1121  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 15, 2022, 06:18:58 AM
I think Golden State will grab another championship, Suns is good actually but I think there is something missing in there team. Lakers will surely not win another championship knowing that the team composition is not that good, also AD is injured and LeBron do all the lifting, Westbrook does not fit in their team, Caruso is the better point guard. I think Bucks vs Golden State in the finals. But let see if Suns will not choke.
Chris Paul is the missing piece and he is injured. Better now than be like what happened with Rockets where he is hurt before the playoffs. Just when they needed them the most.
They are secured now on the top spot so there would be no reason to force every game for a win.
They can relax now and just wait for CP3 to comeback. I am a Nuggets fan but I think it will be Suns this year. But who knows, unexpected things suddenly happens.
1122  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Does This Always happen? on: March 14, 2022, 06:13:10 PM
It's normal. You are not alone to that kind of phenomenon.  Cheesy
When you feel like you have to buy but then market dumps more. Then vice versa on the selling side.
You have to live with it. It's a mistake or an error that will just add up to your experience. The sooner you realize it the better for things will go smoothly when it becomes a part of you. But don't be assured that once you experience it then it won't happen again. It's like a curse that keep on getting back whatever potion you used to take it off.  Grin
1123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 14, 2022, 05:31:12 PM
During the building of the so-called "superpowered" Lakers team, I thought to myself that with so much old all-star players, they will not be as efficient compared to the time back when they are at their prime. This is the consequences right now- all of those players are old and starting to show some age. While we may argue that Lebron James is still the King with his athleticism, talent, and raw strength, he cannot carry his team alone.

The whole Lakers team were scattered and all around the place. Booker was just effortlessly shooting perimeters and corners without any effort at all. With that kind of defense, I do think that Lebron is slowly getting frustrated to the point that he "MAY" be considering on retiring or switching to another team.
You predicted it right.  Wink
Lebron is not getting any younger. He want to have more championships at the remaining years he got before retiring but I don't think this is the team that would help him on that path.
Coach Vogel was a defensive coach. "Was." I think they are missing that because we don't see it anymore. They lack young guys now, those who would sacrifice anything for a championship while they are young. When I see Reaves doing all the work in their defensive line, I also see the problem. It's not just the coach but also the veterans and that's why it's difficult for them to win.
1124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming tokens to invest in on: March 14, 2022, 02:17:01 PM
I feel like Crypto gaming industry is still way undervalued and has a huge potential to grow from here. I'm mostly looking into gaming tokens and came across this token called $ENGN which makes game development way easier on the blockchain by helping implement non blockchain programs into blockchain with blockchain features such as P2E, P2P and encrypted servers. Which is really bullish in my opinion if you think about getting mainstream games on the blockchain definitely a worthy to keep an eye on only matter of time.
Never heard but I will check that ENGN later.
I mostly invest in the gaming platform today because I can see a lot of future within it. I think what matters is the team behind it. I prefer teams that have a background about what they are doing especially the popular ones. Like EA, Square, Gameloft, Ubisoft. Those names havent created a game yet that will be injected by NFT or whatever that adds cryptocurrencies in it. I guess they are still diving at how it could be done in perfection.
*although I heard Ubisoft is near launching their own.
1125  Economy / Speculation / Re: How these events will affect crypto market? on: March 14, 2022, 12:55:43 PM
IMO, it will affect the market but I would not get my hopes too high. Chances that this becomes a pump have a good chance but don't expect it to be long.
What comes up fast must come down the same way. So, if you are thinking about buying then you could do it now but be aware of the market and the news connected with it. Prepare the exit button because it's not a normal pump but was created by a hype of current events that will not stay.
i.e. Oligarchs selling back to Ruble after this ruckus is over.
1126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 14, 2022, 03:30:10 AM
That was an ugly game from the Lakers. You won't even see any efforts to defend and Booker just keeps on shooting with no one around him.
