1161  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Google Voice Outside Of The US - Your Own Personal USA Phone Number! on: March 04, 2016, 04:29:38 AM
works with Ebay?

I personally haven't tried it myself but others have tried it with success, so yes, it does work with Ebay.

what about sms verification ? Can i receive sms on that number ?
According to the OP it's just like having your own number.

Anyway, I'd like to have one. Please PM me.

Yes, it can receive SMS, MagicIsMe is correct, it's like having your own number from the US.

Hi,

I would like to obtain a couple Google Voice numbers as well, if you could PM me that would be great.

Thank you!

I have sent both of you a PM, cheers!
1162  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: March 03, 2016, 05:52:39 AM
I'd say yes for these reasons:

Gambling is defined as this:

Quote
take risky action in the hope of a desired result.

When you are trading, you are risking money in the hope of making more money, so you are risking something for a desired result.

When you have skill while trading, you might profit most of the time, so it's still gambling, but it's less risky gambling.

So in conclusion, I think that trading is a form of gambling, but the risk can be lowered considerably with skill.

1164  Other / Meta / Re: My account on: March 03, 2016, 05:46:11 AM
Your account where?  For what?

You need to give more information to even know where to suggest you ask the question.
I think he ask about an account out of forum. Cause i checked his id e8941642 and b300de4a not availabe.
The OP must give some details about it.

If he is asking about an account outside of the forum, there's nothing we can do about it.

OP, if your account got changed/scammed on a bitcoin related site, try posting in the "scam accusations" subforum. You'd probably get more help there if this is the case.
1165  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Dust Lottery is looking for an ad/banner spot on a faucet on: March 03, 2016, 05:34:07 AM
Are you still looking for faucets to advertise on? What is the minimum pageviews/day you are looking for?

hi

thank you for the question. yes we are still looking and not yet decided where to place our adds and to be frank this is our first approach to advertise one of our games. saying that means we would need your help (if possible) if you have a space to tell us what size of banner, at what space and costs would make sense for us where we could put our adds

sorry for bad english

I have sent you a PM, hopefully we can work out details. I'm currently thinking of a 728x90 ad, but I might be able to make room for different ad sizes if needed.
1166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best sports betting sites on: March 03, 2016, 05:31:52 AM
I like directbet because no account needed. Good luck!
if only not require an account. nitrogensport also have the facility.
directbet more than that. I am pleased with the competition bet in directbet

Not really, with Nitrogensports, you need an account. They auto create an account for you every time you visit their site, but in order to check your balance and withdraw, you have to sign into that account. Directbet is better for convenience, but personally I like Nitrogensports better because I think it has a better interface and has more games to bet on.
1167  Economy / Gambling / Re: Lottery? on: March 03, 2016, 05:17:52 AM
There's pevpot.com, which is a lottery with a positive house edge, which I find is a cool idea.

Most bitcoin gamblers aren't interested in lotteries; that's why there aren't many lottery sites.

EDIT: pevpot seems to currently have an internal server error, hope this gets fixed soon.

hi

pevpot was long ago closed by Ryan and he sold even the domain. did you visit our Dust Lottery? I would really be interested in your opinion Smiley no need to play though

Oh, I haven't played on pevpot for a while; I was aware Ryan had sold the site, but I was hoping that the new owner would continue the site, but it seems like he hasn't done anything with it. I wonder why he bought it.

edit
do you still own the faucet?

If you are talking about the faucet bitcoinshowers.com, yes, I still own it.
1168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My Method for Easy BTC on: March 02, 2016, 03:39:48 AM
looks like you need to have a lot of luck for it to work. have been trying to make some satoshis without any success.

Same here, busy in loosing at a moment, haven't won a single santoshi since a long time, and I don't like gambling but for me that is the only easy way to multiply my bitcoins.

So no one here success using his method ? Well i think it's about luck at all, especially this is dice site. same like martingale strategy though. u should gamble short term to get profit.

I've tried it and it has worked for a while, but I stopped using it as it didn't give much profit betting 1 satoshi. It might work with bigger amounts, but I haven't tried, so play at your own risk. Also, the house edge will probably win in the end, so be aware. I advise using this strategy on a dice site with a low house edge, such as safedice.com.

If you want to try OP's strategy without risk, try my site bitcoinshowers.com/btcgame/, it's a free faucet/dice game!

1170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽⚽⚽ Godly Soccer Tipster ⇢ FREE & PREMIUM TIPS ⚽⚽⚽ on: March 02, 2016, 02:13:40 AM
Surprising ,I assume the loses came from the free bet tips right ? Your premium services must be really worth buying. So do you have any refund polices ? If I buy a premium tip and follow your bet and still lose do i get 20% of the amount refunds or anything like that? Since you're new here and I would like the vouches though.

Yeah, OP, not many people have success selling picks, but if you are really good with your picks, and you give back a certain percentage of the money used to buy your premium pick, this might drive people to buy your picks, me included.

