1161  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✅ NowDice.com 🎲 Low House Edge 🎲 NO KYC! 💰 Jackpot 💰 on: May 07, 2023, 12:37:59 PM

Hi, just curious, is your terms and conditions only available when registering? I can't see your Terms and Condition (even your privacy policy which can also only be seen when registering)on your gambling site after registering. if it can only be seen when registering, I suggest including it on your gambling site and not just when creating an account.

Yeah it is true that you do not see the terms and conditions on the main page of the casino however when you click on register (https://nowdice.com/register), you will be redirected to the registration page when your can read the Terms and also the privacy policy. You do not have to register first, just land on the registration page and read the TOS.

For everyone's ease, i am pasting the Terms of Service below.

If I'm a first-time visitor and have played in many casinos I will check first the privacy policy and its terms of service before joining, so I can see if my country is part of the restricted countries but if I can't see the terms of service on the homepage I assume they don't have one so instead of joining I will just leave its a trap joining a casino not knowing their rules.

This is the first time I've seen a casino where the TOS and Privacy Policy are not visible on the homepage this is disadvantageous to your platform and you might lose potential players.
1162  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is it time for Old Signature campaigns to redesign? on: May 06, 2023, 09:45:21 PM
They will only change the design of the signature if they are going to add something in the design that will help them get more leads, but if a platform has already established its brand and its presence in the community they will opt for a clean design where the logo will be the one that stands out, the viewers just not to see the logo to have a recall on its status in the industry, they don't need fancy words and a lot of icons.
1163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BOXING: Buatsi vs Stepien (Saturday 6th May 2023) on: May 06, 2023, 02:47:23 PM
We have the weigh-in now https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cENrRy4aOt8 oh boy, I have never seen such an intense and long face-off, both fighters do not want to back off, Buatsi is good but Stepien is a good all-around boxer so I'll pick him to win the match via knock out.
This is the kind of match worth watching two undefeated and hard-hitting boxers, I will prefer watching this match to watching the Canelo - Ryder, it's going to be a total slugfest between Buatsi and Stepien.
1164  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Paano Ka Ba Manghikayat o Mag educate Sa Mga Kababayan Natin on: May 05, 2023, 12:41:26 PM

1165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - what is your plan when we reach $100k? on: May 05, 2023, 10:12:47 AM
I do not have much Bitcoin currently but I am planning to convert a lot of the profits I make in my altcoins during the bull run into BTC which I will then hold till the 2028/29 bull run.

I expect Bitcoin to reach at least $100k at the peak of the next bull run, possibly $150k.

Just wondering what we are all planning to do when Bitcoin does reach $100k - are you selling or are you holding till the 2028/29 bull run?

We should enjoy our profit and enjoy the fruit of our long wait, five to six years of waiting is not easy for investors you need full confidence and are dedicated to holding your coins.
For an investor, the long wait should have a plan behind it.
When I realize a profit from that $100k price I will just retire and enjoy the fruit of my patience, those who can keep up waiting for the price to pump are rewarded with good profit.
1166  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Fake SUI Airdrop And Presale Ongoing In Facebook on: May 05, 2023, 08:30:04 AM
Would be surprised if anyone here on the forum fell for this scam. Ah well, doesn't hurt to remind everyone of the old tricks.

It depends on what kind of member he is if he is a bounty hunter who ignored other sections of this forum and he only knows the bounty section, and all his activity are all bounty reports then it's possible, not because you are a member of this forum you are safe from scammers it still depends on your mindset and how you do your research on all the projects you are involved in.
Some members do not know the function of a forum, they do not know how to interact, and they are only here to make money through bounty reports

Congress has long-recognized the potential harms posed by sports betting to the integrity of sporting contests and the public confidence in these events.

My understanding of this is that there are two sides to sports betting, the gambler's side and then sports contest games. But this is the first time I am reading that sports betting can affect the game negatively and results in reduced public confidence. Does this apply to the NFL only? What about soccer and other sports? Are they exempted? Let's talk about this.

