ok, i follow this discussion about the 3K cars since yesterday. In the whitepaper I could find this number, but not whether it will be own cars or vehicles of partner companies. But I read that they start in Manila in October. So we will know it then at the latest
I would imagine this is not their own fleet of cars but have entered a partnership with existing provider(s). Time will tell but that would be my assumption Yes exactly theirs no way a new project like this could expect to do that unless theirbico raised an insane amount of money which if this was 2017 would have been possible lol Buying 3k cars in start up will be huge investment. Yea. I saw that tweet too and I was wondering why every project have to start with iOS platform app release first and Android later. I have a feeling that there are more Android users though. Maybe it's just me. To me I believe they're more android users, They should consider releasing an android version first. I also think that there are more Android devices than iOS devices, but I'm fine with the release on the iOS platform. I will test it anyway and submit my suggestions. Agreed, the population of the android users to iOS can be rated as 2:1 and its surprising to see projects focus on iOS platform first before android and i keep wondering if there's something so special when it comes to using iOS other than the advance technology behind iOS or probably the process that android entails is much more strenuous than iOS Yes the advance technology of IoS makes it more special than the android and by God I'm dumping Android in time to come. Funny enough no one knows when the build for Android app will commence... But this is a dApp not an app right? The value for 1eth =400 dollars is fixed and the softcap will soon be achieved already by the team. It is displayed with tokens not dollar equivalent. Check the site to know more. Yes those are not dollar but the tokens. They have fixed the price of ETH to protect the earlier investors from the recent drop in price. Also aside from the site if you have a direct inquiry you can ask in telegram. I am not sure this is good idea to fix the ETH price at 400 USD. Why people will buy tokens at higher price. Yes, I agree people investing now will be getting same amount of Tokens which early investors got. So it's not high cost but kind of fixing tokens price. It's a fare basis if you think about it the team knows what they need cost wise, so technically their just locking their token price to FIAT value it keeps the overall health good its just going to depend for people when they invest how much they are willing to part with This is a good strategy as far as I see. I remember yesterday someone was talking about them being operational in the US and the Philippines. I've asked and they are not operational yet as they are just progressing with the sale. So that information is not correct. However their first operations will commence from Manila next year.
We got the information that the app is available, but you can only sign up with a phone number from the US or Philippines. and since they have not yet started in the US, we all had the assumption that the APP is already being used in the Philippines. If that is not the case, then I apologize for my impatient questions about the app :-) I read in a section on their whitepaper that they intend to kick off their transportation company in Philippines with about 3000 cars how true is this please Yeah, i read that on the whitepaper too, 3000 card is quite a huge number to start with. I hope they pull it off though. wow 3000 cars, i never came across that it really impressive i originally underestimated the team but apparently they have big plans for the project. kudos team Wow.
