1121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] Quick Scam Coin on: June 05, 2013, 11:00:41 PM
Oh look, it's you. Bashing another coin.

SURPRISE!

Hmmmm, maybe I should create a thread, and cry about shit, like a woman, threaten to leave the forums, and then, not go anywhere, like an attention seeking teenage drama whore...
Nah, would take a pretty big loser, to do something like that.
1122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / [ANN] Quick Scam Coin on: June 05, 2013, 10:41:51 PM
The pussy of a dev, made a self moderated thread, and deleted my posts. I do not like to have my posts deleted.
This coin is an obvious scam. A retarded monkey understands the issues, that will come from a 5 sec block time. The dev premined 500K, so if by some chance, it hit cryptsy, he could dump it.
Anyone mining this, is a fucking idiot.

First come, first serve...

We have enough coins already but Hazard is free to release any coin he likes, if you like it or not  Smiley

Not that it's ever gonna be worth a penny, just another "copy / paste / pump / dump" coin... We have enough coins Smiley

Look at PXC, DGC or WDC. They have a community and support, that's what we need, not another coin Smiley
Didn't you just re launch a fail shit coin?
1124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] ZenithCoin v1 is launched! Community takeover! on: June 05, 2013, 04:11:10 PM
This is the one where %50 of all coins mined go to the dev. Are you on fucking glue? Leave dead coins, dead.
1125  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] Quickcoin - Credit Cards Are a Thing Of The Past on: June 05, 2013, 04:08:49 PM
Timer removed. End time: 2013-06-05+20:00:00UTC

Introducing Quickcoin!

Specs:

Block Time: 5 seconds
Block Reward: 8
Confirmations: 4
Coins: 500 Million
Difficulty Re-target: 1/4 day
Pre-Mine: 0.1% = 500,800 coins (101 blocks) for Bounties and Future development *
Look for a giveaway of 800 coins within an hour of the launch!
We have made all the right improvements to speed, difficulty re-target, difficulty adjustments.  No hard fork ever needed
Please be sure to check your values when setting up a P2Pool, etc

Initial Bounties/Subsidies:

1500 Block Explorer
1500 For 1st Working Pool (must show that its working)
1500 Quickcoin Faucet
2000 Quickcoin Lottery
2000 Quickcoin Dice
?      Misc - Pitch an idea
2500 Quickcoin Brainwallet/Paperwallet Generator (like bitaddress.org)
10,000 Apple Store Game That Uses Quickcoin for In App Purchases there are restrictions
7,500 Rebate/Subsidy for accepting Quickcoin as payment for e-commerce there are restrictions

Additional Bounties/subsidies are available as needed, Will be paying additional developers for their ideas.  We are interested in the ability to use Quickcoin for a variety of applications, from in app purchases, to online gaming, to e-commerce.

Source code available 10 minutes prior to launch.  Binaries available 5 minutes before launch.  I will not be mining the launch.

Details such as ports, etc will be made available prior to the launch as well.

Q&A:
1) Will there be orphans:  Rest assured orphans are part of the initial low difficulty mining, and those with a high hash rate will win blocks that your miner thought it solved.
2) You pre-mined 500K coins? Yes, do you think the dev should release a coin, mine, and pour their coins earned mining (and electricity costs) towards bounties and coin improvements?  The 500K coins will be used to further the coin, including paying for infrastructure, development, promotion, etc.  They are not part of our personal stash, and will not be "dumped".  We want to see this coin at $10, not 10 cents.
3) Why is the difficulty so low?  Funny story, we set out to produce a coin that started at difficulty 1 - all the stories of a difficulty 1 genesis block taking weeks are true - we gave up after 6 1/2 days.
4) Will there be chain bloat?  Likely down the road, but that will be addressed soon enough, and there are also a few ideas being kicked around that could eliminate the need of a wallets need to download the blockchain at all for everyday transactions.

Happy Mining!

go fuck yourself, you unoriginal piece of shit.
1126  Other / Meta / Re: [EXTORTION & THREATS] Now OK On Bitcointalk.org? on: June 05, 2013, 04:06:12 PM
This is now allowable on these forums?  Allowing Hazard, who runs his altcoin creation service to extort and threaten people that announce he release of a coin?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=226096.new#new

Tell you what. I'll give you 1 hour to release this abortion of a coin. Or I release an exact duplicate of it. Name, icon, everything.

