You're shooting yourself in the foot if you're putting basic information like that behind a forum registration. Also that link is not in this thread's OP.

Info can be found directly on Bytecent.com. Bytecent is targeted to non crypto users. They are not interested in coin specs.

This is Bitcointalk, where we are interested in coin specs. I also registered for your forum but there are no obvious threads in there that have the answers to my questions. Bytecent.com says there are 1440-2050 new coins generated daily, I assume this means the block target is set for 1 minute? The website does not say the emission curve (are there block reward reductions, and when?) nor total supply. Good cryptocurrencies generally tell you this information all in one place. There's no need to be cryptic about it.

1 The basic information is on the front page of the Bytecent website: http://www.bytecent.com Not sure how having the total coin supply and coins in circulation on the front page can be defined as being cryptic.

2. As I explained before, Bytecent is not targeted to crypto users, it is targeted to the general consumer. Our users do not care about block times..etc..etc. If that is information you need, there are over a dozen podcasts, and a wealth of information on BYCTalk.com. Use the search box.

I don't have the time to listen to the podcasts and I've searched the forum with relevant keywords. Can you just tell me here if/when block rewards are changed. This is what I'm after. Is it a steady 525,960 Bytecent per year for 62 years or does it increase or decrease and if so when?

I don't have that bug but sometimes when I open the wallet my POB is 25 which I know it is wrong and i should restart the wallet

Does anybody know what is the minimum fee for transactions? 0.01 BYC, 0.001 BYC, .... ? Huh I have lots of mined coins and sending them requires more than 7 kB data transfer (7 * fee)

No for exemple if I got one time a PPS higter than the average network. I got a pop'up whos said he stop mining. If I re-enter the captcha. All is ok excepted I don't mine and he said I got a pps of 0.
Restart the wallet fix it but what is the utility of stack coin when it's useless because dat can happend in 10min or in 3h... :p

For your bug. Is it always 25 or sometime you got another "weird/wrong" POB?

For the transaction fees I don't know a bit more clarity should be great Smiley

thank you for your answer but: No it is not always 25  Shocked.

Hi! As the difficulty goes up, the harder it will be earn a coin. However, the higher difficulty in mining coins should be offset by higher pricing. But it is anyone's guess what will happen as more people begin mining.

In regards to POB, the coins required depends on the current market price. One hour will always equal to approximately $3 per hour. Remember, these coins are never spent. You are just required to have the Bytecent in your wallet to mine longer. You can spend the coins anytime you like,  they are not locked from spending. You can mine without ever using POB, you just have to make sure you enter the captcha every hour.

according to current BYC price POB must be around 48~50 BYCs and it is when I restart the wallet

POB is pegged to BYC/BTC and BTC/USD value.

If BYC/BTC rise, POB is getting lower, if BTC/USD rise POB is getting lower too.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

I got a weird error  Huh

I moved my wallet and blockchain files to a new windows. When I tried to mine I got this message! (the first windows was shutdown)

" You must use one wallet per computer to mine"
  Shocked

This means I cannot mine on my wallet in different windows! If it's true what does the wallet backup means!? If sometimes I enforced to change my windows what should I do?  Undecided

Just create a new address and move the coins to the new address and use the new address for POB. You cant use one POB address to mine on multiple computers.
