New Zealand has received appropriate punishment for sending a weak team to Bangladesh. They lost all their wickets for 60 runs. Although it is a second-tier team, but it is still New Zealand's national team. It is a great shame for Newzeland. A few experienced players should have been included in their squad for this series. Because we all know that Bangladesh is always strong in their own field.

I was very upset to see New Zealand's performance. To make matters worse, if the players in this squad are the next players in New Zealand's main squad, then New Zealand will be a very weak team. I expected New Zealand to lose, but I never thought they would lose so badly. In the previous series, Australia scored the fewest runs in their T20 history. New Zealand followed the same path in this series.

Bangladesh won by losing only 3 wickets. The Bangladesh team has yet to find an experienced and talented opener batsman. They need talented and experienced opener batsmen to perform well in the upcoming T20 World Cup. Although the bowlers of Bangladesh are playing well. But Bangladesh will not get such a bowling-dependent pitch in the World Cup. So Bangladesh needs more talented batsmen. Otherwise, they will not be able to perform well in the World Cup.

Damn, ripped off. I thought NZ will have a good fight and possibly a win but sadly, they just played shit. Most of the players are very young and inexperienced. I haven’t checked their profile properly. But it’s also a fact that the pitch is being in favor of bowlers. I don’t think NZ will have a good come back with this team. BD batsman finished the chase as expected.

The Bangladesh team has yet to find an experienced and talented opener batsman. They need talented and experienced opener batsmen to perform well in the upcoming T20 World Cup.

Sadly[1], Tamim said he will not be playing the t20 world cup. He himself have informed this to the board. Instead, he said to look for new faces for the sake of the future team combination.
[1]- I said this sadly because there's no one who have perfectly replaced Tamim Iqbal. I was also opposing Tamim because he was also not a perfect one for opening but it seems there's no one better than him.

Of course you are right that only a few members of the New Zealand main team are in the team, all the rest are new faces. However, this is everyone's expectation that New Zealand will play well.

The national boards have almost completely stopped international tours by 'A 'teams and the U-19 teams. As a result, apart from the main 4-5 batsmen, the others don't have sufficient experience of playing in hostile conditions. On top of that, the Bangladeshi spinners have been in terrific form recently. New Zealand board should have at least played a couple of warm-up matches before the outings against the national team. They could have at least got used to the conditions and avoided this humiliation.

Very good said, Bangladesh blowers completely demolish New Zealand poor batting lineup. BAN strong side dismissed Tom Latham's side only for 60 runs! They should've scored at least 100 then the match would be little more competitive. This is clearly humiliating for them, hope they'll look upon their lacking part and come back strong in the following match.

If that is the actual reason, then I have to say that they made a grave mistake. Bangladesh is not considered as anywhere near the big-3, but still they can upset the best teams on their day. The only negative is that they are a bit over-dependent on some of their senior players. But the current Bangladesh is perhaps the strongest they ever had, since they received the test status from ICC in 2000. Hopefully, now they will be able to improvise further and reduce the dependence on players like Shakib al Hasan.

Obviously sub-continent teams will be at an advantage, since the pitches in UAE/Oman are similar to those in India and Bangladesh. And Pakistan and Afghanistan will be having an added advantage, since they have played a lot in these grounds. Also, a lot of Pakistani and Afghan players regularly take part in the T20/T10 leagues organized by the ECB and the Oman cricket board. The real challenge will be for teams like New Zealand. If they can't adjust with the conditions, then they will be in a very bad state.

Sending the B team in subcontinent always a bad decision .If there is nothing to learn here but the history is making in every match .Bangladesh is now strong team beat any cricket team in the world and if it is in home cricket the result always positive for Bangladesh.I am not sure that you guys know the ratio of home winning Bangladesh are sitting on the top and with the ratio of 81% .So once again  BD team are aiming to win the series by dominating .

Warm-up games are organized for visitors by the host countries. We know about the Corona Crisis and how hard it can be for cricket players to maintain their bio-bubbles. Because the cricket board has strict quarantine rules, the visitors expressed concern about not playing warm-up games before international matches. NZ follows AUS's terms and conditions, so it is unlikely they will play any warm-up matches before their five-T20 series against Bangladesh.

No, the pitch in Mirpur where Aistralia and New Zealand played is a terrible one and the world cup will never be in such pitch condition. It’s not a good decision to play the matches in such pitch as you know it will not add much experience to the players. Have you seen the criticism from Harsha Bogle, Shakib and Mashrafee. This is not going to be helpful for the preparation for the world cup. That's what they said too. Instead of winning series, they should more focus on preparing themselves for the world cup. This is certainly not a good preparation. The pitch in UAE will be much different.
Apart from that, most players are very inexperienced in NZ team while our BD squad is quite good and experienced. This makes sense why it's happening. You must have noticed that BD took 15 overs to chase the target of 60 runs. Did BD dominate really? I don’t think so.

All those countries send their first tire teams too, but the situation is different in this time. New Zealand has decided to give rest to their key players as they will play in the IPL. Australian key players had decided to take a vacation as they were focusing in IPL. And we know the result, Australian team lost the series by 4-1. New Zealand team may loss in the same way as well. They are focusing on IPL as T20 world cup will be played in those venues. However, Bangladesh team getting good points in the T20 ranking by winning against higher rank teams.

I think Tamim Iqbal has made this decision cause he is angry. BCB has a lot of talented players. But they are not as experienced as opening batting on a platform like the World Cup. Maybe Tamim Iqbal will change his mind. That is what I hope.

LOL.. not surprised with any of this. The Bangladesh Cricket Board seems to be having regular issues with some of the senior players. Tamim has contributed greatly to the team over the years. The BCB should have shown him a little more respect. And all this comes at the worst time. The T20 World Cup is being hosted by the UAE/Oman and Bangladesh has been in really good form recently. This tournament represents an opportunity for them to make it big in an ICC event. If they try hard, then a semi-final spot won't be impossible to achieve.

I thought Tamim Iqbal retired from T20 cricket but rather opted out for selection from the upcoming T20 World Cup and it is true that he was playing in good wicket that are helping the fast bowlers and it is terrible for Asian batsman.

On searching about his situation, i saw an article which claims that the BCB president is applauding his brave move by opting out of the World Cup according to him and i do not think he will change his decision as i really think that the BCB president or anyone from the selectors forced him to make this decision .
