Yes, 60% of the revenue will be distributed to coin holders.  The payout will be given on the platform itself, as if you hold the token it makes sense to trade on the platform as you will impact revenues.

Yes, 5% of the total number of coins issued will be put aside as a buyback fund and all of the revenues from the coins held in the buyback fund will be used to purchase coins that will in turn be burned.  Buy back reports as well as proof of remaining coins in circulation will be provided regularly.  This indeed means that coin holders will receive a bigger stake over time.

Nice to see another crypto exchange will be ready to start its services in future. They have nice plan about the future development of this project so that I hope it will be big platform when it will be ready.

The buyback fund basically holds 5% of the coins in circulation.  The revenue these coins receive will be used to buy back coins and burn them, therefore increasing the coinholders' stake over time.

Hi ealary, this is not a Japanese project no, although the Japanese do currently hold a large share of the exchange market. 

The team is based in Europe, the exact jurisdiction of the platform however will be revealed soon once the financial exchange licence is secured so that we do not give away our advantage to other platforms.  Most of the executive team members are on LinkedIn, the extended team should be updating their profiles too.

He worked for many years in banking then for a number of years as a representative for EOE Euronext exchanges.  He stopped a few years back to just trade forex, and more recently began investing in cryptocurrency last year.  He is a great asset to the team given his experience and is a key part of ensuring we tackle potential upcoming regulations and our licensing as a financial exchange.

There is definitely a need for more professionally run exchanges and potential upcoming regulation will cause a lot of issues for current platforms.  Furthermore, as crypto becomes more mainstream, platforms will no longer be able to get away with offering poor support and little communication as they will completely lose out to competitors who are properly structured.

The pitch is not simply the fee generated, but the platform itself which is built to a professional grade by people whos experience includes building platforms for the CME.  Also another big part of a platform that many overlook is the whole structure behind it, hence many platforms under delivering when it comes to support and communication.  As cryptocurrencies become more mainstream, this is something that platforms will not be able to get away with.  Furthermore, while our exchange is yet to be trusted, there is little known about most people who run exchanges and they more or less need to answer to nobody.  By bringing people on board at the ICO stage, we are not only building a user base to grow volumes, but also a community who's feedback will constantly be taken on board and implemented where possible.  On top of that, we are very close to becoming the first platform in the world to hold a traditional financial exchange licence and are positioned to work with the regulators rather than around the rules they implement.

As for the decentralized exchanges, we too are working on a decentralized wallet system.  However, even with the emergence of decentralized systems, those who trade cryptocurrency professionally or have portfolios they speculate with will need all of the trading tools in order to make sure then can manage their portfolio to the best of their ability, so there will definitely always be a need for professional grade trading platforms.

There is a softcap of $1M, this is to complement the angel funding raised and to ensure the platform could run for 2 years without revenue.

That being said, one of the main reasons for the ICO is to be able to gain users on the platform from the beginning and generate revenue within the first month of the platform being operational.  The softcap will mean that the revenue share kept by the platform can be put into marketing to grow the number of users exponentially over the first 12 months.

I have been trying to resolve a ticket of a missing deposit in my account for 3 days on Bittrex , and so far I can tell that their customer service SUCKS!!!!!

These exchanges have seen huge revenues over the last 6-9 months so there is no excuse for them not having a proper support structure by now.

Alttradex will have a proper support structure from launch, as this is something that over the years has seriously annoyed us as traders on these platforms.  Providing a proper service is like marketing gold as users will recommend their favourite platform to their friends and extended network.

Yeah Polo is one of the worst out there for customer service.

Just look at their fall from grace, one of the biggest volume platforms to near the bottom of the top 20.  I know I personally stopped using them for this reason.  It shows there is definitely a market for a proper exchange with a real structure.

Exactly, if you trade daily, over the course of month you can pay nearly as much as your account value in fees.  Holding Alttradex tokens will enable you to at least share in that revevnue.

No fee exchanges are great in theory, but a trading platform needs to fund the structure and support teams behind it.  Do not expect much in terms of service from a platform that takes no fees, in fact at the moment you do not get much from platforms that do charge fees.  Alttradex is setting out to correct this.

Unfortunately that is what the founders of Alttradex have experienced over the years.  Our CEO also lost out in the Mt Gox hack, where communication was non existent.

Fortunately, Alttradex is setting out to set a new standard for cryptocurrency trading platforms. Also, as more regulation comes in, platforms will not be able to get away with treating their clients the way they currently do.

I agree, the no fee exchanges seem like a great idea until you need support or regulation comes in as both of these will cost money.  That is why you see very few traditional no fee exchanges and those that you do see tend to have fees hidden in the spread.

Indeed, while the concept is very interesting, it is very difficult for said platforms to become profitable and it often comes at the cost of proper support.

With fee's being the way to profit from this coin we can basically invest on the popularity of the exchange.
But my thought on this is that the exchange with has the lowest transaction fee will become the leader in a few years,
where as this website basically requires to have a larger than necessary fee amount to help pay  the investors.

The Alttradex fees are lower than the average over the top 20 platforms.

A proper infrastructure behind the platform costs considerable money.  With no fee or extremely low fee trading platforms, the platform owners need to decide whether to invest in proper support & development or make a profit and we think you will find they will choose the latter 9 times out of 10.

