I wouldn't be so sure. Alfa Romeo car just simply cannot compete with the Mercedes.
Even under Lewis, Valtteri had - most of the time - the chance for a top5 classification. That may no longer happen and not because of the driver.

Right now, it's a great step for him. Then.. it also depends on how long will Lewis stay in F1 (and at Mercedes). If that will be for (too) long, he may not allow George get where he deserves. And I expect the team rules be strongly enforced around Lewis for the win.

Monza is one of my favorites, the opposite of something like Monaco which is far too tight for F1 imo.   Monza is the fastest course in the whole year last I checked, highest average speed as said due to the frequency of long straights with corners that can be threaded at high speed quite often.   I used to play through the F1 season on a simulator made by a programmer who had first qualified in physics, done with excellence.   I even heard F1 drivers unable to gain any other practice time with a new course or change would use it rather then only view the course on paper which I can believe; no doubt teams have all sorts of tech nowadays.

Albon signing was big surprise. Well, he wasn't good enough for Red Bull, but he deserves second chance in F1 and I think it's good pick for Williams. And in general, it's good to see this team improving. Just remember where they were few years ago, they were slow as F2 car.
Also, it was confirmed that Kimi won't be able to race in Monza and he will be replaced by Kubia again. Sad for Kimi, but I happy to see Kubica - back in his prime he was one of my favourite drivers.

He doesn't need to sell the fight, since it has already attracted so much attention. That said, I really doubt whether the PPV buys this time will match the sales made back in 2017 and 2018, when Canelo took on Golovkin. Back then the expectation was for a close fight between two evenly matched boxers. But this time, a lot of people expect the match to be lop-sided and many assume that Caleb will not last the full 12 rounds. But for us, it is the gambling odds that matters. The odds can change drastically, since two months remain for the match (-1000 for Canelo right now). 

The question is who will Cavaliers give for Simmons. They don't have that good players IIRC. Maybe Sexton might do plus a bunch of average players for Simmons or add another bench player.
Ben will not go back in Philly. Simmons don't like them and the fans and the management doesn't want him either. Now I'm thinking on how he will play when he is playing into another team already and they are in Philly. The fans might "boo" him and add some words that can hurt his morale and reputation.

Imho it's not that much a great news than a basically normal development. All I can say is "finally, end of drama".
I am not convinced that the development is that great for George Russel, but time will tell. He clearly deserves a good car and he has shown that he can do wonders in a Mercedes.. when Lewis was not there. Let's see how the things will go when Lewis is present, especially as lately he seems to be needing badly any help he can get against Max. Of course, that may be or may not be the same next year.
I am more curious who will fill the "missing spot" (left by Russel). Will it be Alex Albon or will it be somebody else? That part may be a bit complicated...

You can play as defensive as you want but at the end of the day we are not in 2004 anymore and almost everything is a foul. Sure you can play better defense compared to other teams, but without hand checking, without proper body defending, it is all getting offensive, and if you do not have a proper offense then your defense doesn't even matter.
Utah is a great defensive team, do you see them at anywhere near the top when talking about teams? Hell Clippers has 2 of the best perimeter defenders in the entire game and they always fail at playoffs. Long story short it is not about defense anymore, Lakers won a bit of thanks to their defense of course, but their offense was Lebron James and AD, can you say their offense wasn't amazing as well? You could basically improve to a point, but we will never have 2004 pistons level of defense in the league ever again.

Tamim has already announced that he will not play t20 world cup. It seems to be an angry move as most of the Bangladeshi people have questioned his performance including me back in the day. But this is also true that we can't find anyone playing better than him even although the last series and current series against NZ can't prove anything as the pitch is quite terrible to play. For players like Messi, the language barrier is definitely not a Barrier. Even if he does not know English, which I doubt ... then his colossal playing experience will help him in following the coaching instructions. But even this is not the main thing, since he already felt the atmosphere of the locker room, and the warm welcome that the whole Paris organized for him, (not to mention the fact that some of the PSG players speak Spanish).

Honestly Monaco will have a lot of troubles in the group stage of Europe league. With both Real Sociedad and PSV it will be extremly hard for them to go into the next stage. Leverkusen on the other hand has amazing chances of going to the next stage with their group not really hard but not easy as well.

It is too early to predict which team will win the title but indeed, for all three these teams remain the best in the Portuguese League and they started the season equally well. So, in my view these three teams still have a great chance of winning the title and because of that too, I personally still can't put my vote in the polls. Even though Benfica in these 4 matches got a win but still, in the last match yesterday Benfica still couldn't get a clean sheet at home. Therefore, I think Benfica still has a side that the opponent can use to turn it into a goal, which means that Benfica's dominance still has the potential to be broken.
