Hey Wolf0, does the CL patches hash better for pools? Or are they still hashing 50% or less than solo still?
Nothing in the CL will help the stales and crap caused by HTTP mining. Simpleminer is garbage. Will you give a try to implement it in the cpu multiminer? I did, but it's REALLY dull work. I gave clintar the half-finished code, but he hasn't been able to figure it out yet... Oh. So, the scratchpad part of BBR really is an annoying issue with implementing a stratum version of a gpu miner for it?

At least the dev isn't disappearing like 90% of the devs this 2014 year. Well dev, hope that you come through with all the mentioned items and more.
Not yet. Not before he getting his share from this scheme. I'm not going to spread FUD, but just stay neutral. If he does decide to ditch, oh well, it's a part of the crypto world. Until there some kind of filtering of what coins are able to posted here, there will still be a huge influx of scamcoins in the community.

It happens once is a while and usually they resolve it within 48 hours and most of the time the deposits/withdrawal work without issues. But I did have one occasion where is took LEAF 4 months to finally deposit. LMFAO.... By then, LEAF wasn't worth much and I just dumped all of it...

A half decent GPU miner has been created: https://github.com/MiniblockchainProject/CudaMinerThere are several things to keep in mind 1) it is designed to work with 700 series nVidia cards but should work on 400 series cards if you change the make file 2) for now you will have to compile the GPU miner yourself for various reasons, we will try to post pre-compiled binaries when they become available. See github project page for more information about usage and compiling. Don't like the idea of gpu miners getting in this early, but it's eventually will happen with all coins that get popular enough. Good thing, it will prevent botnet from monopolizing the network. Hope an AMD miner is in the work. Will there be a product/service that can be use with XCN? I mean purchase things with XCN exclusively.

We are working for the next feature for Aero, we'd like to hear what the community wants first! Encrypted Messaging or Tor Integration. All features will lead to AeroME.
Any plans to use AERO for purchasing products/service that fits the AERO theme?

Actually, buying/selling STEAM codes with Doomcoin is a good idea!
Anything positive that will keep the coin interesting to invest in. Can't say that with too many coin in 2014, the year of "pump and dump" and more than double the scam coins than last year.

Hey dev, anything new that is materializing? Promotion, tech, etc?
No pun intended, but this coin is doomed if the dev and community do not stay active on it. From the dev stand point; stay focus, keep promises, promote it more widely, involve the community, do not give up on the coin, be transparent and be innovative. The stand point of the community; stay positive, help promote it, help the dev out, be patient(to a certain extent), introduce ideas, and stay committed.
If all else fail, then the community just fork the coin and redo it, hopefully not an option that is selected.
Keeping things on the positive note: Since the coin is name DOOM, why not promote via gaming. Maybe through Steam offers/site, a game store, offer to purchase Doom the game, merchandising or something else?

Can you please release the wallet an hour to half hour before launch? So everyone can get setup right and have a smooth launch.
What's the ETA of the relaunch?
Please don't abandon this coin, like so many other devs have done recently.
the twecoin algo was one that was consider before using Qubit. 4 rounds of hashing from fugue -> shavite -> hamsi -> panama (ASIC resistent!) - power efficient algorithm
We will pick between TWE And FRESH
If you do a relaunch, please get at least a couple mining pools up first. This launch was really sloppy. If not and you stick with qubit, then get a mining pool up asap.

Similar things were said about the US dollar taking over precious metals, ie. gold, silver, etc, as money in the US. What is the US using now? Not everyone said it would replace fiat, but it's a good back up and supplement to fiat.

Thanks SpeedDemon. You're right. It's going to take work now to figure out what to mine. Is GPU scrypt mining done with? Doesn't look like an of the Scrypt coins return a profit after electricity costs. Am I going to have to switch algorithms?
Scrypt is virtually dead on gpu mining. You definitely have to switch from Scrypt.
Thanks guys. Seems that GPU mining is really dead. Not dead, but not as easy to make profit since February and before that. It just takes more savvy and work now. ASIC scrypt miners are still too expensive to get a ROI at the moment. You always have the option of buying coins to invest also.
So, did both FTC and PXC already implement the code for NeoScrypt already? Is there a gpu miner in the works? Would not be very ideal if this algo stayed too long as a cpu only, that just make it botnet friendly.
Neoscrypt has not been implemented yet, there will be plenty of notice to ensure everyone updates before the hardfork. yes there are GPU miners in the work. Neoscrypt has been released so anyone can develop a gpu miner for it and the race is on to see who will be first. I've been searching around for the tentative date when the algo will be forked for those coins.
Are there any new algorithms for GPU mining that are profitable? I'm not really willing to invest in any new hardware.
There's quite a few out there: X11, X13, X15, Nist5, Luffa512(aka Doom), CryptoNite, Wild Keccak (BBR), Keccak, Groestl, XPM (Gpu miner) and more. You probably want to research what is profitable via the forun, because it's always changing and much tougher now to find a profitable coin to gpu mine. Plus there are more scam coins out now a days compared to last year, keep your guard up.

How to use the same login credentials for all the NG pools?
Register on the RIPO Pool for example and the login then also works on Other NG Pools After a few minutes of synchronization. If not, message me. RipOffCoin Pool added: https://ripo.suprnova.ccI've registered with multiple NG pools and always had to re-register. They wouldn't accept the same credentials. I'll message you my username and email.

As previously stated, only Datacoin is a clone of XPM. Riecoin is it's own algo, with some similarities in XPM, but totally a different algo.
