1124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gender in Gambling [differences between Women and Men in Gambling] on: September 06, 2023, 09:19:37 AM
~

Yeah, we've got almost 8 billion people all around the world on this planet. But not half of them are women, because as far as I know, there are a lot more women than men. But in terms of gambling, men have more numbers compared to women. However, I can't deny that the majority of women in gambling are more sensitive to playing in a casino, unlike men, who are more aggressive than women. And there are very few women who are experts in casino gambling.

That is simply not true. You can google it.

And what do you mean by "experts in casino gambling" I can't even imagine. Smiley

~

I still remember a video on Twitter which showed that there were already many women in Europe who said they wanted to have equal gender rights with men, they even did all the usual male activities but it's important to remember that DNA is irreplaceable, European women it's actually just jealous of men because they think household chores are boring (sometimes I think like this too lol)

with the emergence of anonymous gambling sites, the percentage of women who gamble will certainly increase, there are even some women who say they have several accounts on many online gambling sites. actually talking about gender in gambling activities seems very conservative, but I'm sure the majority of male members here will never like women who gamble frequently Cheesy

Well, it depends. If they are responsible gamblers, gambling occasionally from time to time, not losing much time and money, why not? Why can't they gamble? And if you are talking about some addicted ones, women wouldn't like such men either.

1126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino Slot Streamers on: September 05, 2023, 05:39:25 PM
That's right, he was lucky. And it can happen to anyone  of us, so, I see no lie or attempt to scam there.

Copying streamers moves is pointless, you are doing the right thing with not following them. As for the particular site they playing on, honestly, I don't think it can be a scam site. Gambling sites pay a lot of money to those streamers, and scam sites are not capable of that.

Of course, I'm not saying that everything streamers use is fraud or scam. I'm just saying that I prefer to use websites that I already use and know about in this forum over streamers. After all, wherever we play, if we lose, the result is still a loss, it's no different from that. Not that I accuse the website that streamer uses is a scam, it's not like that. because I rarely follow streamers, especially for gambling websites. reviews on this forum are more neutral and more trustworthy. Watching streamers just to see games I might need to try at the web casino I'm used to.  that my point Wink

Yeah, this place, this forum is above all, that's for sure. I'm not joking, I think gamblers that gamble online, especially with cryptocurrencies, should bookmark the Gambling discussion section here and read it from time to time. And I'm glad you agree that streamers normally don't promote scam sites. If it were the case at least once I'd like to read more about it.
1127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble Responsibly on: September 05, 2023, 04:35:33 PM
People should unbderstand that losing without hard feelings is also a skill. Those poor souls that were taught in their childhood "Don't accept failures" and stuff like that, they are living in hell when they are adults because of that upbringing.
I was taught to not accept failures and I'm not a poor soul. Actually, you shouldn't accept failures but you should know which failures to ignore. Should you accept failures in gambling? Definitely, it's your luck, you can do nothing about it, casino has an advantage also in numbers, so, there is absolutely nothing you can do long-term.

Well, I'm glad for you. Looks like it's working out for you pretty well. The thing is some people don't distinguish gambling from real life, and that's a big problem for them. They think if they lost in gambling they shouldn't accept it too. I'm really glad that you can see the difference. But lots of things in real life depend on luck too. And if you fail there you should just move on and don't try again to succeed. But knowing that you should definitely never chase your losses in gambling is a big step forward already. Cheers.
1128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A weird belief among some gamblers. on: September 05, 2023, 02:05:53 PM

That's how it is in gambling, we see victory getting closer but difficult to achieve, so without realizing it we run far to chase losses. And this is where it's important to continue playing calmly, don't get carried away by emotions. And I always hate playing alone because I can't be completely sure if I am able to control gambling activities, therefore I always ask other people to accompany me to play in the hope that someone will enlighten me when I lose control while playing gambling.

You simply don't believe in yourself that is why you would want to go with someone to the casino and share your bet with them to get approval of the bet you want to play. It is not bad to share your game from time to time but to always do that with the way you have said it, it means you are not a regular bettor. This is unlike those who like to keep their game secret from others, those gamblers believe they have the magic game and so won't like every other person to partake from the bet. Anyway, it is just the way we feel best and anything that is best for the winning is acceptable.

I'd say, anything that is best for our entertainment is acceptable, including sharing our bets or following others' bets. Because we cant know what is best for our winning. If we knew that, we would be millionaires, right? If you find it entertaining to keep your bets in secret, do it then. No one should judge you, it's your right. But if seriously, it won't help you to win more. Daniel Negreanu openly shares how he's playing, and it doesn't make him to win less.

Great information @Betwrong, to be honest because I have never won this so I had such a question and was negative thinking, but thanks for your response glad to hear your answer, I think it is clear by now that every second highest prize winner or $20 equivalent gets email from freebitcoin directly at least another extra giveaway by posting that win get another free $5 from freebitcoin in that thread.

