101  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: October 18, 2014, 07:48:37 PM
You guys are just giving icebreaker permission to once again spew verbal diarrhea with these cyclical arguments.

Fact is that HF offerred full btc refunds ONLY to aquire more customers.

They did not intend on actually giving the full btc refunds unless they made a profit doing so. (If the price of btc drops). They were gambling on the exchange rate and they lost.

According to icebreaker it's your fault for not being a psychic who would have known from the start that they are greedy scammers who don't give a rats ass about a contract but everyone else will agree it's not the victims fault.

This whole argument about btc vs usd refunds is pointless because hashfast could would not do either.

Hashfast is a fraud for losing 100% of their customers preorder money when production costs should have been no more than 10%. Simple as that.

I propose to quote this post every time that idiot replies.

Thanks for clarifying, and making your threat  a little less vague but a lot less creepy.  For what exactly are you going to sue me?
Do you really want me to spoil all the fun in it? Just wait and see.
103  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: October 16, 2014, 04:59:35 PM
I'm not sure whether to be disturbed or flattered by your obsession with me!  Please clarify.   Tongue
My obsession with you? I'm not the one that has to discredit the other in everyone of his posts to generate discussion and have someone answering his otherwise ignored bs.

The list, since that you are so interested, is, off course, the one of people I promised almost a year ago I would sue.
104  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: October 16, 2014, 03:29:45 PM
OTOH, all you've done recently is threaten to put me at the top of some list, then refused to clarify the exact nature of your creepy intentions.
Save that kind of bs for your lawyer.
105  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: October 16, 2014, 07:28:09 AM
...and the shit talking continues...

Does anyone know if there is any serious progress happening?
The only people who know are bound by NDAs, so everything you have left is IceBreaker. I suggest you to take what he is saying and multiply it by ^-1, you should get a clear view of the situation.
106  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: October 15, 2014, 11:28:37 PM
I don't think Phinn's and your debunked conspiracy theories about secret mines and secret wallets panned out any more than cedivad's months of bragging about how his lawyer was going to easily put people in jail.   Cheesy
You have yet to see me start trying, and I wouldn't brag about it if I were in you, since that you are high on my list.

As always, the rest of your nonsense when not deliberately misleading post doesn't deserve an answer.
107  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: October 14, 2014, 05:45:46 PM
anyone know if there will be criminal charges laid? and what happen to the bitcoins they hold? and what will the IP be worth to pay off their creditors?
Which IP? How much do you think it to be worth? They claim to have like 5 BTC.

Troppe vacanze, diego! Troppe vacanze.

Someone is copying from HF's book.
110  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: October 08, 2014, 09:01:12 PM
Proof of claims should only be filed against Hashfast Technologies LLC (case 14-30725) and not the other HashFast company?
Yes, but the deadline passed. The two cases were "substantively consolidated". If you don't disagree with them with your credit there wasn't any need to file anything.
111  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] IceDrill.ASIC IPO (235 Thash Mining Operation powered by HashFast) on: October 05, 2014, 07:03:17 AM
AFAIK they don't have a claim in HF bankruptcy, they didn't take MPP insurance. (for whatever it could have been worth).

Icedrill the was the first to receive hardware and I think the only one who got their order fulfilled.
Digimex filed a $5M proof of claim within the HF bankruptcy.
112  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitcointa.lk, the Bitcointalk community with a 2014 forum software on: October 02, 2014, 05:59:27 PM
best thing about bitcointa.lk forum is we can see deleted post from this forum there Smiley
hmm i see link account feature. can i link my account and post there?
after that my post will appear in this forum?
The (now most probably broken) link account feature would allow you to literally link the two accounts, as in, verify that you own the .org account you are linking from, and do a couple of interesting things like using .org from .lk, with a browser extension posting the same messsages on .org for you.

I will put a look into those issues. It has been too long.
113  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: September 30, 2014, 12:16:06 PM
Guys, don't feed the troll. Let him roast with our BTC. Once that this story is over and he will be either in jail or here changing arguments yet another time we will have time for the last laugh.

At least you're not as crazy as Davide, who still clings to the fantasy of HF self-mining.
It took you only one year to get my name right.

Like new restaurants, most high-tech start-ups fail.
Restaurants with $20M in preorders and $15M+ in debt. Or "startups" with the same finances. That didn't fail to make profit, but to deliver afterwards...

You see? It's worse than talking to a wall. Let's let the wall echo itself.

You came back from the tomb to send your love for my post, Ralph. I appreciate that.

From the FTC's filing yesterday, called "Plaintiff's Reply Suggestions of Points and Authorities in Support of Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Other Equitable Relief:

"After filing this action, the FTC discovered that when Defendants finally manufactured products, they first used them to mine Bitcoins for themselves under the guise of testing--a process that [is] referred to as 'burning in.'  Former employees and Mr. Zerlan, admitted that Defendants mined Bitcoins with customer equipment.  Defendants likely mined for themselves on each and every machine before they were shipped to consumers.  one former employee stated that Defendants would run up to 500 Bitcoin mining machines in three separate 'burn-in' rooms at the same time.  Another former employee testified that some machines were 'burned in' for up to two days, even though testing usually required only 10 to 30 minutes, and that Defendants generally did not ship out machines until they had manufactured machines to be burned in in their place.

Defendants not only engaged in this practice despite repeated and public denials, but kept the Bitcoins they generated for themselves.  Moreover, Defendants did not need to mine with customer equipment in order to test it.  A 'test-net' exists, which enables machines to be tested without being used to mine.  In fact, one employee inquired with company management as to why they chose to test by mining rather than using the test-net and was told that the company would not make any money using a test-net."

The first batch of BJ was sent with the private key of the supposedly mined bitcoins... But what about every other batch?
116  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: September 26, 2014, 03:47:28 PM
Is there any expected time frame on how much longer this court case will draw out?
I've recently meet someone (completely unrelated) that keeps repeating "As long as necessary".
Anyway no, not even filing the claim is required, if you don't disagree with their schedules.

Sure, you might as well get out before the scheme collapses.

If there is something I'm happy with after this ScrewFast experience, is that I have incredibly widen the detection range of my scam scanner. And hell, that things rings all the bells. Good luck referring people!

Where did you find that? Most of TMSC's 28nm lines are 300mm, the rest are 200mm. Last summer they were talking about 450mm being ready 2016-2017
http://www.brightsideofnews.com/2013/06/03/tsmc-future-revealed-450mm-wafers2c-16107nm-finfet2c-cowos-more/
Ok, then a 300mm wafer could fit in there. My bad. How tall is edward? Let's work out the size of that thing! Cheesy

http://hashfast.com/category/golden-nonce-asic/
^^ is that the size of the die or of the substrate?