It's a one sided victory without even a little resistance, not entertaining at all.  Cheesy
You can also see on Lebron's face how frustrated he is. I think he realized now that he cannot do it all for the team. Missing the playoffs will be their better choice and start again next year or he could exhaust himself until the last drop of his sweat.
1127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Top Coin values should I look at ? on: March 13, 2022, 05:50:00 PM
Diversify especially with altcoins. There is no telling on would go far even if a bear happens.
This is where investors maximize their profits and I am sure you can do so as long as you know what you are doing.
What name is on your mind? Because there had been a lot listed on CMC and most of them are well prepare with the dump.
Bitcoin is a good choice. No doubt.
Ethereum is next to is because of the expectations this yead.
BNB. I think its the wisest choice when you consider BTC bull pulling it. Thats money.
1128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 13, 2022, 03:26:46 PM
Last night, the biggest game was GSW - Bucks I think. Bucks were being favoured by bookmakers by a slight margin. And their doubt got real after GSW defeated their opponent by 122-109. Thompson showed an extraordinary performance compared to his previous ones. He scored 38 points which played a significant role in this victory. And interestingly, Curry wasn't even like in the field. He got only 8 points in around half an hour play-time which was terrible. And for Bucks, Giannis was the best as always by 31 points.
Yes it was the biggest game and yes the Bucks were the favorites at that time, although the Warriors were not that far as the spreads was just -2.5 to get a x2 for their win.
But everything changed when the game started. The favorites was Bucks and it was stretched to a higher spread. Giannis and Middleton tried their best to keep the lead as reachable as possible but it was not enough. Poole and Thompson was just too hot to be stopped and thats why they claimed the win.
1129  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia can evade sanction through cryptocurrencies on: March 12, 2022, 06:24:43 PM
That is not how it works. Actually, United States and Ukraine stretched it to cryptocurrencies and that includes exchange based on Russia.
Just like McDonald's they want them to pull out their businesses there or it will be a bigger problem for them in the future. They are watching and even Coinbase and Binance are being talked about their Russian users to be blocked.
War is way different today. Not that I like it but you can sit in your room with a computer and internet and be part of it.
1130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't lock your tokens away on: March 12, 2022, 02:58:06 PM
I know we have determined newbies among us this days that have developed a strong holding (HODL) habit in themselves, I have an advice for you as a crypto holder and I hope you listen.
Do they? I thought they are just playing around and trying to mimic the ICO history where investors tried to shoot for the moon in just a small amount of time. Ended up as mostly scam projects.
Do not hold your tokens for too long without looking back, I have lost some this way because later they move to main chain running on separate blockchain, imagine if you decide to check the progress of that project only in 2024 and you see that you've missed out on swapping your old tokens to the new coin..
Indeed that is right. You can keep holding it but be refreshed with the new things about the project/coin you are holding. I think those coins that also created their own soft wallets should not be doing any swaps or if they, the investor should not have a problem if he miss it especially if they are promoting to hold the coins for a longer period of time.
1131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 12, 2022, 11:20:00 AM
Lebron James.  Shocked 50 points. Wooohh!
It was just a week ago when he made 56 points versus the Warriors, now here he goes again. Will his team mates ever learn to do their part too?  Grin
Washington Wizards is not a defensive team but Warriors is one of the top so it's difficult to explain how this is happening or he is just that good even at his age.
Damn, it brings back a lot of good memories but before it was mostly hardcore dunks not shooting. I am amazed at how he adapts sharpening his shooting skills and mentality.

1132  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you think the effects of soaring prices and fiat depreciation is on BTC? on: March 11, 2022, 05:36:26 PM
By a lot.
It won't be soon because there are still options for what they did with Russia or what Russia did. I felt the oil price so bad I think I am just fixing my bicycle and be healthy again.  Grin
There's not a lot of people now who are unaware with economics and how to save their money from being less valuable, thanks to the internet. All they had to do now is google how they can retain the value of it.