Also users tend to gravitate to the platforms that have the best tools and a good customer support structure, as existing users act as ambassadors telling their friends and network, rather than the lower fee platforms.  There is little point trading on a sub par platform that will not respond when you have a problem if you are simply looking to save 0.1% and users who are interest in that are not our target demographic.

The amount of tokens is not visible, but since we can do the math accordingly, so its $ value / 4 + (20% for the first million $)= tokens amount

We have noticed this too, but it should pick up very soon.

Unfortunately a lot of people have put their money into rather questionable tokens that will never offer a return and that are dropping in price.  People have a fear of losing a small amount of money so they hold the tokens they bought but unfortunately it is likely a lot of tokens will keep on dropping.

Alttradex is structured differently and holders really will get value for their tokens.  Our pre-sale was succesful in raising $1.2M but from 17 larger investors so they obviously see the value in it, now we are hoping the smaller investors will do so too and come on board.

You could try contacting various webistes/youtubeur to have a look at your project, personnaly I heard of the project from Coin24. Without the article, I honestly wouldn't have known of your existence.

Yes, the minimum coded into the smart contract is $800k as this would bring total funding to the $2M we deem necessary to really deliver on our promises.

Given the number of signups and whitelist requests we had, we are surprised we have not been able to get close to the minimum already.

We are confident things will pick up though.

The ICO actually got pushed back to the 25th so it has only been up for just over 24 hours and there is still plenty of time for people to back it.

The way it is structured means that as the platform grows, the price should grow steadily without seeing any big drops as there is no incentive for anyone to sell a coin which they will get rewarded for holding.

Holders can keep their tokens wherever they like as long as prior to the distribution they put them on the platform.  However since the more trades, the bigger the volumes, the better the dividend, it would make sense for most token holders to keep their tokens on the paltform and use the platform as their primary trading tool.

The payout will initially be done within the platform itself.  As for the withdrawal fee, rather than charge a high fee like many exchanges do we will simply to Gas Cost +5% as the revenues exchanges generate from the trading is more than enough and withdrawal fees are a bit of a ripoff.

As mentioned by whoeier, James Fogden & Reece Milligan are from Monaco.  Reece Milligan also lives in Vilnius, Lithuania which is where Aleksej Klebanskij is based.  Bernard Van de Woude is Ducth but from near Monaco.

As far as we are aware, our signatures are not identical to the Modex ones.  Also, there is only so much you can do with the signatures on a forum so of course a number of signatures are going to look very similar.

As mentioned though, I know Mihai personally and if it was really such a big issue I have no doubt he would have Whatsapp'd me to ask me to change them and we would have done so happily.  

Now that you have come here to make a big scene though (with no ground to stand on because they are not identical), it is unlikely we go through the effort of completely re designing our signatures.

I would suggest you learn how to approach people to avoid similar issues next time.

They have raised that amount but there are accusations that they plagiarize the signature code, with that huge amount they can create a unique signature design which is much better than what they are plagiarizing right now, the dev should resolve this issue. it's not good for their incoming ico.

It's a real shame to see so little has been raised so far. The amount raised certainly doesn't reflect the quality of the project IMO. Hopefully something can be done to turn this around.

If the soft cap is not met in time all ICO backers will be refunded, yes.

We are struggling at the moment like many ICOs are, unfortunately despite considerable investment into marketing we are still failing to gain traction.  We are still working hard on trying to sort this out though as there is still considerable time left.

If all the money from the ICO is returned, what will happen to the coins sold on the pre-sale? If you say that the project collected $ 1.2 million, where can we see this amount? On a smart contract, which you provided only 7 thousand dollars.

The ICO is done via a smart contract.

The coins sold pre-sale were sold in Fiat currency to a group of investors.  A set amount of those funds is being used for marketing, the rest will be returned in case the ICO is not successful or will be kept should we decide to raise funds in a different manner.

This is all ridiculous, this Jayce person spends his whole time attacking other projects all because Signatures look similar.  He also claims not to run any other accounts but only seems to post every 2 weeks, moaning about other signatures, so either he has little to any productive input on the forum or he is posting form different accounts. 

It is a disgrace that people like him are allowed to roam the forums and have such a negative impact on projects which have considerable time and money invested in them.  The other person who downvoted our trust is a scumbag called Lauda who roams the forums being rude to people and putting everyone down when anyone other than him offers to run a bounty campaign.

This is something we will discuss with the group of investors but in order to really run an exchange properly, with support and the right growth campaign, it is likely we will need more funds to do so.

The exchange itself will be live in January 2018.  If the ICO is successful, we will launch then as planned.

If the ICO is not successful, we will consider other ways of getting funded as we are not going to waste all of the work so far.  Our ICO was as much a way of gaining new users as it was to raise funds.

Also, we do not have to prove anything, and we have told you several times: they are similar, not identical and there is only so much you can do in a signature campaign.

20 days to go & a hell of a lot of ground to make up to reach the minimum required funding. Are there any new marketing stategies in the works to try & get more exposure?

It seems that the signature "problem" was the least important of the problems of this ICO. The promoter is MIA since Nov 11, so we could bet it was just another scam ico. It's sad there are so many of these lately.

Is it true this news, if there is a problem in this project. What causes it to become crowded like this.