Hopefully I'm as lucky as you are to get a chance for the second highest prize in free spins or the highest grand prize with $200 , although I've been close to getting it once in a while but luck hasn't been with me, maybe next time I'll get that prize in free spins, I never have missed the free spins for it always hoping to get it one day.  Wink

I wish you to win not only the second highest prize, but the main one! The probability of that is very low, but isn't it even more exciting that way?

We all have a dream of rolling that 10000 one day. It's like the ultimate goal of our rolling on FreeBitco.in. Some of us been playing for years there and for years we cherish that hope.
1130  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ BITCASINO - Elevate Your Gameplay 💎 #1 VIP Crypto Casino ✈️ on: September 05, 2023, 09:26:00 AM
Have you guys tried Bitcasino Sweets by Gameart? The thing is that on Bitcasino.io we can see LIVE RTP and look at the numbers for this particular slot:

Since all those tales about a "sleeping mode" is bs, it can mean only one thing: for some reason people weren't winning on this slot for quite a long time. But eventually someone must win to bump that RTP back up to 96.75% as it should be.

Those were my thoughts and I tried to play it for fifteen minutes and with this explosion

I won 8x of my bet

But surely something much bigger is lurking out there somewhere in the depths of this game. Maybe you'll be the one who discovers it? Wink
1131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: September 04, 2023, 12:07:23 PM
AI from what I've seen so far is mostly about enabling what is already possible but usually far more awkward.  The AI is a way for the plain masses of the population to access tools normally less available then it can provide via a search engine type conversational interface.
The other big point about AI that Ive heard a few times is you must remember the giant amount of data required for it to work.   Dont forget the computer isnt really super intelligent its mostly about resourcefulness to reference the data on tap it has; a giant reserve of data accumulated and formatted ready to use with the AI is the secret behind its magic.
Show me the data for the outcomes with gambling and I will believe it can be of great help, for card games this is often maths data and long established and known so I can believe that possibility as AI.  I studied card games as part of a statistics and probability theory course a quarter century ago and it was old as hell then, its still relevant now to be in any AI  deployed solution no doubt.

AI can analyze a big amount of data in a second, the amount that would take weeks for a human to just read through.  So, I agree with you, AI can be helpful. It only needs to "know" what do you need. Tell it in a prompt, and you might get very useful results. I don't know how to use it in card games, but in sports betting AI can tell you whether to bet on a particular team with particular odds.
1132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you lose on slots? on: September 04, 2023, 10:35:54 AM
Losing on slots is common and this is much experienced by the addictive ones. Slots were mostly of the higher house edge game and this is really the easiest money melting game. When we spend on slots we should be careful enough to spend with the low amount possible. Slots will result in atleast 80% losing and it is assured that minimum 10% of the amount wagered gets lost.

Sorry, I don't think it's true. Where did you get those numbers from? Slots indeed have a big house edge, but not as big as you put it. I think the average house edge for online slots is about 5%. You can lose all your balance on  slots, it's possible, but it's not guaranteed that you'll lose "minimum 10%". In fact, you can win. No one would play slots if it were like you said.

[Over $3,000] Slots Forum Challenge | Week 5

Win a bet with 40x or higher multipliers on slot DJ Psycho.
Minimum bet is 20c (0.20 USD). Any bets that are on the fun play/with nothing staked will not count.

Giveaway's Topic: https://stakecommunity.com/topic/77739-over-3000-slots-forum-challenge-week-5/

This one took a long time to get that 40x, more than an hour probably, but the slot itself is fun to play, it has some nice animations and pictures

so it was definitely worth the time. I mean, I had a good time playing this slot by Nolimit City.

And with some luck and "Psycho Spinz"

I finally made it.

Overall, slots by Nolimit City are ones of my favorite. How about you, guys?
1134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Success or Fail? - Talking about Gambling as a major income on: September 04, 2023, 09:15:50 AM
I never consider gambling as a major source of my income as it is a religiously and socially taboo/illegal practice in my country. Moreover, gambling has been declared illegal by the government and legal system. Therefore, even if I want to, I cannot directly participate in gambling, and even if I participate in gambling, I cannot add it as a source of my income. If gambling is ever legalized by the government in my country, then gambling must be considered a fixed portion of my income.
Gambling is generally legally illegal and socially unacceptable I also think it is wrong to consider gambling as the main source of income. There is no exact guarantee of what the amount of law will be here. You absolutely can many people in the world have made a fortune from gambling but it doesn't guarantee that you can. Even if you gamble the best how to get rich there is still a risk of losing uses it compulsively or feels out of control.

