Should have been released yesterday but still wasn't. All are waiting. SP has just released spmod7 - a little bit faster than previous on 1060/1070 - so its time for CWI to beat it, as far as they claimed having better miner for internal use. |

I think many miners run their rigs cooler with a lower tdp. and lower hashrates.
Anyway, Signatum #7 released yesterday should be faster than #6..

To me, pool side, Spmod6 is still the best mining signatum (20x 1080 80x1060 40x1070)
What is your hashrate for each card? 19.2 1060 29.8 1070 35.5 1080 and those numbers are fairly consistant with pool stats Very low numbers for 1080. 1080 should make 39-41 1070 29-31 1060 19-21 |

Hello crysx.
Some thoughts
1) Whether it is possible to add Total Power, like Total Hashrate.
2) Sometimes due to OC the miner crashes and start quickly changing numbers. It will be good to halt that situation and restart the miner. I used WDG for that with other miners but the problem is that GPU doesn't stop and WDG can't recognise that miner crashed. Of course it can be cured by lowering OC, but we all want to squeese the last hash out of our GPUs, so anyway it is a good thing for the miner to handle such situation - at least close the miner, so that batch loop can restart it again.

Any chance that the pool can send an email notification if a worker goes offline?
It should already do that if you enable the monitor mode in your worker configuration I think it is not working. At least I haven't seen any email. Worked for me earlier today when I shut down one of my rigs to change some hardware. Are you sure you are checking the same email you signed up with? it should work ... if you select to be notified - on the worker page - it will email ... let us know if it doesnt - and we will look at whether the mail system is working or not ... so far - its functional ... #crysx As for me it doesn't work. You can check. |

Nicehash pool is up and running now. I wonder what that's going to do to the coin?
Put your hashrate on DaggerHashimoto and Skunk algos in Nicehash calculator You will see what I've told you - better to mine ethereum than signatum. May be you'd better try first, then write? 1) I've put 30 and 30 (1070 Hashrate for both +/-). And skunk is a winner from the first moment it was added to NH 100% of the time. 2) Even for 1060 25Mh vs 20Mh skunk is a winner for 80% of the time. |

Also i am not sure what intensity does. I mean using i=22 give me more coins per day then i=25 on my Zotac AMP! Extreme Gtx 1070 x7 Rig. Shouldnt i=25 give best results?
Intensity is like using more RAM by app. If you have enough you will be able to run with this intensity. BUT when it is close to your limit - then you have stability issues, and slower hashrate - consider it to be like swapping to HDD. It's not correct, but i think easier to understand the idea. |

What is a problem with setting correct difficulty to a rig?
I think the best shares ratio is 5-6 shares per minute. So 1 share each 10-12seconds. It is a sweet spot. No problems with handling it and the same time it is enough for hashrate accuracy (5minutes average should equalize fluctuations)
So what is the problem of setting diff for the miner considering how many shares where received from it for the past 1-2-5 minutes?
In case there are too many miners you always can lower it by including miners quantity in the formula somehow
P.S. I see that you are working on it. And now it is 0.97 even for 6*1080. But again all rigs got this diff. No more no less

I still would say RX470 4GB and RX470 8GB is the best card I ever had. Undervolt king and easy to manage.
Better than 1060's? Yes better, better hashrate. Better in what? In eth? 1060 6Gb gives 25Mh/s. But who cares as far as there are many other algos and coins to mine much more profitable than eth. And AMD is miserable there. |

any chance you will add XCN to your pool/miner? it is a great nvidia coin that has been around forever.
There are a lot of other algos that are used in many perspective coins like skein or nist5. Which will attract many miners to CWI if they could make faster miner for these algos. For what do you ask about this almost dead algo used in ONE coin with 0.5btc volume on some shitty exchange and constantly low price for years? |

this means that the bigger farms will be slamming the connection - BUT - the CWI-Stratum is custom built to handle a LOT of hammering ...
ok ... 1 is a little too low - so 1.24 ( if my calculations are right ) seems to be a fair figure for small and large on the lodiff port ...
get ready for a stratum interruption ... 25 seconds - here we go ...

@chrysophylax, curious, what is the longest time cwigm been running without problems?
I think it is stable. I've ran it on 7 rigs for 1 or 2 days without issues. Only issue was on couple rigs with OC - 15-30 minutes OK, then miner start to print a lot of text about wrong shares (or something like that - i do't remember exactly) - the CPU usage in the upper left corner showed changing weird symbols etc. Liitle bit lower OC - and it run smoothly for hours. I think thats because of rather big fluctuations in power consumption and frequency. From time to time it goes further than GPU can handle. Alexis78 miner has similar behaviour in similar situations. |

can you let us set the difficulty manually? while you try to fix you're automatic difficulty algorith.
Totally agree! The automatic algorithm doesn't work at all. Every Rig get 409.6diff on pool (1.6 in the miner) in 15-30 minutes. While one has 6*1080 and another only 2*1080. P.S. Right now something weird is shown on the pool all numbers are divided by 10. agreed ... but without writing more code into the stratum - this cannot happen just yet ... but this would be a good addition - and IS on the todo list for us ... there is just no way to do it right now ... we will keep trying to tame this aggression - until it is fine with the diff levels ... #crysx I think the quickest way to "solve" the problem is to lower maximum diff to 1 for lodiff port. At least it will help fot 2GPU or 3GPU rigs at the moment. |
