1021  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Sorry we're unable to locate this TxnHash on: February 27, 2021, 09:09:10 PM
It's either the gas is not enough or the network is busy. It is also the same as the bitcoin where I read a thread that the transaction is not confirmed due to low fee. Try to check your wallet address in the etherscan if you can see a transaction that has not been processed when you send the transaction.
The problem does not have to do with the gas and it also not the as Bitcoin network congestion but I believe it either the problem is from the OP when he sent the transaction which possibly makes the transaction, not to reach the mempool and that's the reason why the Etherscan cannot present the transaction information cause it is not available on the mempool.
1022  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what do you think about the few days deep on: February 27, 2021, 08:54:55 PM
I noticed the recent deep generally affected most of the ALT coin within 48 hrs turning Red. i bought EOS at $5.2 but i was panic to sell reason because most of my assets was greatly at loose and i couldn't bear the pain so i have to sell off most them to be able to secure them, not too long the market changes direction again and already i have lost most of my investment.

Do we expect another deep soon?
what is your intake, please be free to drop your comments.
One this is for sure after a pump there will be a dip. Not all the times those coins will just pump and if it happens that the coin you bought dipped you don't need to sell it for a loss because it will eventually grow back or even more. You should learn to control your emotion in this kind of market because it does not work on our side. If you saw your portfolio in bloodbath then just hold it. That is why it is necessary for us to have TP or at least set a Stop loss. Besides, I think this correction is healthy for the market because this creates an opportunity for everyone to procure more and push it to set a new ATH.
You are right about not selling at the lost price but it also depends on the coin in particular and in the season we're where the market can suddenly leap to any trend, invest in centralizing and a high manipulated coin is never a good thing and I dont him selling his EOS cause the coin is among highly manipulated coin. However, it invests the amount one can afford to lose is the best investment decision whenever the market is full of doubt.
1023  Economy / Economics / Re: Nigeria’s vice president, Yemi Osinbajo speech at economic summit on Friday on: February 27, 2021, 08:07:59 PM
This is quite a sensible statement from the Nigerian Vice president and I really admire his stance and impression about cryptocurrency because killing the goose that might lay the golden eggs is indeed never a solution but what I don't understand is the Nigerian President stance because if he supports crypto the CBN won't have raised the ban issue in the first place.
1024  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much lower you think BTC can go in this drop ? on: February 25, 2021, 10:37:15 PM
Nobody can be 100% sure of the bottom price of the current dip in the price of the market but the previous bottom price was around $47,000 price range,  if the market doesn't start bullish market before it the weekend I expect the market to dump below the previous resistance level and what left to do now is to catch the season (dump) before the bullish begin.
1025  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Coldcard, a couple of questions on: February 24, 2021, 06:29:26 PM
Hi!

I recently got a ColdCard and I have created a new wallet with a seed based on rolling dice.
I am now thinking how I should continue. First of all, should I use Electrum, Wasabi or something else? What would you recommend?
I will recommend Electrum wallet through their official website https://electrum.org/#download but make sure you created and generate the wallet seed to an airgap computer.

Then I am wondering, I have created a 24 word seed with dices and also my own keycode (4+4) so the wallet is created inside the coldcard. But I am now wondering, what is the function "Passphrase" for?
Passphrase is password alike and it is used to added more security to your wallet.

The second option on the main screen.
It says something about making a new wallet. Is that necesarry? And what would be the words be used if I would like to importing in inside a complitly new wallet anytime in the future and I need seed words, should I use the 24 words I already have or the new words (I think it said it was 12 words on the new one on the passphrase menu).
It not necessary to make a new wallet and what you need to import the wallet addresses you create through dice rolling is the seed words but electrum only use 12 words.

