Fingers nervously tapping table...  Headplant!

Put some more gravy on those mash-tatos.

Could you check the status of my sig. campaign.  Am I active?  Haven't received anything as far as eggs in telegram.

He did say today but if only a slight performance it's worth waiting.  Pretty sure it will surpass current offerings.

I like rabbits!  But I really want to see this competition push the limits.... its all healthy fun and everyone benefits.

So with the price still declining... are people still mining and holding in hopes of a comeback or has everyone jumped back to ETH?

Normal that price is falling while the supply is increasing.
We are not at the full block reward yet.  It will be interesting to see in about 3 weeks time where the price falls or climbs.

Your break is well deserved sir!  Unfortunately it's like Xmas for us when you release a new version and everyone wants the newest thing.  Can't wait! Shocked

I ran into bsod trying to reinstall full latest amd catalyst drivers in win 10.  Windows reported "watchdog" as the problem, will delete mining software and then try to install.

At least on a low end cpu i-0 provides the highest hashrates on 4.0.  Thanks Claymore!  No complaints about fee whether Eth miner or Zcash. EVER!
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v4.0 on: November 11, 2016, 06:27:50 PM
It must be something on my computer or firewall or opening a port.
Profibility changes daily.  My observation of zclassic was a couple days ago.  Its currently not a stable coin to mine due to support and longevity.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v4.0 on: November 11, 2016, 06:17:11 PM
Yes.  Claymores miner does work for zclassic but currently not as profitable.  Tested on 3.1.

I need help resolving high latency shares currently getting avg. 500ms on US servers regardless of pool.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v3.0 on: November 09, 2016, 04:14:31 PM
Getting high avg. share times of 600ms+ on pools.  I'm on the west coast usa.  Any suggestions?  I do have a fast internet connection.

How do you solve gpu 0 running lower speeds when connected to a monitor?  Go headless with teamviewer or is there a variable in the .bat I can add.
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v2.0 on: November 07, 2016, 04:13:20 PM
hello everyone
i am mining ZCASH with 5 rx 470 4gb oc cards with modded bios. windows 10 64 bit, driver crimson 16.9.1 with flypool.org.

my gpu giving me speed

GPU0 11
GPU1 40.01
GPU2 40.448
GPU3 42.123
GPU4 40.033

why GPU0 giving only 11?
i try mining only with GPU0 card than it giving 40+ hashrate but if i mine with 5 cards than it giving too low hashrate.
and i try with all miners but same problem and i tried with other pool to same problem
so whats the problem?

I had a similiar issue but not that drastic.  Assumed it was the load of your desktop if you have a connected monitor.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v2.0 on: November 06, 2016, 10:28:00 PM
No problems yet with 2.0.  My rx480 8gb went from 42 to 50 stock settings and r9 290 from 45 to 55.  My r9 390 didn't improve much from 34 to 38.  My rig isn't headless is that why my main gpu (390) is less?
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v1.1 on: November 06, 2016, 05:19:28 PM
All this talk about price drop is irrelevant at this point.  Do you really believe it would maintain above Bitcoin?  It's supply and demand.
I get tired of hearing short term speculations.  How about all those die-hard souls who mined Btc from the start, where are they now?  It took a couple years and that's only because it was the first and unknown at the time.

Claymore, hope all is well and thanks for your candidness of the situation.  Looking forward to more optimization to get us closer to your original goal.

I sold all my r9 280x's, 290x's months ago but I'm sure efficiency will run the game looking forward.
Are rx470's, 480's still the way to go for efficiency?  Restocking my rigs in the coming weeks.  (Much rather run a rig at 700w instead of 1100w).
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v1.0 on: November 04, 2016, 04:12:54 PM
Can't wait to get off work to try this.  Thanks Claymore for all your efforts.  I'm sure there is more headroom for improvement but 100 sol/s seems pushing it but I hope I'm wrong.
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v7.3 (Windows/Linux) on: November 02, 2016, 03:30:57 AM
100 sol's on a 390 holy b-jesus! Claymore, so glad to see you doing this.  You helped change the game for Ethereum mining now let's see what's capable for Zcash.  You again hopefully can set the bar.  As far as the other mining software and dev's you can't complain.  Most work well enough but this news makes their miners look like a cut/paste-youtube-lesson on c++. This coin isn't all hype it by far has years of research and development and a strong Dev team behind it.  Haven't been excited like this since late 2013.  Best wishes Claymore and thanks for the community support.

Guys I am trying to set up the following rig:

Asrock H81 pro btc
16 gb ram DDR3
6 x XFX RX480 8gb
6 x PCI 1x 16
SSD external memory
Intel Pentium G3260
1200 w PSU
WIN 10 64 bit

I would like to install the latest version of Claymore's dual miner on it, the problem is that the PC can not even run the 6 GPU's all the same time apparently, without anything installed on it yet, but Windows (I am helping which is setting it up and we are about 2000 miles far from each other, so this doesn't help).

Windows starts normally if only 3 GPUs are connected, but a black screen will come off if we try to connect all the 6 GPU's.

Any idea?

Also which drivers would you recommend for the XFX RX480 8gb? Is the latest crimson driver ok?

Any help would be deeply appreciated, thank you!

I have a few of these boards setup and they can be quite fussy, try adding the 4th GPU into each spare slot in turn.

For example, 1 of the H81s will not work at all, if the x16 slot is used so that rig only gets 5 cards :/

You mean to try the slots one by one? So it could be a mobo problem?
Powered risers would help but definately connect mobo molex connector to the psu to give juice to the pcie slots.  If using windows all should be good.  I had problems with Linux on that mobo.

Trust is a 2 way street.  Use escrow if you don' t trust established members.  Good Luck!