Now the options. It cannot be just simply saving it with banks, that is 1:1. It must be something else and Bitcoin will be shining on those moments of questions.
1133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elizabeth Warren hatred for crypto is like no other on: March 11, 2022, 04:07:37 PM
It's her opinion and we have different ones.
Her conspiracy theory could be wrong or right but that is just a theory. She could tell everywhere she likes about her claims but at the end of the day it's all on us if we believe it or not.
Same goes with those scattering FUD's all over social media. But their sources are not credible enough and there's no fact to back it up. So, just keep on scrolling.  Cheesy
1134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 11, 2022, 10:02:36 AM
Again with Jokic's performance. Even though they just played last night, they still have the energy to battle with a team like the Warriors.
I don't expect them to win and they didn't, but that kind of performance is worthy for a big applause.
He almost hit another triple double despite resting for longer minutes in the 3rd which had been the crucial part of the game. It sounds exaggerated but it proves the Nuggets are nothing without him because they just let the lead be gone while he is sitting.
1135  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: An advice for newbies and plebs on: March 10, 2022, 05:34:23 PM
Are new investors patient enough to wait that long? I doubt that. That's why they are mostly in the meme section.
They are mostly in a hurry to make that big profit like they are being chased by whoever they took the loan from. Banks or their friend.
I like the idea of that long term thing but there could be changes in the strategy midway or even as early as possible if the bull market starts showing.
Selling to accumulate more.
1136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Smart Move... on: March 10, 2022, 02:19:08 PM
Questions like this are unanswerable by yes or no because we don't want to be part of the blame game when everything goes south.
Look dude, it's your decision. XRP is not like they are leaving you, they will remain and in fact they are winning their SEC case.
Solana on the other hand is also a wise investment, in my opinion. If you have the money just let your XRP stay and buy Solana with a different capital.
There's a big chance that XRP would make a big pump if all of a sudden their whales will come back on their side.
1137  Economy / Economics / Re: Never expect you to be rich without investment on: March 10, 2022, 11:48:32 AM
It's not just investment, it's also security.
You invest in a house you are secured until the end of your life. It's not just about the money but to have a roof above your head should be encouraged as a good investment to everyone. Others don't like that idea and do rents while waiting for their parents to die so they can own that house. It's different if you are the owner and it all came from your hardwork.
I have the same case as your friend but I didn't take that to heart. I stood up and look for a way to have a better life and there had been rough moments but I am proud about where I am now.
Invested, secured.
1138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 10, 2022, 08:18:05 AM
That's some stats for Nikola Jokic securing a win for the Denver Nuggets.
35 minutes. 38 points. 18 rebounds.  Shocked 7 assists. This dude is trying to lock the MVP award for him.
Foul trouble, that's the Kings' issue when defending the MVP candidate. Alex Len is not too careful at how he guards him and they don't have a backup center. Lyles tried but not enough to stop the monster. Fox chased the lead but he lacks time even if he can do it all. 32 points for the fastest guy in the league.
1139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new projects? on: March 09, 2022, 05:47:27 PM
I think someone already shared this one but I cannot find it.
About the project, it does look cool but I can't seem to find the team behind it. Do you have any idea who are they? Because I want to at least see an assurance if they are the a company who really creates games or compose of different people who have background in the gaming industry.
Like Gala Games whose CEO is from Zynga who created Texas Holdem Poker in facebook and other games injected in it.
I wish they are not trying to be anonymous like other NFT games.
1140  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin $40000 resistance on: March 09, 2022, 02:01:06 PM
You know there is no accurate analysis about the Bitcoin market, right?
I am just thankful it went back to $40k+ and this might avoid the panic that had been happening whenever it goes down $30k+. IMO, buy rate will rocket up at this point since they are again witnessing a chance for another bull.
If you are having doubts for buying now then do not do so. Just HODL what you have because no one is sure where it will fluctuate again this moment.
Consider the world events if it attracts a bull.
