11341  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 1 BTC = Accepted Block ? on: June 24, 2015, 01:18:14 PM
For the current difficulty (49,692,386,355) and the block reward (25 BTC), you need almost 2 billion shares (1,987,695,454.2 in exact) on average to get 1 BTC. 111,012 shares means nothing, they are just worth 5584 satoshis on average.
11342  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: signing a message on bitcoin address on: June 24, 2015, 01:14:26 PM
In fact, many clients don't provide a function of signing messages, like any exchange sites, Android wallet, and some online wallets. Only few of the clients, which you get full access to your private key, allows you to sign a message, like bitcoin core, blockchain.info wallet, electrum, and some brain wallet sites (but need to search).
11343  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: http://www.xscrypt.com - This is a scam, I made the script. on: June 24, 2015, 12:23:08 PM
Wow, that site gives a hourly payout of 6933 satoshis while the cost is only 0.029616 BTC (2,961,600 satoshis). Then the 'break even' time is only 428 hours (about 18 days). That very high payout of that site already implies that it is 99.99% a scam.
11344  Economy / Services / Re: Solve Captchas for Bitcoins [Up To BTC 0.025/10,000] on: June 24, 2015, 08:43:30 AM
Yep, by this rate it is 250 satoshi per captcha, even less than the claim amount of major faucets out here... However if you said that it is about 1000 captchas per hour, then you are paying just $0.55 per hour, which is (maybe) even lower than the salary of workers in developing countries. Also it is not mobile friendly, so I can't use it on my phone. So I won't use it.

11347  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: June 23, 2015, 11:12:24 PM
Well i dont see crypto games on the table so here is the thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1082477.0
I can also confirm that they are paying out
Yep, use this format:
Code:
[b]Campaign Name:[/b] ([url=]Thread[/url])
[i]Payment period:[/i] Weekly? Monthly? On a specific date?
[i]Minimum posts:[/i] What is the minimum post count you have to have to get a payment?
[i]Payments:[/i] How much do you get after a month/week? Example: S: 0.1[BTC] per month.
[u][i]Escrow[/i][/u]: Did they escrow funds? If so, who is doing the escrow?
[i]Miscellaneous:[/i] Other information that might be important
So for your example it should be:
Campaign Name: Crypto Games(http://)
Payment period: Every week.
Minimum posts: 20 posts
Payments: J: 0.024, M: 0.048, F: 0.096
Escrow: Seemingly no.
11348  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: A-ads or Coinurl for faucet? on: June 23, 2015, 02:14:04 PM
CoinURL allows a faucet to publish their ads with some limitations. Depend on impression count and traffic quality only, Click doesn't count.
Anonymous Ads pay per impression too, with the bidding system.

So, which one do you think it's better? Why?
Also, have another advertisement network that pay for impression?

I need some comparison, thank you!
I've made ads of these two sites when I was running a faucet (but it is closed now), however coinurl have banned me (because it is a faucet) and a-ads only pays me 0.0003 in total for 4 months... Both sites are not good, and I used bitmedia.io for payouts, I've got 0.01 from them (because the amount is not big, my faucet gone bankrupt and it is closed now Sad)
11349  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: June 23, 2015, 02:11:21 PM
The link to dadice signature campaign is not accurate as of now. Their signature campaign has changed to 2.0 at the beginning of the month, but their payments are the same.

The new link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1078943.0
11350  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scrypt.cc possibly collapsed. on: June 23, 2015, 02:01:56 PM
what i said cloudmining are sucks you must never believe on every cloudmining service . its all bullshit.

It's not all a scam, there are legit cloudmining services, but indeed they are rare ones to find.
When a cloudmining company can't or won't deliver proof of actual mining being done, well then i call it BS.

Anyways, there's an "update" on their site now, when you log in, stating:

"

Update: Aside from the stolen coins, there's no other damage done. We have found the entry point and we're ready to move on. We're in the progress of installing a new server and should be back in business within a week.
There's a lot of speculation regarding KHS/BTC balances, all balances will be rolled back to the last backup before the lock down.
You will be forced to change your emails, password and PIN upon your first login. (These are hashed but it's good practice to reset after a breach like this).
It was a big blow, but we'll come out stronger then ever. We appreciate the patience and all of the kind words we have recieved. I'll update as we make progress.

