First of all, it was a question, not a statement. If spend limits are set to $1000, how do you allow users to spend more. Check the ticket 70754, to understand what I'm talking about.
I checked the ticket. The support team already is working with the bank to solve it, as you cannot verify your account. Thank you for your patience Good, thank you, will wait for solution. I think you'll have more such complaints, as old users felt under these new limits out of the blue sky. It's ok for new users after these new limits was set, as they were informed about it.

I have received m'y débit cardio yesterday and i load one btc over. All IS OK.
Now, i try to withdrawal 900 euros ans it seems impossible because amount IS excedeed.. First using already problèms. I need this money for today.
Moreover, i send id picture and adresse vérification 3 days and it still on pending. IS that normal?

Please contact support for the second issue. Regarding verification, Please remember verification is performed by the bank and usually takes between 7-10 working days. Once documents are verified (or rejected), you will get an email notification. Also, bear in mind is possible we face processing delay from the bank due to the high number of applications. If you think verification of your documents is taking too long, please contact support team, and we will try to facilitate the process for you.

Wouldn't that be considered strange business practice to anyone else? What is the reasoning to exclude the largest population that is debit in the entire world with a debit card/credit card? Do they know they are missing out on huge profits there?

Do they know they are missing out on huge profits there? if it was our decision and choice, mate, we would be there not tomorrow, but yesterday! Unfortunately, our partner bank cannot issue cards to US addresses, and that's not their decision or choice either, it's what regulators enforce. Getting into the US market is a hell of a task due to extremely heavy regulation, different for every state. We are looking into ways of getting there, but don't have the projected time frame just yet

Well, There are two stands on this issue: 1) Unfortunately, We do not support USA. Meaning, We cannot issue and ship cards to USA at the moment - it is a limitation of the card issuing bank. So basically, the question is mood, as we don't operate in the US. 2) For all our users, verification is performed by the bank and usually takes between 7-10 working days. Once documents are verified (or rejected), the user gets an email notification. Although, it is possible we face processing delay from the bank due to the high number of applications. Just as you described, It will be blocked by the bank upon receiving money. They will request us for you to verify your account. And If you cannot verify it, it will take up to 4 months for the bank to do the chargeback. So please, keep in mind you NEED to verify your Wirex card in order to do this transaction. If they didn't change anything since the last time I have used them then the virtual card should a Visa one and the physical card should be MasterCard, there is no Maestro.
