how many coins are going to be needed for a masternode?
To keep with "Industry Standards" it makes sense to stick with the word 'Masternode" for the Miixing/Obfuscation and Governance Services. The "Additional Services" which would need to be applied for and approved to run them, we will call "Servicenodes". At this time we do not see either the Masternodes or Servicenodes requiring more than 500 coins. MikeMike

I liked this coin from beginning because of features like tor, calls, etc. I am happy with this takeover because there is a chance that this coin will stay alive in consistent development. Actual dev is very active answering questions and posting news constantly. This is very good and we can see price going up again. Now we need something to play with real proof of work such as working beta for testing. From few years I hear the same story that development is taking so long because Kore have to be perfect without any backdoors. When we will be able to use this browser or other features? WIll there be a new roadmap?
The Servicenodes and KOREsurf Tor Browser are working and screenshots are posted in the OP. There is plenty of roadmap in the OP page and a little found elsewhere. When the wallet is released yes, we will have a schedule for roll out of the tech we are confident we can meet while keeping to our goals of a planned "piece at a time roll out" to evaluate and locate any probable bugs in a mass use situation. The head of IT will be putting the wallet through Industry Standard testing. To do otherwise is foolish. MikeMike

All of these exciting developments are well - exciting. Cheers Kore Community!
Plex
Unbearable u are cheering up somebody who blatantly stole kore coin's name and has the ball hair to flaunt the imaginary creativity as if it has been a legit coin from the beginning, still they have a problem to read fucking bitcointalk ann section or google for voip. Ever heard of vior? I can add encrypted massaging to any coin within two hours. What the fuck. Seems you are misinformed, making false statements and accusations and not doing Due Diligence in the OP page. That old dev is long gone and no longer involved. All the projects since I took the coin over are legit. You are welcomed to join in a meeting with the head of our IT. If you keep this up your posts will be deleted and this post may be deleted due to the false pretense you make of "just encrypted messaging". This is clearly either a completely ignorant thing to say OR you are deliberately trying to falsely accuse and manipulate. Sincerely, MikeMike

Is the Korephone launched? If yes where can i buy it or i can make my own phone to become Korephone? Can someone give a link?
No, the KOREPhone is not out. The Æther OS will need to be finished first and we are considering options. lol, If it were out I don't think we;d be at these low prices for KORE. MikeMike Good. Waiting for phone launch and hope that can be shipped in my country. You means low price of KORE coin? Im sure we can find a way to get you one. Yes, the low price of KORE. MikeMike Thanks MikeMike for being very active on this project I will contact you once the phones are launched with my info. I see you understand how critical/needed a secure phone is with no back nor front doors and this is what our objective is with the KOREPhone. First things first. The wallet and misc undisclosed and disclosed features. Finishing up the Aether OS and various softwares to enable secure communications and private use of one's own phone as we follow through on other various promises. MikeMike

Bittrex support is hopeless, at least as far as GLOBE is concerned I sent the ticket weeks ago. Soon the first automated reply came after a few days, confriming that my problem still exists !!!! Obviously they never read it and hope some of the tickets can be eliminated this way, as they would consider it closed if I didn't reply I did reply though so that the ticket would remain. Now after so long I got another reply simply pasting some ready made answer that supposedly answers the question. And the ticket was closed When will coin X be added to Bittrex? Bittrex staff will never comment on whether or not a coin will or will not be added to the exchange. Why hasn't coin X been added to Bittrex? Don't assume a coin will be added to Bittrex. If we don't add a coin there may be a reason for this. Some coins may require extra development for integration. Some coins are securities and can't be added. If you would like to see a coin on Bittrex, encourage the dev team to fill out a New coin submission. Details: https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/202583854If you would like to know when a coin has been added on Bittrex, follow Richie on Twitter at https://twitter.com/richielaWaste of time Absolutely not a waste of time. They are giving choices of there is only one clear one. "If you would like to list a coin". We are not asking for a listing but for them to load the wallet given them a year ago so we can pull the coins off the exchange. Please reply and keep at it as well as others and keep asking what needs to be done for them to allow us our coins off so we can at least stake them and do OTC till we get GLOBE relisted. Keep doing this. MikeMike

Interesting project. The coin is already at bittrex. Can someone tell me how to mine this coin? Can i mine with gpu, or Asic is better? And how much coins are mineable?
The PoW phase has ended. It is PoS only now meaning you need to download a wallet, send some coins to it and unlock the wallet for staking only. Go to the discord KORE Support thread, review the pinned messages for install and staking instructions. MikeMike

New investor here. Been trading crypto since late 2013 and after sticking to the top 10 for the past couple of years I'm casting my net wider to get in on the ground level for a few projects. Pleased to be on board - looks like a solid dev team delivering results. The current market cap is laughable - there's utter crap out there worth 10-20x more than KORE right now - that on its own makes it extremely attractive for persons such as myself who like the idea of buying and holding long term.
Looking forward to the release of the new wallet! The current one is already miles ahead of 90% of the other alts.
Welcome aboard Redeemer! Good to see a seasoned long term Investor. These are the people we want to attract,.. in for the long term like we are and not dump at the first sign of profit like the speculators but even this is ok since it causes a wider more fair distribution of coins. I would just rather they trickle sell and not dump. I agree fully! The current marketcap is truly laughable for all we have going on with the KORE Team projects. KORE is the flagship for all the other projects. I admit to be biased due to certain inside info but the intrinsic value of KORE is right up there with the top tier of coins and I believe we will get there, all in good time. Could be overnight, could be over a few months or more. That is why I refer to KORE as "The Sleeping Giant". Not for hype, but for reality. Many people can't differentiate due to the plethora of scams. The KORE Team is just "getting locked and loaded" so to speak... So the timing I have to say, is working out just fine. MikeMike

I just have one question about the name. Is it basically corecoin just with a c turned into a k or is it korecoin like in Japanese where kore means that?
I'm not aware of Japanese "Korecoin" and what that means. Could you please explain with references. MikeMike

This is looking like one of the most legit and promising projects I've seen in a long time. Any idea when master/service nodes will come into play?
Thanks much and in your interest in the KORE Projects. We are all working hard to make it so. The Servicenodes are functional and being tested but we are looking into tightening up the code a bit. We have not finalized where in the tech roll out they will be. Either way, not that far off from the initial release. MikeMike

We are testing out a new wallet build with some GUI features. If anyone has anything they'd like to see put into the GUI or wallet notify me in PM ASAP! The window of what we can add is slowly closing.

Sorry ask, but where is the website?
It will be up by the time XQN gets listed on any exchange. MikeMike not already on yobit and coinexchange? I think Coinexchange sort of works but I'm hesitant to deposit coins because the wallet status always shows "offline". I've put out a few support tickets about the issue and the say it 'works' but nothing seems to change. Maybe it is just my browser, I don't know. In general I like Coinexchange though, so I might get up the courage to try to deposit again. I've deposited on Yobit and had things disappear and I I've purchased coins and not been able to withdraw them so I don't use that exchange any longer. I had some issues in the past with Yobit but none for the last 6 months other than slow transactions which was BTC issue. I did not list coinexchange since it is a tiny exchange. IMO- No use putting XQN on tiny exchanges. Best to pick the largest ones we can reasonably try/afford getting XQN on. MikeMike