Anything else you guys recommend?
And I have another question aswell, how could the coldcard create a new wallet without even having connection to the internet and the blockchain? Wouldn´t that be impossible? Or is it that it is not having been created yet, it is just there, ready to be used?
I am not aware of the wallet but it seems to be a hardware wallet and it possible to create wallet without connect to the internet. Besides, is the secure way to create wallet.
You can not use the coldcard to create new wallet what you can use the same wallet on electrum by importing it.
1026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Another Twitte for DOGE COIN on: February 22, 2021, 01:24:53 PM
Do you think guys it will pump again to 200 Sat's or more ?
Elon Musk's hype tweet will not always make Dogecoin go bullish in price but I don't know why you want to choose to invest in hype base coin that won't make a long span pump in price when coin like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others are doing well in the market.
Is it a must for people to invest in every project mention by Elon?
1027  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple ever reach $5 ? on: February 22, 2021, 12:48:05 PM
The American state Wyoming has now let Ripple register there as a business.  Wyoming is the most crypto friendly of the states.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/ripple-now-registered-as-a-wyoming-business
Is this the reason why Ripple's price now seems growing again ? from 50 cents now climbs up to 60 cents again?

I have not visited Ripple for months now since the filing of the case happens by the SEC because of my frustration as i have lose in trusting this last year.
But the Wyoming state allowing Ripple to registered as a business is not enough for the coin to gain some growth in price since the lawsuit with the US SEC is not over or is it over? Cause I heard they will meet again last week or today, I don't really remember the date again.

1028  Economy / Speculation / Re: next Bitcoin price correction WHEN? on: February 22, 2021, 11:57:14 AM
BTC price goes up and up ever since we had last correction at 42K. now we are at 57.4 K and climbing which is very very good. some people even expect no correction until 80-100K. if we move like that we may see price over 100K as soon as 2-3 months. what do you think?
No one knows when the market correction will happen since the cryptocurrency market is an enormous venture but the market is said to be expected whenever the market successfully makes a big pump in price and it not possible for the Bitcoin market to make the $80K-100K without any correction.
1029  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you have a Bitcoin exit strategy? on: February 22, 2021, 11:16:38 AM
The Bitcoin market exit strategy I developed is to selling all the Bitcoin investment I bought during $40,000 upward as soon as possible while I hold those I have since the $30,000 which I believe I will be aware of the Bitcoin market dump in price before it reaches the $30,000 I make my investment if the Bitcoin market experience goes dip.
1030  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [SHOCK] A Mysterious $194k Fees On A Single Bitcoin Transactions on: February 21, 2021, 09:35:05 PM
Less experienced people or people who dont know how to make use of the Bitcoin transaction estimator site will always pay ridiculous transaction fees when the network is in a congestion state.
Don't be surprised more are still coming or have already happened which we don't know.
1031  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ether vs bitcoin on: February 13, 2021, 10:21:54 PM
As bitcoin all time high battling to be $ 49000 , ether is also all time high in $1850
There is no reason for comparing the Bitcoin and Ethereum market to each other but you need to be aware that if Bitcoin halving doesn't happen or if Bitcoin doesn't reach new ATH after halving Ethereum and others altcoin won't either.
1032  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If BTC were to permanently freeze at one price , would you buy ? on: February 13, 2021, 09:59:03 PM
And what about if I say that Bitcoin's price doesn't matter for me and I even think that it should be lower than it is right now? What about if I use bitcoin not for investment but for sending/receiving money? For transactions overall?
We need to be sincere to ourselves senior. I have seen a lot of gamblers claiming to gamble not for the reward but for the fun or entertainment in the game and they continue to play the game in spite they are losing money.
Tell me, is it the fun/entertainment in gambling that is so nice that they have to lose their marriage because of gambling?
Honestly, only the early accumulator, miners of Bitcoin, Dev and the forum moderator which was said to work voluntarily join it not for the profit or price.
Just like the signature used by senior Foxpup "Will pretend to do unspeakable things (while actually eating a taco) for bitcoins"
1033  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the Ethereum killer? on: February 13, 2021, 09:38:41 PM
If you want to know who kills Ethereum in the future, consider the name of its CEO "VB". Doubts about the future of ethereum may be caused by increasing gas and a lot of nonsensical transactions that users have to make just because they don't want to be left behind when the price of token under the ethereum platform soars in the market.