"

* Withdraw is disabled, and as are most of the tabs in navigation menu. It all just leads to a blank page at the moment. Doesn't look good, even tho they claim to return in a week.

cheers
Oops, if withdraw is disabled, then we can't get the 'revenue' from the site. Look forward to how it goes to scam. It will probably collapse in few months as people are starting to withdraw coins there when they realize that it is a ponzi. Once a good site, but it will have a day of leaving. Just to say goodbye to scrypt.cc.
11351  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Do you still really use faucet? on: June 23, 2015, 01:24:32 PM
At this time I decided stop to use faucet  because all wates of time. I think signature campaigns on Bitcointalk are better than other faucets.
Me too Smiley I regret that why I don't stop using faucets faster, as the amount of bitcoin I can make is already few time the amount that I can earn in faucets per day and the time used to solve captchas in faucets is more than that it used to make posts, and I can contribute to the bitcoin community be participating in the forum Smiley
11352  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Maximum concurrent requests... @Blockchain.info on: June 23, 2015, 12:59:00 PM
Fortunately there are many block explorers on the Internet. I also encountered this when I'm requesting a loan yesterday, and it makes me can't confirm the loan instantly. So I used another block explorer and so to confirm the loan. This feature (of blockchain.info) was intended to prevent spamming, however it causes inconvenience to us Sad Hopw they can increase the maximum concurrent request per endpoint.
11353  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUD::Bitcoin Executive Says 21 Million Cap Increase Inevitable::FUD on: June 23, 2015, 12:41:29 PM
When you fork bitcoin to increase the 21M cap, the new fork is an altcoin. It's not bitcoin anymore. The original chain still has 21M cap and wouldn't be affected at all.
Yes. And no one will accept the fork because accepting the fork will make your bitcoin client can't send mainchain bitcoins, and all your coins will lost the value in the fork. However if it becomes a new altcoin then all bitcoin owners will get extra altcoins and may trade them back to bitcoin Grin
11354  Economy / Economics / Re: A currency or investment? on: June 23, 2015, 12:36:33 PM
I definitely think that bitcoin is a currency, however many people in my city just thinks that it is an investment Sad Bitcoin is indeed a currency! It can be traded with other currencies like USD/EUR etc. And it can also be used online, just like fiat currencies can be used in shops.
11355  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Place to invest on: June 23, 2015, 12:23:43 PM
I got 0.1 bitcoin,where can I invest it?
Other than investing in forum accounts you can also try cloud mining, however the ROI period is very long, and the difficulty is increasing, so it is a slower way to earn coins. (Better use sites that allows you to resell your hashing power so you will lose less/gain more when you want to go)
you should also mention that most of the cloud mining websites are scamy hyips in which people usually loose money and never get return of investment
Actually ironically cloud mining was one of the first things I ever invested into and have received payouts from them.I will reach roi around july 5th
Where did you invest in? It is hard to get a ROI in cloud mining now because the difficulty is increasing drastically while the maintenance fees are still high. Myself had almost got a ROI at scrypt.cc before I cashout my hashing power there however many said that it is a ponzi, not a cloud mining site.
11356  Economy / Services / Re: DA DICE Signature Campaign 2.O - Pay Per Post & Fixed Campaign Thread on: June 23, 2015, 12:20:02 PM
I just found that one of my qualifying post in a topic, which was posted in the Gambling board, is moved to the Invester-based Games board, which is not counted as stated in the rules. Will this not be counted or be counted?

Edit: Just found my another post at Meta have moved to Off-topic with the topic.
11357  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: MAKE $25,000 WITH 1 BITCOIN IN 20 DAYS on: June 23, 2015, 10:42:28 AM
How to get free 1 BTC?

By opening a thread here with a new account, and ask people to send him 1 BTC!

Also, this is in the gambling section, however he don't mention the odds of winning 100 BTC from 1 BTC. The 'house edge' of this is probably 100%. Don't 'gamble' on it.

Edit: This is a duplicate post of https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1096780.0. Will report this to moderators.

11359  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: newbie restrictions on: June 22, 2015, 02:12:50 PM
In fact these restrictions are used to prevent newbie spammers from spamming this forum. After your rank and activity increases, the restrictions will be less harsh, and eventually you can make a post per 4 seconds (when your activity count reaches 500).
One post per 4 seconds -- sounds a bit spammy. Tongue
That's why a member with 500 activity is required to do that... Establishing an account like that needs 17 months of posting, while destroying it (spamming using it) only needs some spammy posts. That's why those members are very expensive here.
