Where the trolls at?
I fill in as a temp. Oh you foolish bitcoiners... your mother was a hamster and your father smells of elderberries!!! Why does that actually sound so much funnier than NLC. Oh, and your nan eats lavender bulbs, while teaching a pink elephant to belly dance. Yeah.

I am someone who would like to see Ryan, and anyone else closely associated with him during Moolah, pay dearly for their actions. If law enforcement has exonerated certain partners from consequence, then i will go with that, but at the moment, i cant know that to be the case, especially when your general approach here has been contradictory and questionable. Seems Ryan has left you in a shitty situation, which is really starting to get to you. Thats understandable. Well, there's a lesson there, somewhere. But at the same time, there's still many many BTC's outstanding which many people want back. Are you saying you cannot help at all, with the return of any of the 'missing' BTC? You don't get to question my integrity when you're hiding behind the anonymity of the internet and throwing punches and accusations at people. You have no "skin in the game". Clear? No, not clear at all. Your integrity has nothing to do with my identity. Thats stupid logic. Whats also stupid, is interpreting my simple questions as punches and accusations. For someone associated with a huge fraud thats supposedly still being investigated, its very naive of you to think people should not ask questions, to establish your motive/s here, after many months of silence. Shut me up, by answering my earlier questions.... who is "we"/"our" you refer to? Why are you doing this now? Where's the evidence there are hundreds of refunds you are carrying out?

Of course, if peeps are getting funds returned, thats great.....but why now? Does it run into the 100's as 'ferdous' claims? I would like to see evidence of that.
Who the fuck are you? Someone who asks the right questions, obviously.

... As a shareholder of the company that acquired MintPal prior to its fallout, I have gained access to the old servers of MintPal where Monero keys were stored. Monero is the only major altcoin where all wallet balances are still intact, presumably due to an oversight by Ryan. All other major altcoin wallets appear to be empty. There is a criminal investigation ongoing regarding Moolah and Ryan Kennedy/Gentle, and we are working with law enforcement to seek retribution for our customers...

Theres something just not genuine about all this. Cant put my finger on it, yet. Of course, if peeps are getting funds returned, thats great.....but why now? WHere did Lin get the BTC to allow trading again? pick one: 1) Chinese BTC mine owner 2) Chinese Government official needing to launder graft and bribe money 3) Loan from Grandma 4) Tooth Fairy 5) Lottery winnings 6) Organised the biggest upcoming PnD with Bobsurplus Maybe JAMES of Nxt is funding him? I seem to remember, a loan agreement to Lin was in place from the NXT theft. Maybe it was extended.

I would really like to have the opportunity to enter a stop-loss order, at the same time as a limit order. One could then walk away without worrying about an executed limit order going completely against you.

Who are you referring to? Why here, why now? Lets see some of those 100's of tx's you refer to.

Anyone an idea here how long we have to wait before we can withdraw Supernet from bter. Or is this all a big joke and don't we ever see any coins back?
All the indications are that coins will be returned (not really sure about BTC, though), but they seem to be taking each coin or block of coins in turn, without indicating whos turn it is in the cue. For now, its twiddle thumbs time, and hope for the best.

I'm having a difficult time finding this info.
I want to bring a civil claim against Ryan. Does anybody have any contact details for him? Email address/home address/solicitor's address...any way that my solicitor can make contact with him. Anything would be helpful...
These are the guys dealing with the case against Ryan, on behalf of SYScoin..... http://www.selachii.co.uk/

I don't understand why you are here if you "just don't see it." I mean do you think because you have over 700 posts that makes you some kind of coin authority here? However, you do make a good point in no longer responding to you. So with that, I'll take my leave from conversing with you.
Because i made a rare mistake in my decision making, by taking someones word on these boards (whom i respect), that Rofo is someone to follow, so i bought in. On this rare occasion......stupid me. Its 1440 posts BTW. No, no authority, cos i cant code for toffee, but ive been around here for 2 years, seen 100's of coins come and go, and know what it takes for a project to have even a glimmer of a chance of becoming something of value. As i write, this project............sigh, do i even need to continue that sentence (rhetorical question). OK, i will give peace another chance and STFU for now. Looking forward to the end of Feb milestone. Will be back to kick more arse, though.

He would have been sacked by now, and his 'budget' taken back off him by now, if i was. When did you become his spokesperson?
I'm not his spokesperson but I don't like to see unnecessary bullying or bad-mouthing going on especially when it's not necessary and only serves to divide the community here. You want things done differently, come out with your own coin and do things your own way. Bullying, and bad mouthing? Grow up. All Rofo has to do is respect the fact that some people want to see some evidence of actually producing something with the funds he was given. Is it really too much to ask? And what does he do?.....hide behind you bunch of fan-boys. I don't see the community division here. It seems to be just me doing the arse-kicking. If that really is the reality, and i am very much in the minority, you peeps really shouldn't have much to worry about. Just stop replying to me, and carry on convincing yourself you have something of value here. I just dont see it, and/but im open to being shown i am wrong. Again folks, this is the standard wannabe IPO/ICO fund raisers should be working to, in 2015. Anything less is an investment in hope and charity........ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=177323;sa=showPosts

.... You call it fud. I call it asking for evidence.
Have any of you children ever managed people before?
I have and I am far from a child. I have found giving people the time and resources to accomplish a task leads to a far greater chance of success than micro managing and harassing them. But what Do I know. Yep, i get that. But the other necessary element, is how their progress is measured. Lets imagine the manager sits down with the employee who has been given a fairly large budget for his 'project', several weeks ago, for the weekly briefing.... Manager : "So employee, can you bring us up to speed on what you have carried out, what's been achieved over the last week, and what the plan is for the coming week?" Employee : "Cant show you what ive actually done, and dont feel i need to show you any evidence, cos i dont work like that. Just trust me. We will get there in the end. Next week? I will be talking to a few people.....probably. Depends if i feel up to it or not. Updates? Geez, Mr Manager, you ask too many questions man. Anyway, must be going. Maybe see you next week....or not." Arrogance like that, would get you sacked, and Im not the only one asking for much more communication, Rofo. You want a good example of what is necessary here??..... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=177323;sa=showPosts How is it that you became Rofo's manager? I must have missed that somewhere. He would have been sacked by now, and his 'budget' taken back off him by now, if i was. When did you become his spokesperson?

and I am in confidentiality agreement with law enforcement agencies. I also encouraged people to follow up with Action Fraud UK directly (if you did, then you would have learned a lot more about what actually is happening, under the same confidentiality agreement).
If you are talking about the UK system, thats utter rubbish. Noone enters into a confidentiality agreement with law enforcement agencies. We dont even call them 'agencies'. If you mean the solicitor has advised you to keep ongoing information to yourself, that would be correct and sensible, but solicitors do not enforce law.
