculate mining time when a wallet is over 1990 coins. so if i my balance is less than 1990 ,then I'll have longer time interval than 1991 ? Now I have 1989 BYC left in my wallet,I need to input capcha every 60 mins.  Please follow these steps to fix the problem. 1. Create a new BYC address. 2. Send yourself the coins to the new address. Make sure it is under 1990 coins you are sending to yourself. 3. Then use the new address as the Proof Of Miner address. DONE! 1989 BYC sent to a brand new wallet,after 6 confirmations I still need to input capcha every 60 mins. |

You can use the same wallet IF you are using separate addresses with coins. But if you try to use the same POM address on two different PCs, you will receive an error. |

I just split my 1901 byc into 2,it works.
Can I use different pc with the same wallet to mine ?
You can use the same wallet IF you are using separate addresses with coins. But if you try to use the same POM address on two different PCs, you will receive an error. thanks |

There are bugs about POM.
No matter what your balance is,as long as you send to the same mining address twice,the caculating will be incorrect. You have been mining Bytecent less than a day, and you have not taken the time to familiarize yourself with Bytecent by visiting the offical forum. |

Is there GPU miner ? No. Also, GPU miners do not give a significant advantage over CPU miners when disovering Prime numbers. CPUs are better suited for this task. |

Sorry, I missed your original question. In your bytecent.conf file add this: genproclimit =-x For example genproclimit =-6 If you alter your bytecent.conf file, you will have to start Wallet.exe manually. If you use the Bytecent quick start menu to launch Wallet.exe, it will reset your bytecent.conf file. |
