I have been using e-coin for a while with no problem and I made a lot of transactions with unverified account because I see the limits is ok with me suddenly days ago I withdrew from my PayPal account $108 then my card got blocked for no reason and asked me for verification and I submitted my passport (chile) and my bank account statement (UK)
And yesterday they informed me via email that my documents is rejected because my documents doesn't match I have no idea why but I don't know why it blocked from the beginning I read the TOS and I did not violate anything I'm sure of that so I need help to verify my account I'm gonna lose faith in this company if they did not resolve this and how they gonna refund my money if the problem did not resolve because I withdraw the money from paypal???

Are documents verified faster if you are from the States or the accounts for documentation treated the same as the European customers who register for a card with you?
Usual procedure for companies operating out of America usually process the customers from the United States faster because they are use to the documentation submitted to them for verification purposes and are in the know of what to check for in order to validate them and send them out as verified to you as opposed to EU/UK.

Today I'm trying to load my debit card, but the payment is pending half a day. Though it usually was taking a minute. https://i.imgur.com/YFanePn.pngWill it finish today? Also, some other things which are really annoying, at least for me: 1. Every other time I try to load my debit or virtual card, I'm getting "Service unavailable" or some other error. Even if it succeeds, the process is very slow. 2. When logging in, reCAPTCHA is sometimes invisible, so I have to reload the page 2-3 times to see it. When I tick the "I'm not a robot" checkbox, it always asks me to "Select images with", though I'm logged in my Google account and it passes automatically on all other websites, except yours. You could enable reCAPTCHA only for unsuccessful logins. 3. Transactions history is extremelly slow. 4. Customer support is extremelly slow. 5. Email and SMS notifications are really annoying. I understand it is a security feature, but could you at least make an option to disable these notifications for deposits and card loads? 6. Once loaded, you cannot withdraw funds from virtual or debit cards. Was your issue solved? Hi, I'm from Chile. In January I was able to withdraw from paypal, (with no bank associated), to e-coin card (virtual) successfully. E-coin account is verified. But now I don't see withdraw option in paypal.
I have sent an email to paypal support, They told me I need a Visa card from my country (Chile) to do withdraws.
Please, can you confirm withdraws from paypal to e-coin are not more an option.

Update: I talked with Paypal support and withdraws are working now. I Bought some btc with e-coin card. How much should I wait to see them on btc balance? I am using e-coin.io and my rate for it is 3.7/5. Basically it is good service BUT a few times per year it is not working for some hours. The card works perfectly... But the website is a bit problematic (not stable). It can slowly loading or do not show balances etc. Hope that in future they update their website.  In major situations I like the wirex but sometimes it is very annoying because of site issues! We are sorry for the inconvenience.Hopefully, everything will be solved very soon Please stay tuned! |
