Has anyone tried to create an account with Bybit recently? to confirm whether they are still asking users to verify their identity based on their region as mentioned above? I managed to both create and withdraw funds from my account last month without a problem. No, this is definitely a scam and you shouldn't send any money. Electrum doesn't have a support email, and it shouldn't have yours either because it's a non-custodial wallet.
I'm curious though, were you asked to download software, or this was all done on a website?

Check ChangeNow. It looks like they still support the omni version. For the minimum amount, I'm not sure if there's something wrong ith the site, but it keeps changing even when I'm choosing the same trading pairs.

No, storing them online is definitely not recommended. Instead, you can create a paper wallet (make sure to encrypt the private key), print it, and then hide it.

I'm guessing you want to use them because you don't want to go through KYC? If so, then as mentioned above, it's probably better to go with Kucoin, or if you want higher limits, OKX.com where the KYC and withdrawal policies are more clear. Signing an address = proving that you control the address (its private keys).
To get started, go to the menu -> Tools -> Sign/verify the message. Type your message, paste the address you want to sign the message from (it must come from your own wallet), and then click "Sign".
A signature will then be generated which you can then give (along with the address and message) to other individuals so they can verify it.

لا أعتقد أن هذا ما سيحدث. كما ذكرت في التعليق السابق، هذا القرار هو بداية نهاية العملة و هي مسألة وقت قبل أن تختفي كليا من السوق.
تغريدات المدير التنفيذي لمنصة بينانص تشير إلى انهم على قناعة ان العملة ستختفي قريبا و عليهم التفكير في حلول بديلك و لكن ذلك لن يكون عن طريق التعاقد مع شركة أخرى لان ذلك لا معنى له إضافة لما يمكن أن ينجر عنه من تتبعات قانونية و هو آخر شيئ يمكن أن ترغب فيه المنصة في الوقت الحالي.

For those who don't know, Binance partnered with Eazy.net (a well-known payment provider in Bahrain) so now, any service using Eazy services, can start accepting bitcoin (many have already started doing that). This is good for adoption but there's one downside; the users must create Binance accounts if they haven't already.