As with any other business, no? I personally think the answer is no for many businesses, but in the same time a big part is pretty much like gambling. The difference is that if you buy a place and open a restaurant there and it goes bankrupt, you can still sell the place and have some money, while with gambling it's possible to lose literally everything.
1135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A person who won 600k$ in lottery on: September 04, 2023, 08:44:01 AM
~
The second reason is probably the biggest reason why lotteries are so popular, even the poor or middle-class people tend to participate in lotteries because they have the hope that maybe one day their lives will be changed just because of one of these lotteries if they manage to hit a jackpot. This hope is what makes them keep buying tickets every time even after not winning anything for years because the probability of winning with a small amount of tickets is very low.

However, it's all about luck, I've seen people buying about 30% of the total tickets of a lottery and still not winning anything while a person with just 200 tickets wins the highest prize. So the probability doesn't really matter that much but it is all dependent on one's luck and destiny.

Buying a lot of tickets to increase your chances of winning a jackpot is a bad idea.  Even 30%, like in your example, it's still just 30% chance, so, it is more likely that you won't win, while you put enormous amount at stake.  When it's a progressive jackpot and all the tickets combined worth less than the jackpot you could earn some money, like it was in the case with MIT students, but it's over now.

FYI, I did not pay anything to them because I know Sportsbet already paid everything, and I don't have to pay a penny to anyone. That guy either from officials from corrupted customs or someone from 3rd party guy who works in customs department. I already called DHL and ask them if I have to pay anything, they said no, you don't have to pay anything and your parcel will be delivered soon. They also said do not worry about those 3rd party calls.

Those scammers! They are everywhere, aren't they? I hope your parcel will be delivered soon and you'll share about it with us.

In the past I received two parcels with gifts from Sportsbet.io. No one was asking me for additional money to "release" them. But every time I read posts like yours I think it can happen to me too. But actually to have those worries you should win first, right? Smiley So, I congratulate you on your win and wish you to overcome all the difficulties soon and receive your well-deserved prize from Sportsbet.io.

I'm surprised that so many participants are waiting for the last moment to make a pick. Is a meager change in quotes really worth it?
As far as I notice the odds change very little, for example now the odds of Arsenal to win against United are 1.77, and 4 days ago they were 1.80.

I wasn't waiting, I just forgot. It was bad of me I know. I had moved 15 places down before

and now I moved 4 places further down

What a shame! Many times I was saying to myself "I will never miss a match" and yet ...

Congrats, @seek3r! You are an inspiration to us all.

actually  what i do believe is that those participants has already done in their work , just waiting for the final moment to send it on.

That's exactly what's happening in my case. Seeing the time was extended I decided to make some finishing touches and submit my entry later. There's some entries in the thread, but most places are reserved. I think, as always,  we'll have many submissions in the last two days.

~
What could happen in extremely rare cases is that a whale gets lucky and sends a casino into bankruptcy. However, I would not have come across such a case yet and you would probably actually need someone with a lot of Bitcoins ... and a lot of luck.

Is it what happened to Roobet? Idk. The site is up and running for me, I just played there. What makes you think that?
1139  Economy / Gambling / Re: Whats happening with Betnomi? on: September 03, 2023, 10:18:32 AM
this will be a lesson for Betnomi users to play on truly trusted platform sites, at least casinos that are active in their platform campaigns every time. sporting events for example being a partner or sponsor would be great, because it looks like casino sites like that have big money and are not scammers.
It's true, especially when there was some red flags about Betnomi in past, but in general, nobody didn't paid attention to it. They managed to hide contraversies and make good reputation by sponsoring various prediction pools, making some promotions and giveaways.

People didn`t pay attention because they benefited financially, it`s as simple as that really... I am obviously not referring to the forum "newbies" here. There were more than enough red flags, we have pointed this out multiple times already.

What`s shocking (and what could actually lead to a different discussion... Sorsis finally decided to do the exit scam and there is literally nothing any "victim" can do since we are still in the Wild West of crypto. Shit shows such as Betnomi can simply disappear with no consequences... Talk about why regulation of the space will not only come with its disadvantages...

Is it so? Guys, please tell me it can't be true. We are not in some fecking dark web, they can't just disappear taking all the users' money with them. They will be prosecuted, no?

And regarding not paying their employees for three months. Where does this info come from?

And why there's no news about their "exit scam"? It's big news, isn't it?
1140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: September 03, 2023, 09:30:23 AM
Got a question for you guys.
Does anyone one of you know someone in real life who knows as much foreign politics as you do? If so, have you considered to bet personally with people know you regarding this incoming USA elections?

In my case, there are some people I know who are pretty much into international politics and the American situation, so I have seriously toyed with the idea on betting against them on this election, besides going with casino options. It would not be as much money as I would trust a reputable casino or betting platform, though.

has anyone there considered to do the same thing with family members, friends or co workers?

A friend of a friend of mine was saying Trump would win the election and I was saying no way, Hillary would win. It was long time ago, back in the 2016. I was so confident that I accepted his bet, $100(I was a bit drunk), and was expecting to win the money. We all know what happened. Since then I'm betting only what I can afford to lose even if I "know" the outcome "for sure". And don't gamble when you are drunk, guys.
