Suggestions are highly recommended. Please give us some time.

They are using bots to massively impersonate forum users. Using some sort of human verification on the registering form like a captcha or simple questions regarding the project would immediatly discourage them and stop botting the forms.

105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin Exchange Platform is looking for testers on: June 14, 2020, 01:10:59 AM

Overall the design is good,it's smooth, clean and fluid. The dark and light theme is a good feature, maybe more themes in the future would also be good.

The tools put at disposal for trading are the typical standard trading tools, they are diverse and with many options, no complains about that.

The settings page is still short and only has api generator, probably still under development. Few suggestions: more information about api features and add to the page other settings opton like double authentification, user activity logs etc..

All in all, I think the only thing left for an initial opening is finishing the profile page and conducting some more trading/security tests and as time goes more features will eventually be implemented making the exchange more complete overall.

YOUengine labs was supposed to launch 1st June according to the roadmap, any news about that? Research and development is a crucial step to any starting and rising company/project, we should get more informations about this.

108  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Paywithmoon on: June 10, 2020, 12:20:39 PM
Moon currently supports shopping on a limited number of sites, but soon you’ll be able to shop on any of your favorite e-commerce websites, like eBay, Ali Express and Target.

They are still on a early phase that's why you see only Uber Eats. They probably need some time to sign cashback offers with other companies. What's intezsrting though, is that they support Lightning Network which is pretty unique nowadays with these kind of cash back services.

110  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Brave browser hijacking links and affiliate codes! on: June 08, 2020, 04:32:13 PM
Brave has became a shit project/shit token in my eyes the day they implemented mandatory kyc. Stick to basic ad blocking, disabling javascript(no script extension on chrome and firefox), flash (flash block extension) and if you want to push it you can also disable Flash and HTML5 if you're that paranoid and you're basically using Brave features (probably better) minus the bullshit they do to users like kyc ref links etc..
111  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ⚡️[ANN] Play Vanilla Conquer And Earn BTC √√√ on: June 08, 2020, 12:20:33 PM

We will allow images but if you pay fee is it take time??
As soon as you pay the fees and the transaction confirms, you get the copper member title and can post images right away.

Very interesting concept of having an economy for a game. Will there be buy backs of the gold to support the economy? The withdraw amount (0.01 BTC) is too high for a start in my opinion.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain is Watching You: Profiling and Deanonymizing Ethereum Users on: June 08, 2020, 08:32:08 AM
For Ethereum blockchain privacy/anonymity shouldn't be the first priority, who cares? Ethereum is not Monero, it was never designed to be a privacy crypto coin, I'm a fan of Ethereum and I have my bag of eth but privacy is the least I want for the project.
You completely missed the point. The point made here is that a lot of people think that if a coin is using a blockchain,it's automatically making their transactions anonymous which is clearly not the case. Ethereum is pseudo anonymous so are most cryptocurrencies, if users aren't careful they can easily be deanonymized. In short: If you care for privacy either use a privacy coin or be careful how you use other coins.

Staking will advantage the rich which is very unfair and will create wealth inequality. But Vitalik does his thing. As long as there are supporters for all of this, why not..

The rich always have advantage staking or not staking. Even with POW, only the rich who can afford mining equipment will earn money. Rich become richer that's how it is and how it will always be I guess.
113  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase the most anti-Bitcoin organisation. Make #DeleteCoinbase great again. on: June 07, 2020, 04:15:24 PM

Using centralized exchanges to facilitate a decentralized network defeats the purpose. Also, deleting your account on coinbase would not get your personal information and data deleted, and if you still submit your data to other regulated websites you risk that data being sold at any time in the future to federal agencies.

Now with the recent european GDPR law I think you can ask exporting your personal data and have them delete it, not guaranteed they will do it however.

Remember that Coinbase previously handed over some 13,000 users' data to the IRS. Why wouldn't they do it again?

The real question here is why they did it in the first place? Were they pressured to do it? Maybe they have legally no other choice? It doesn't make sense that they would deliberatly hand out their users info unless they were forced to, there is no company that would do that abecause they know it will ruin their reputation. They didn't even get money for it.

In short, did they really had the choice to say "No" to IRS? I don't know
114  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Fully Animated Browser MMORPG Faucet - Pays Instantly - No Menus - Real Game on: June 06, 2020, 03:01:39 PM
Hi,
As a beginner in computer science I'm curious to know what programming languages/frameworks/game engine have you used to create your game ? Also how much time it took you? Are you programming solo or you have a team? Also did you design the entities on your own or have you hired a designer to do it or you have found them royalty free online?
115  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Possibly Phishing Haircomb Wallet & Using of Stock Image on: June 01, 2020, 11:55:19 PM
Basically 2 out of 71 anti virus that I have never heard of detected that it has malicious content and the rest of them that are popular and known to be reliable didn't? These are called false positives https://support.virustotal.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002121185-I-am-experiencing-a-false-positive-my-file-or-site-should-not-be-detected-#:~:text=VirusTotal%20simply%20aggregates%20the%20output,that%20can%20fix%20the%20issue. Now I'm not saying that there isn't effectively viruses in comb wallet I'm just saying you should take these scans with a grain of salt because false positives are very known to happen especially for recently created files. If you are suspicious, install a VM and run the wallet there; even if it contains viruses your computer won't be affected.

Edit: Faking the dev picture is definitely sketchy though. This destroys the project credibility and user's trust and should not be tolerated.
