I just caught up to these tickets. this is not Avalons problem nor we will aid in resolving it.
In this case, We are simply not going to honor the change of address, because this is a reselling/hosting/loan deal and this happens outside of Avalon control and must deal with the person who ORDERED these units.
as in, this unit will go to the original address Thaigo put on this order, which is neither rodigorc2's address, or the current "new" address he is changing to. Avalon does not "aid" the reselling of these orders, especially for reasons like this.

BOTTOMLINE: if you want to resell. buy it first, have it delivered and ship it elsewhere yourselves.

What I do know is when your order status = processing ... you're in trouble. Yifu said "It will cause delay once we start shipping" This appears to be true, I'm still waiting on my Avalon batch 1 unit because of this. But Yifu promised to correct this mistake and ship my unit first thing on Monday. all batch 1 orders are either pending or completed, since it's being shipped. batch 2 and 3 is are either pending, on hold or processing, since it has not shipped. that information is outdated. If you paid and have on-hold status, you should sent a email to bitpay, for whatever reason we did not get the callback from bitpay regarding your order.

Also we are in the same situation as you, waiting on information from the shipper, if they tell us what's wrong with it, then we can fix it. You can complain publicly as much as you want, but nothing is going to change until new information is provided to us.

Good to know that you feel sorry about this troubles... above is a example of people who try to put words in other people's mouth. Words in your mouth? I asked you a question. It was not rhetorical. You can answer yes or no. I don't have the answer to that question, thus I asked it. clearly we are on the hook, Avalon is more than a product to us. I thought this was clear from the beginning. There is just not much we can do at the moment about people who haven't gotten their orders AND are not flagged as problem shipments due to various issues.

I called DHL today and they have nothing coming to my address in Canada. I have emailed Yifu numerous times. I have private messaged him and opened 2 support tickets. I have been polite in all my messages. I have done everything I can to get an update on my shipping situation. I continue to receive no response from him.
My order was placed and paid on September 23, 2012. My shipping address and phone number are correct. As a customer I did everything quickly and correctly.
Where is my batch 1 Avalon?

Were my bitcoins not the right color? you are in the same boat, but you guys already knew that no? I've contacted people that's on the list of problem shipments once I get it back from the shipper, and if I've not contacted you, it is probably because you are not on the list, and if you have not received a unit yet, you'll probably show up on that list. and since you already provided the full info, I'll just pull it from the ticket once it shows up and inform you. but right now, I got nothing.

What is to be done if you did not pick the Bitpay option?
The status of the order remains "on-hold," and there does not seem to be an option to pay.
you picked the chinese option without being able to read chinese? o.O? My browser did not show any Chinese. It just said "BTC" with some other numbers which I assumed was a glitch. I selected this over Bitpay because I had heard of some issues last time around, but I guess those have been solved. /facepalm I sure hope it isn't out of stock right now. you might wanna re-order...

What about it? afiak it shipped awhile ago, let me see if you are on the list of problem orders. To shred some light, you can ask libertybuck, that was a group order, we didn't in fact allow people to order a lot of units per person. and as for payment site bellying up, that was totally our fault.
I don't know if you posted this elsewhere, but I want to thank you for owning that. yeah in a earlier news letter we explained why we took the risk of keeping changing eCommerce platform and payment processors each round because this is such a rare chance to stress test their systems simulating some real transaction levels for that brief moment. Since this was also such a high demand product, we probably won't lose customers because of it. We made the call and some customers suffered. Think about how many orders a credit card processor process a second? I defend our decision.
