Forging works fine for me.
Has anyone launched any interesting assets? Someone could launch proxy assets for existing NXT assets, mining shares or exchange shares. This would help get things moving. There's no point waiting.

I see two other problems. An attacker could issue a feed with a malicus link to a new java exploit and kill the network.
Every forging node have to make requests to an external web site. Users who wants to stay anonym could have a problem with that.
I don't agree that any of the things you've pointed out are actually issues. This last one is obviously not an issue, since to be malicious the links contents would have to be run as javascript to result in an exploit. In terms of anonymity, the forger would simply opt-out of verifying feed txs. But if someone wants to be anonymous then they should probably not be using a NXT-based cryptocurrency altogether. |

I think it is possible to code for a forum.
you discuss by sending a message, sort or that.
The good point is that the NFD is cheap, so it will not cost too much for you to post in these forum.
and these kind of forum will be totally free of censorship.
beside, i think the NFD may need an independent forum
very good idea. the world needs a decentralized forum. Buy NFD and build such a forum and you will be rich. the only issue is whether the core developers would include it as part of NFD, which would be essential. |

More info regarding off-chain -> on-chain part would be welcome. Ripple works good enough without a blockchain, so the solution looks feasible. How often is it planned to unload the data to XCP? Will Overstock be the only party controlling the servers? What TPS rate is planned in the beginning? A lot of questions, more tech info regarding the architecture would help a lot.

node devs are doing well. keep up the good work. NODE is unique due to payment network support and USD and BTC integration. This will give NODE similar growth spurt like NXT.
NFD also has quite good devs, client is solid and up to date with NXT. Just now lacks innovations ATM. however very cheap to acquire right now, and I can see new dev come along make new features and then price exploded. thesis: accumulate leverage cheap when projects are in infancy.

ИODE looks like it will be huge. It's the first with real-world payment processing built in. Nice spin. I can see this going 100X from where we are now like NXT did.