Let the games begin.
Not much of a threat. And extortion typically involves personal gain of some kind. Oh, and then there is the give a fuck factor. Personally, mine is zero.
1127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gold Coin (GLD) Info Thread - The Future of Digital Currency *UPDATE Binaries on: June 05, 2013, 10:52:31 AM
At one time I was very interested in GLD because I truly believe it has a lot of potential in terms of mass appeal. Consumer adoption is key to long term business success and the name Gold Coin does have a nice ring. In my view this coin has the potential of overtaking litecoin as the number two BTC contender as long as all shady elements are removed.

That is why I also find it highly troubling that the administrator/operator of the "official GLD forum" is now a known/confirmed scammer.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=225137.0
GLD will never go anywhere. Its 500 coin block reward and those 10k super blocks will see to that...

I'm implying their mothers should have sucked a dick rather than fucking that night. I am fully aware of how zygotes are formed

I'm sure your "familiar" with the act, but I'm going to guess, you've never partaked...
Would you just go away already, you friggin Drama Queen Roll Eyes

Nope. Go bash some more coins you can't mine

That was so lame, I can't even be bothered to insult you further

Good. Bye now. Maybe next time you'll catch me so insecure in my masculinity that I have to call adults on the internet a virgin

Well, you did create this whiny bitch on the rag thread...

1135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [BOUNTY] 100 DGC Bounty to solve my 3/4 Video Card Recognition Issue on: June 04, 2013, 09:54:43 AM
I'm pretty confident you are experiencing the code 43 error in device manager, no?

idk what dgc is so you can keep the bounty if I help you resolve your issue  Wink
Where would I find the error? Device manager only shows 3 cards. No errors that I can see for video.

Right now, you have 3 probably points of failure. The PCI-e slot, the Riser cable, or the card itself. You need to swap with known good components, ie Try a riser cable you know works. If nothing, Try a PCI-e slot, you know works. If still nothing, you got a DOA card.,and you should contact the vendor, for an RMA number

Thanks mate. Bad PCI-E 1x to 16x.

I'm a man of my word, so..

Post ye' DigiCoin Address fer yer bounty! Smiley

cool Smiley And people say I never contribute anything helpful Tongue

1136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Truth About Hazard's Altcoin Creation Service on: June 04, 2013, 12:09:35 AM
Yeah, someone also posted a tutorial here too...Whats your point? People pay Hazard, because its easier, and they have the BTC for it. Who gives a shit?
Also, Hazard compiles the clients for them, which, as I understand it, is really the hardest part

So then he should be advertising himself as a shortcut for lazy people, not as a real developer for those who don't know how to code. What he is doing is not worth $50.

If people want to pay to have someone edit code for them to create alt-coin clones with nothing new I'll do it for $10 a pop then. That's how fast, easy and streamlined the process of making a new coin with just basic edited crap is, I will do it for $10 a pop and have your coin ready within 24 hours with github source code, linux binaries and windows binaries.

I will not only do it cheaper, but I won't pretend to call it coding or development either, because it's not.

It is worth, what people are willing to pay. Free market. And make sure you compile the windows binaries
1137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Truth About Hazard's Altcoin Creation Service on: June 03, 2013, 11:46:06 PM
Not to mention that I found this:

https://andarazoroflove.org/how-to-create-alt-coin-scrypt-clones-for-fun-and-profit-bitcoin-litecoin-secrets-exposed/

If anyone wanted to make another shitcoin, they don't need to pay for it either.

1138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Get Hazard Banned! [POLL] on: June 03, 2013, 11:44:08 PM
FYI,

The whole reason this sub forum was created was to keep postings about "alt coins" from appearing spamming cluttering up the main Bitcoin Forum.

I can't remember which one but I specifically remember there was a Mod (Maged??) that openly protested the creation of this forum and wanted to simply shitcan all alt post.

Theymos created this forum as an alternative trash can and that's what it is.

Anyone else concur?

~BCX~

So, you being in here, does that make you trash  Huh
1139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The latest Alt wars are over. We have our winner, DGC ! on: June 03, 2013, 11:40:32 PM
sorry to say but dgc is still losing to Worldcoin by a lot.....  I am seeing very minimal growth in dgc, wdc on the otherhand seems to have taken off... Just check the buy orders for both on all exchanges (all 1 exchange for dgc)

And yet DGC is almost twice as much in value....

This vote is NOT a commitment to list the winner, it is purely a market research action. If the vote turns out a promising candidate we will most likely put it up for vote to the Vircurex shareholders.
