isnt it obvious that this is merely a trojan in disguise? why would any normal sane buisnisman create competition for his own sales? and for such a low price...

well I see it both ways. Your way would be a trojan which is possible. The other is it makes it easier to beat the competition. Offers something slightly better and it makes it easier for himself. Instead of offering a lifetime warranty and having to PM new accounts to various people he just refills the generator and presto everyone has new accounts. Seems easier but of course cuts into profits since people only need to buy it once.
1002  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW ZenCloud ZenPool Hashlet - does it really exist? ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: October 14, 2014, 03:09:00 AM
if you sell your primes now you are acting wreckless. Whether you believe in GAW or not the new announcement will ensure these primes are worth top dollar very soon. Selling them prematurely is just plain stupid. If you do not like the direction GAW is going sell them once the marketplace opens and you will be able to get a lot more than 30-40

Got my 10gh quick and simple. At first I made a mistake and contacted support who responded fast and fixed the problem quickly. A+ so far
1004  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient HDD Mining | New version 1.1.3 on: October 14, 2014, 01:30:12 AM
Just set my account, BURST-BWJ6-KJFE-M3CP-4XYW6
-ANNOUNCEMENT-

The pool at http://mine.burstcoin.info needs miners. There is also an asset you can buy into there that will provide you with extra income. The connection was killed at a very unfortunate time, and thus the pool lost quite a few of it's miners. Now I am going to do this in order to get some back! So, here goes...

The next 25 miners to join the pool, PM me with their burst address, and wait for me to see them on the list of stats on the pool, will be sent 1,500 burst!

The 25 after that to do the same thing, will receive 1,000 burst.

The 25 after that will receive 750 burst.

We will start with that, and see how it goes. I am more than willing to do more giveaways.

The pool server has been solid now for a good while since the incident with the storm, and we shouldn't be experiencing issues like that again. So, let's get our power back and become the pool that we can be!

**Note, I also have another pool that's unofficially related to this pool, but it's private and no fee, and located in the US. If you're interested in that pool you can PM me. Not sure how long it will stick around, or if I will merge with the other pool, it all depends on the miner count and blocks found, etc.**

Just set my account , already PMd you my address...

Got the PM thanks I already sent you your 1500!

Just so that everyone knows there are 13 people already taken me up on my giveaway, that means 12 left for the 1500.

Maybe if I'm feeling nice after the first 25, I'll do 1500 for the next 25 as well. We'll see how it goes!

Thank you everyone!

I'll give your pool another shot...sending 25TB your way...

Much appreciated good sir. I am going on my lunch break at work right now, so I will be gone for an hour or so, so don't think I disappeared, I'm still here, just at lunch, and I will reply when I get back to anyone who messages me during my lunch, check the stats then send payments for all who took me up on my offer. Thanks!

Just set my reassignement to test your pool  Cool

Make sure to PM me your burst address because I don't have access to the pool's wallet. Thanks!

PMED hopefully I made it for the 1500 burst giveaway!

1006  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: October 11, 2014, 08:20:14 PM
Notification: The solution for hash rate dropping down of UMISOO

Recently, the real hash rate of UMISOO dropped down to 3.6P causing by the widespread power failure of AntMiner S2. As HASHNEST assign the earning based on the holding shares of every users. In order to protect the users earning from miners failure, HASHNEST decided to deduct 400T from the total subscript UMISOO hash rate during miner maintenance – dropped down to 3.6PH/s. The total hash rates will be immediately adjusted according to the real hash rates till completely recovered to 4P. During this period, any loss caused by the miner’s failure will cover by UMISOO.

We have assigned the earning based on the total hash rates of 3.6P on Oct. 11th, and the actual earning is 0.01508BTC/THS.

HASHNEST – as a trusted third party cloud mining platform, will continuously take the responsibilities of monitoring the operation of mining farm and guarantee the users right. What we should speak highly is that the real total hash rate is all the way kept at about 4.2P since UMISOO opened the subscription from Spet. 2nd, which is 5% higher than the theoretical figure. UMISOO contacted with HASHNEST at the first time after power failure, and trying every possible way to do compensation.

Great thank you for the constant updates. This is a sure sign of a company off to a good start. It is really reassuring for its customers to see updates to problems as quickly as possible Smiley
1007  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: October 11, 2014, 04:18:44 AM
This sounds like the same trolling we had back in the spring when our prices were just "too good".  We will continue doing what we do.  PB Mining isn't going anywhere.  Watch.

