RIP indeed Kabosu. I am not a shitcoiner but I do love animals, 18 is a good age for a dog though.

Observing $67,340.

Seems we are still ranging but perhaps confidence can be taken from a higher low. Surely we breakout soon and hit an ATH. Obviously I’ve been in this game a very long time. I know how it works but wow, even I am getting impatient.

3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can soccer players collaborate with gamblers to help them win there bet? on: Today at 11:17:09 AM
It’s called match fixing and it’s highly illegal. It happens though, there have been some very public revelations recently in the PL.

Imagine if it’s happening in a top 5 European League, how bad is it in less wealthy leagues where the players are earning less.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best LiveStreaming sport services? on: Today at 11:14:47 AM
I’ll be interested to follow this thread. I go to around 8-10 Liverpool games a season but when I’m not at the stadium, many games aren’t on TV here in the UK.

Would be good if we could get some good free streaming sites or services that don’t buffer or get taken down mid game. I’ve lost count on the amount of times I struggle to get a reliable free streaming site or service.

5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: Today at 10:56:14 AM
I'm not limited to English football; have you ever seen Juventus or Celtics fans post their invincible trophies and brag like Arsenal fans do every season? Only Arsenal feels the Invincible Trophy is bigger than the Champions League Trophy.. A discussion for another day.

Arsenal drew 12 games that season, ended up on 90 points. Man City and Liverpool regularly got over 90 points over the last 6-7 years and have done better in the CL than that Arsenal squad ever did.

Like you said a chat for another day but I don’t think they would have beaten peak Pep or Klopp teams. Arteta’s current Arsenal would give them a game.

It's a shitcoin, we get it. But it's all blockchain bruh.
Deal with it.

You must be new here.

"We" (royal perhaps?) do not talk positively about shitcoins and/or "blockchain" in these here parts.

I'm still very bearish because it remains a bear market until it breaks $70k heading north to $75k $80k.

This was a classic fake pump which could lead to even more red candles.

A bear market.

Oh gawd.   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Horey sheit...

Is that a lost puppy that I see?

Lol @ JJG, laying into rdbase, whatever an rdbase is Cheesy Grin

Shitcoiners coming into the WO, probably looking for Merit with low value posts.

‘Blockchain’ lol. Some people just don’t and possibly never will get it.

Nothing gets past our resident cop JJG.

I have noticed Paashaas seems like a bear in recent times. Maybe he sold too much and is a low-coiner now. He has changed a lot, maybe he’s just nervous about market sentiment, I dunno, disappointing.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Cøbra announces Bitcoin Core can now be downloaded in the UK on: May 23, 2024, 08:18:00 PM
This block on downloading Bitcoin Core from bitcoin.org in the UK has been in place for a while now due to Craig Wright and his BS suing anything that moves. Any way, due to UK law now rightfully stating that Craig Wright is not Satoshi the block is now removed.

Happy Days.

Cobra
@CobraBitcoin
Bitcoin Core Version 27.0 is now available for download at bitcoin.org/en/download.

The block on UK users downloading it is also now removed. For those that didn't know, it previously wasn't possible to download Bitcoin Core from the UK because of litigation. A good day. 🎉

Easiest bet I've ever placed in my life!

Went all in on Leverkusen and Madrid trophy lifts.

Atalanta 2-0 Leverkusen on 59 minutes. It’s going to take one of those special performances from Leverkusen that we’ve been seeing all season to save your ass here.

Leverkusen have been scoring late goals all season but maybe a step too far tonight.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the rich win gambling more than the poor. on: May 22, 2024, 06:50:28 PM
I don’t think the rich do win when gambling more often than poor people do. When rich people do win, they probably win more money than poor people do but that’s because they bet with higher stakes.

What they won’t tell you is that they lose more money than poor people do, because they are betting with higher stakes.

I don’t think rich people win more often than poor people do at all.

13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 21, 2024, 08:08:45 PM
Chelsea are a crazy club man. Pochettino was starting to get Chelsea looking like a good team again. He wasn’t responsible for most of the signings that haven’t gone that well. I think they should have given him time.

And now I see that the Ipswich manager is favourite to take over?

Crazy, crazy club.

@ESPNUK
Chelsea will likely seek a younger coach, with Ipswich Town's Kieran McKenna one name widely linked, sources have told ESPN 👀

15  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is $84k the Peak for Bitcoin? on: May 21, 2024, 05:34:52 PM
Very unlikely that $84,000 will be the cycle peak. If you’ve been in Bitcoin for more than 5 minutes then you will know this already.

The previous cycle high in 2021 was $69,000. We’ve never had a cycle where the ATH was so pathetic that it barely rose 20%.

🚨 BTC ETFs bought 3520 BTC ($235m) yesterday

That's 8x ALL the bitcoin mined

There is NOT ENOUGH bitcoin to sustain $70k

Strap in. God candle is coming 🚀

We’ve dipped under $70,000 but feels good to see bullish tweets like this. This guy is a great follow by the way.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: May 21, 2024, 04:53:34 PM
I’m not going to lie, I am happy the PL season is over. Once Liverpool were out of the title race and top 4 was secure we really had nothing to play for. Klopp is now gone, the greatest Liverpool manager of my lifetime, I will never forget him. It’s time to see what Slot can do, we certainly need to do some good transfer business to compete with Man City and Arsenal plus the CL.

I’m turning my attention towards the Euros, Copa America, the tennis at Wimbledon and having a damn good summer.