BSCs are a real threat to ethereum, and I think they have relatively lower fee than ethereum. BNB will become stronger and will be a solution when other altcoins have increased fee.
Judging by the situation of the Bitcoin network which some people consider transaction confirmation to be a drawback and many altcoins were created even Ver created his own fork coin but they all failed. Have you guys for once asked yourself why? It because it not always about the TPS but the community trust, decentralization and legacy.
1034  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Looking for a recommended VPN to access Binance.com from teh US to withdraw on: February 12, 2021, 11:04:26 PM
I also recommended IP Vanish but after using the whoer.net site to check if the VPN result showed 100% anonymously, also use https://www.ip2location.com/ either, there are some situation where the site will said 100% Anonymous while ip2location will detect the dayrtcoming.
@BitMaxz, what about brave browser does it have WebRTC? How can I know the browser that have it?
1035  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long will this scam go on? on: February 11, 2021, 05:12:02 PM
The proliferation of shit coins will never stop, it is better that you should invest in the old coins than investing a new coins or a projects that has chances to be dead or will turn to scam in the end. Investing in the new project is very risky but if you really want to gamble to make big profit then you should do your own research so that you know if their project has a good plan in the future.

Getting high profits encourages investors to invest their money in new projects. It is for this reason that I allocate part of the budget for the purchase of new coins on DEX. But this risk will be justified if it is done by an experienced investor who is able to choose a promising coin, and not by a novice who will surely lose his money.
Well said about that, as the above user said the creation of shitcoin will never stop and it the investors that ought to improve their understanding about cryptocurrency investment and choosing old coins as advised by the above use doesn't justify the risk and if check CMC there are a lot of old coins which are currently inactive.
It better to have good knowledge.
1036  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think about DASH coin? Could see the ATH Again? on: February 11, 2021, 04:22:45 PM
In my opinion, DASH is a coin that has potential, the proof is that DASH is still in the top 10 in CMC,
I guess it been a while you familiar with the situation happening in the crypto currency market cause the last time I checked Dash was on rank number 47 on coinmarketcap.
Having said that, it not all crypto that will receive new ATH price.

1037  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NEO3 to be launched soon on: February 10, 2021, 11:43:39 PM
As per title - finally news about NEO3 - looks like a solid development. The team have clearly been quietly working hard these last 3 years.

Should have a real big impact on price once they begin marketing (which they've said is also happening).

Really exciting project again. Had thought it was dead, but turns out anything but...

https://www.reddit.com/r/NEO/comments/lgqv0l/neo_30_roadmap_next_stop_is_launch_of_formal/
NEO is just a centralized coin and in spite of the hard working the NEO team may put into the 3.0 creation if the market doesn't agree with the vision/concept of the NEO3.0 it will never impact the price of NEO in the market.
1038  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BTC cash on: February 10, 2021, 11:11:43 PM
Hello everyone,

I would like to know how to launder big amounts of BTC into cash. Will pay for consultation. Ok if you know it. Thank you.
If you total anonymity, I will advise you to use the Bitcoin mixer mentioned earlier with wasabi wallet and split sell the BTC through the P2P exchange site mentioned but I prefer Remitiano cause their service there and trading time frame after your deposit BTC has 1 confirmation is just 15mins.

Note : it not advisable to do something which is against your country's authority.
1039  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Yobit Scam Accusation megathread. "Normal" modus operandi or shady practices? on: February 10, 2021, 10:56:00 PM
The last time I checked their Terms and Conditions did not list any company details. They are hiding behind anonymity.
But googling the site name hope there will be a legal address as viparmenian said and I find out that the exchange CEO was once arrested which implies that there could be a chance to start legal action against the site or is there something I am missing. Besides, their domain owner could also have some hints about the address.

1040  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So lets talk honest now about btc on: February 09, 2021, 11:47:13 PM

At least. 100 mil dollars. Coz life is expensive
You have been on this forum quite a long time before I join and I expect you to have understood that cryptocurrency is not a quick to rich scheme and the best to enrich one's investment is to have adequate knowledge about the market and how to choose a good coin.

So what ways ? How thos thing can make the big $$$$
Thats why im here im hhere for big cash !
Then you won't make that big money cause all your focus will be after making money whereas you ought to first focus on how the system works, develop your knowledge and how to make use your knowledge to make money for you.
