Let's get somethings straight here.

1. the original terms of the trade-in is batch #2 price, at $1600 USD worth of bitcoins, nobody actually paid for the 300 discount deal as the store was down.
2. I simply duplicated the order after I saw your PM, as seems you did not receive the emails.
3. the price 17 bitcoins is correct for the time, which is about 80 days ago.
4. I will continue to honor the $1600, which goes out to be about 12.8 bitcoins at the moment.

If you did get the emails, why not just reply to PM telling me the price is wrong or those are not the original terms?

Also, I no longer have the boards, you can either get a 15 bitcoins refund, or pay the 12.8 bitcoins.

nope, Anti76 sent his wire in Jan. This is another wire made on the Feb 11, or 13th, I forgot which.

To be honest I am at fault here, but really I didn't think to check for wires that late since I gone through my 2012 wires multiple times (for anti76 and others ) and did not find his originally so I dismissed it.

After he told me his order number I wondered who is paying this guy to shill me out, because I've looked into this before. Alas I looked all my records and found it.

We did mention in the last email they were already in hand, are being sent out. this email is just to address those people who still wish to get refunds even if their order is "prepare-shipping" which is the 400k+ chips.

Alright guys, got some good news, here's the two big ones.

1. chips from wednesday arrived just fine, they are being split/packaged for shipment.
2. we are going to open refund for all orders, not just june 1st/15th or what not.

Let's see, 2600 chips per pack, 6 pack per box, 24 boxes. ~ 350k chips,
80 chips per module, assume 3 modules per unit, 600+ units ~ 150k chips.
plus addition 500 modules x 80 chips = 40k chips.

not to mention trade in, batch 2 left over and what ever else.

well, phishing/requests have been coming in for a long time now, but this is why I sent out a email to all the orders owners emails address to confirm the refund is indeed happening, or not.


Rest of the stuff you said, I agree. We are a team of 4 people ( it'll stay that way for reasons I'll not get into for the time being.) and we will learn and grow as a team, I have no problem admitting to issue and mistakes. The only got I really got to comment on is the chinese reseller chip thing you mentioned that keeps coming up over and over. As far as I understand it, some one ordered ~2k chips from somebody in china, then a whole shit storm starts on how we have been selling chips to resellers and delaying everyone else, this simply is not true. I said before(and been ignored.) more than 50% of the chip orders originates from china. We've shipped out chips, a few hundred thousand a best so far. there is simply no resellers with volume. People keep asking for evidence on how we have NOT "sell-out" to these resellers, but where is the evidence on the fact they have chips?

Anyhow, If people think I'm trying to screw the people who ordered from 15th to the 22th of June that is just silly, and false in their assumption. Here's the new deal,

The form will extend to orders made before the 22nd, which is exatly 10 weeks. and every order after, on the date it is suppose to ship, we'll send out a email asking if a refund is desired.

While I have no problems issue refunds, compensating for delay and such, I got no patience for people complaining when their orders are not late. Not too surprisingly, the people complaining the loudest are people whose order are not late yet(so more people refund and they can get their chips earlier maybe?), and people who have no orders(standard trolls of bitcointalk).

Most people who have chip orders are much more understanding to the situation, whom are either taking refunds, or working out some sort of compensation model.  

they are ordered on june 15th, not due june 15th... the lead time is 10 weeks, so yes, 1/2 weeks late is correct.

currently overwhelmed, but I'll look into it, I don't have a problem with refunds if that was indeed a problem, but I do get a lot of shills that jumps on the brand wagon with batch 2 walletbit problem to request a refund for non-existing orders.

even right now, people are putting order number into that refund form for chips that does not exist, ( and in a phishing manner like consecutive order numbers, we don't use consecutive numbers for orders.)

update timeline, give refunds to those that request it? I don't think anything changes. though, I highly doubt something will happen to it, since they are from the testing facility, it's not like I'm waiting for customs this time, but I've learn to not make promises for third parties. we'll deal with it as it happens.

form says 15th, typo in the newsletter. I think half a week late is pretty good, if chips arrives on wednesday and we send them out no? if they do not arrive we'll work out something else.

I'm aware, I was commenting on him in particular, his order is made on june 24th, I'm not even behind yet.

also there's a typo, the form says 15th, which is exactly 2 and half months ago from today.

what? with lead time of 8-10 weeks agreed upon ordering, some orders made after june are not even suppose to ship yet, why would we offer refund for them.

it simply says since chips are arriving, we believe we will be on time, if not, a new refund form will be made.