Well said. There will always be people who are not satisfied no matter what proof you have. The same occurs with all the other companies that offer cloud mining as well. I have been a customer with Pbmining since January and have had no problems with their service at all. Highly recommended to all
1008  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: October 11, 2014, 02:56:54 AM
Can somebody tell me how long it usually take until i reach roi?I read about 4 or 6 Months

I looked at serveral charts and saw that the difficulty is increasing around 20 percent every month,so i will not get any money after 5 Months...is this correct?

ROI can not be predicted 6 months or so from now at least accurately. You can estimate but thats about it. Pbmining is pretty cheap at .0017 btc/gh right now. The main reason is since electricity and fees are already built into the price compared to cex or any cloud hashing company like gaw or hashnest. ROI will most likely happen in PBmining unless some amazing miner comes out in the next few months that shoots dififculty up 20% or more every 10 days for 4-5 difficulties in a row (unlikely).
1009  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Two amazon gift cards on: October 11, 2014, 02:37:21 AM
Bump.  I also have a $200 target gift-card, if anyone wants that.

What price are you looking to get for this target card. Also can it be used in store and would you use escrow for it. The escrow would not be released until I use the card to make sure it works. If you are willing to do this I can offer it for 75% of its value so $150.

So I decided to start mining burst and give it a try. I setup some plots and everything and just need to activate my address. Unfortunately the faucets are dry and solo mining is not feasible with the amount of hdd space I have. If anyone can donate burst to BURST-VDAX-PNHT-A762-4ZTPF it would be greatly appreciated Smiley

delayed response but thanks for the donation. I am now up and running at a pool Smiley

1012  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Ebay/Paypal's ridiculous fees on: October 09, 2014, 07:40:44 PM
Ebay is a ripoff with fees but then I realized amazon charges almost the same. The only nice thing with ebay is a lot of people will pay a lot more than an item is worth depending on the item. I sold items that cost 200 retail for 240. After fees and shipping my netgain was still over 200.
1013  Economy / Digital goods / Re: selling gift cards on: October 09, 2014, 06:52:53 PM
If anyone does a transaction with this seller without escrow they are asking to be scammed and better not complain about it on the forums. There seriously could not be anymore red flags

Does anyone know what a reliable amount of hdd space is required to make a decent amount per day (as small as a dollar a day worth of burstcoin). I am debating to get involved or not but I probably only have about 4-5 TB to spare.
1015  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: what's the best miner I should get to mine at least 1BTC in 30days? on: October 09, 2014, 12:27:51 PM
Antminer S4s are probably your best to mine 1BTC in 30 days however depending on difficulty increases ROI may or may not be probable. If you are in a place where you can easily buy BTC for a dollar value that is the best bet but I know some places or locations are much harder to.
1016  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why are we going up? on: October 09, 2014, 10:18:31 AM
there was no major news for the downfall to below 300. Now there is also no news for the upswing. Typically it is whales playing the market and people who panic to follow the trend.
1017  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] NiceHash.com - sell & buy hash rate cloud mining service / multipool on: October 09, 2014, 02:15:16 AM
Just looking into NiceHash.  I have around 55 mh/s in scrypt ASICs.  Would mining at Nicehash really offer more profits than multipool or mining scrypt coins directly?

Someone brought it to my attention recently that this is the case and I could make more coins pointing my rigs to NiceHash then buying the coins I want to collect.

IF you can pick the right coin of course you will make more money mining that coin directly but it is a BIG If. There is a lot of luck involved in that and nicehash takes that luck out and allows you to make a good profit esp compared to mining litecoin directly.
1018  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: October 08, 2014, 05:01:59 PM
I am more interested when they will offer cloud mining of s4s. i never got involved in the 4ph umisoo since it was using obsolete tech to begin with.
1019  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ZeusHash] Cloud Node - Getting Bitcoin/Litecoin Should Be Fun and Easy on: October 08, 2014, 04:59:14 PM
what to invest ghs or mhs?

I would say short term mh is a better bet. long term no one can be certain. difficulty increase just starting slowing down on bitcoin but you can bet its going to increase again once newer miners like the s4 are released in full effect. mh seems to be more stable currently in terms of difficulty and payout. I am basing this on my scrypt experience with nicehash
1020  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: PBmining - legit? on: October 08, 2014, 12:03:34 AM
I really think they are legit cause I always get timely payments from them. I haven't come across an event of them being fraudelent in any sort of payment.
it's better if you read this comment.
constant paying not mean they are legit
VV
V
I have been using pb minng for about 4 months never missed a payment but at any time this could turn out to be a scam.
yeah that's why some user sell their account to prevent this
idk is pbmining allow this selling process now or not

pbmining allows you to sell your account they just do not offer support for it.
