If you can't see any suspicious roll on your betting history. You can check on your email for an unknown login attempt. My freebitcoin account too was attempted to login of unknown user and try to change email multiple times recently. You can request to support for the list of your IP login to verify there is a hacker that accessing your account. Alternatively, you may have malware on your device and they were able to hijack your last session by stealing your cookies. Either way, you should log into your account and change the password to stop the emails coming through. |

@TheQuin Any thoughts on integrating hCaptcha in place of the Google ReCaptcha for the faucet rolls? It seems to be much faster in my opinion.  There is no captcha at all for anyone slightly more involved with the site, think thats the same for everyone and its not that large an amount. I never actually realised this initially so its worth saying, make a deposit or place a bet improves the free roll faucet workings. The difficulty level on reCaptcha is set by Google based on their risk assessment of you. I just tried doing hCaptcha and for me, it was far harder than reCaptcha. As STT says gamblers and those with a high balance don't get a captcha challenge anyway so the main purpose is bot prevention. I'll ask wetsuit to look at it and see if it is more or less effective at that than reCaptcha.

I don't have such issue and I haven't saw anyone else reporting similar issue. So, most likely that there is something wrong on your side. Maybe someone have access to your account and made a bet. Now I don't remember is it pending bets is shown somewhere in your account. I suggest to change your password and set 2FA to be sure that only you will be able to login to your account. That's the most likely. Check on your roll history where you can expand each entry to show your balances before and after. |

He is a scammer. The seed does not equal any of the higher win numbers. Also, he should have taken 20 Bucks for his fake, als 200 is way less probable, but still does not give you more than the 5 bucks bonus.
Hence he didn't get $5. I don't why they bother trying to fake it because we obviously check that they actually rolled it in their account. People could just post other peoples screenshots and seeds otherwise.

It is proportional to the total we have given you for free so it changes every time you do a free-roll. The balance part of the equation is capped at $100 (USD) so if you don't want to wager just keep your balance above that. |

But I always been curious to know how many people are working behind Freebitco.in. I can't believe that there is just you two, considering that Freebitco.in have 38 millions users. Even for answering support tickets, there should be at least one full time position. BTW, It's nice story how guy, who just wanted to bee helpful got full time job through Bitcointalk. We get some help from a PR consultancy for the marketing, social media etc. and a friend of wetsuit's who helps out with the HTML coding and page design. Other than that it's just the 2 of us. |

Wondering if anyone can help me. It was fine up till just couple of hours ago. The hourly free roll stopped working for me. It keeps indicating Session Expired. Please reload the page. I've done that, close the tab, close the browser, log out and back in. And even restarted my laptop. It still shows that error. Anyone else faced this issue?

How to add the email to your address book, you can try to google it there a lot tutorial on how to add email to your address book. Sometimes it's because they unsubscribed from all emails so we can't send it. In this instance, it was a simple case of him having 10 referrals all with the same fingerprint as himself each having over 900 free rolls each all from IP addresses in a datacentre hosting facility.
Looks like I got sent an autopayout for my entire balance on Sunday, that i did not request. I've never done an autopayout in all the years I've been on this site, and it sent it to a btc address that was created in 2014 and has been inactive since 2017. Literally no idea what that address is.
As the name "auto" implies you don't request an auto-withdrawal. They happen automatically if you have enabled auto-withdraw on your profile page if your balance exceeds 0.00030000 at the time of the weekly payout. You didn't say which account it is but if it was from 2014 then auto-withdraw being enabled was the default setting at that time. Maybe it was the first time you had a balance high enough. |

That raises another question. How did you end up working for Freebitcoin?  Through posting in this thread. I was answering a lot of questions here and wetsuit sent me a PM offering me a paid position as forum representative. As time went on I started taking on more responsibilities and ended up with a full-time job responsible for all day to day management. |