1172  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Faucet Owners Against Bots - Discussion and Ideas on: March 01, 2016, 11:57:49 PM

Hi

What captcha services you use for your websites?
I use reCaptcha v.2 from Google for both my faucets (http://bitcoinspace.net/freebitcoins & http://freebtc.click)  and mining game (http://game.bitcoinspace.net)
I was thinking to switch to Fun Captcha, but since they wont continue to offer a free service I wont make the change.

I'm currently using Solve Media, but I might change my captcha. I've found that I didn't get much success with Fun Captcha; I was still attacked by bots. It's really dumb how they're charging users now to use their service.

I'm using anti-bot links on my faucet i remove them for just 2 days & lost x12 coins i usually pay to my visitors daily & most of all when i check my adsense it show that my traffic is normal but in FB admin panel lots of payments to users.  Cry
So i implement it again.Don't care if someone wanna leave my site but i will not pay to bots again  Angry

Wow, that's a lot of satoshis! I may implement anti bot, that seems like the only current solution. What do other faucet owners think about this bot problem?
1173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on the Oscars on: March 01, 2016, 05:15:33 AM
Too bad I was not able to bet on Di Caprio for the Best Actor award as I had this second thought that he will not bag the award. Why do I have this sudden feeling that this Oscars event is made for him to win his first award?

Honestly, the odds of him winning were so high, the payout wasn't much. I think the odds were around 1.15 or maybe even lower, so you didn't miss out on too much. I was going to bet on Leo, but I decided that the payout wasn't worth it.
1174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best sports betting sites on: March 01, 2016, 05:07:08 AM

Haven't you tried betting at https://www.lunarbets.eu/ ? I've been enjoying this site for quite some time Smiley

The site looks well designed, it's good looking and easy to use, but it doesn't have a reputation yet.

Do they have a bitcointalk thread? If not, maybe you could get in touch with the owners to create one; it would bring publicity and users to this site.
1175  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Faucet Owners Against Bots - Discussion and Ideas on: March 01, 2016, 05:03:57 AM
Recently a lot of faucets have been going through bot attacks. This is a thread where you can ask questions and share your knowledge with other faucet owners.

Some basic measures to protect your faucet:

See these threads:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1200700.0

Make sure that your captcha is secure. Turn the difficulty settings of your captcha higher if necessary.

Antibot Links: (Note that antibot is not very popular amongst faucet users, only use if last resort.)

Recently bots have become a big problem. Share your ideas here with other faucet owners. The best way to contribute is tell us what you do to keep bots away, and provide some code. Let's discuss ways to keep our faucets safe from bots.

Thanks for sharing these topics i think anti-bot link is nice thing to avoid bots.Because there's a lot of proxy networks & you can't block them all.

Yes, that is true, that's why this thread was created: to try and discuss a working alternative to anti-bot, as while it works really well, some faucet users find it annoying and time consuming, which is a problem that needs to be fixed.
1176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: On The Money Free/Premium Picks on: March 01, 2016, 05:02:32 AM

Also have a personal parlay won't be adding this to official pick record

Good Luck

Wow, i clicked on that link expecting some lowass 1mbtc bet, but guess what it's 1 BTC parley, ballsy! Sincerely hoping you win it Wink

Ouch, he lost that 1 BTC, however, his other official picks are doing well; keep it up OP!

Giving out some free picks for a week to establish myself a bit more

After this week, will you be selling your picks? If so, what will the price be?

Haven't received a reply, interested in knowing if you will be selling your picks or not.

I think you should put a win/loss ratio in your original post so people can easily see how good you are at betting, it makes it more clear.

1179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Losing whenever you're Gaining? on: February 29, 2016, 05:04:53 AM
We always start betting at small amount of bitcoin and suddenly make it grow but whenever we reach such amount we always lose alot even when you change your winning chance to 90% or 95% you will get 5 losing streak. Is this just coincidence or just sites have those kind of stuff that make it happen??

I think it isn't a coincidence, it's just our minds. As the stakes get higher, we become more nervous and a loss will affect us harder. Also, most casinos have something called a house edge, which means you will eventually lose in the long run.
1180  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: What are the best ad networks at the moment? on: February 29, 2016, 04:55:28 AM
i think not is more hard create a genuine website and in the faucet page add/insert real content for not violated the adsense rules.
if you create a good page and later join to adsense and request the approvation?

Giving any kind of incentive is a violation of google adsense, even site which that do not use bitcoin or any payment method but give a virtual item (even if it has no value at all) is in violation of google adsense. If google don't catch you a bot user will get pissed they cant get bitcoins (obvious they are trying to fraud the system) and they would get back at the faucet by reporting them.

Just use a ad-network which allows faucet based use.

One identical thing on faucets banned by adsense has been that they all have had also other ads from other ad networks, what is warned not to do with adsense. I see some long term adsense publishers use only direct advertising besides adsense.

IIRC, Adsense does allow you to use other ad networks alongside their ads as long as your other ads aren't pop-up ads. You should be fine using other ad networks alongside adsense.