Public perception is powerful sports organizations expect a high level of competition for the public to enjoy, if players are involved in sports betting, they will think that players are betting for the other teams, so while the players or fighters are still active, they should refrain from being involved in sports betting, it will corrode confidence in the whole sports organizations.
This is just right the sports organizations just want to protect their integrity, sports organizations will be ruin if there are reports of game fixing.
1168  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Scamfree Marketplace on: May 04, 2023, 12:36:40 PM

So i wont do anything new, i will take whats already there in order to just do a single thing: Silence them. preventing them from contacting anyone. If they cannot get in touch with you over my marketplace no matter where ore what it is, they will leave all by themselves...at least thats the approach i will follow maybe i can present something for a first rudimental tryout in the next 2-3 weeks, but the whole things needs to be included into my main project which is my NFT collection. perfectly for doing first experiments Smiley

You are not going to set up a scam-free marketplace, you will only try to set up a scam-free marketplace, set up and try to set up are two different words with different meanings since you have not presented a new idea so you are just going to try to set up one.
Why not set up tutorials on how the marketplace works and avoid scammers, if you have educated users of your marketplace and you know how scammers work and stop them from harming your marketplace, a platform or a marketplace is scam free if you have educated users, scammers victimize people who are ignorant on how scammers work.
1169  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AntiDolos extortion/scam on: May 04, 2023, 08:13:14 AM

By the way, I found an interesting claim on their website. So much about being non profit media.  Wink

I am really looking forward to hear what he can say in his defense.

This is getting interesting the disclaimer is for readers to make the readers believe that they are independent and transparent and they are not doing paid reviews but based on the screenshots provided by OP
They just betrayed themselves, they have to go here to defend themselves or they will get tagged and their platform exposed for extortion.
This is the malpractice of many ICO reviewers, they are not going to just help projects, there's always money involved.

1170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Big is the online gambling industry today? on: May 03, 2023, 01:24:33 PM

According to the articles shared, sports betting will have the highest market gain in the next few years.
What do you think?
It is, the world is united because of the internet, so we have people easily accessing the internet through their handheld devices like cellphone and laptops the sports industry is growing because of advertising, and people can see the hype created by the sporting industry, you combine all of this and we have an industry making a huge impact in their profit.

The gambling industry is a multi-billion industry and the competition is very stiff that big corporations are making their bet in the gambling industry, this figure could double in the next five years.

Still some payouts are visible, maybe not a complete scam even though surely it is dangerous.
If you lost over 1800$ funds on your own , Im not sure its completely unfair to deduct the 100$ or something.
As you tell the story , you lost 1800$ + gambling?

Whats their policy on minimum withdrawal , any tax/fees for losing 1800$ + ?

Don't believe on stats they provided, These are manipulated stats can't you see, you can't even click those addresses to verify if those addresses really won on Explorer, there's no such thing as complete, half complete scam, if it's a scam it is a scam, some of our co members have shown reviews coming from other platforms and those who accuse him should show evidences that they are a scam casino.

Although they have not yet uploaded their pieces of evidence, still OP is not answering I'm sure he is following this but prefer to ignore these complaints and accusations.
1172  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning]: AI voice replicating scams on: May 02, 2023, 08:59:26 PM
I just knew that something like this can happen AI is being used to scam people because AI is smart and can imitate they can be used by AI as a platform to scam people, and the scammers will have to do a background check first this scheme is very old I have read and heard it hundreds of times in TV news but they usually targeted house helpers.
I would verify it if the call is coming from my relative phone or check the hospitals if you're not good at tracing or you first time you encounter this you will likely fall for it.
1173  Other / Meta / Re: How possible is selfmeriting ? on: May 02, 2023, 02:35:33 PM
I recently noticed the possibility of clicking  on merit on a post made by myself  and I was curious to know if its possible for one to merit himself?
Then it will not serve the purpose of merits you will just merit yourself to rank up

Quote
I haven't  seen any rule kicking  against this and since the feature is there, i want to know if its possible  to merit my post by myself and if anyone else has ever thought of this?
It doesn't have to have a rule, common sense tells us it's not right, I don't think others will think of this idea, you are just one imaginative guy to think this.

Quote
I really enjoy being on the forum and it seems every passing day, I'm learning  something new and please pardon me if my question doesn't seem worth it but I do really want to as there are post I feel are worth meriting but got  no merit.

You're not alone so many of us do but it will not make us create a funny and useless post like this because we're not getting merits, just keep doing what you love doing and keep on improving, merits will come unexpectedly.
1174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Never Expect Consistent Winnings From Gambling - A Lesson I Learnt. on: May 02, 2023, 11:15:48 AM

Only those who are extremely lucky manage to get winnings from gambling and that too isn't permanent, even the luckiest people start losing after a few days of their winning streak because that's how gambling works.

People believe that you can make money from gambling because these so called lucky people only shows their winnings they boast their winning to people because they get satisfaction from boasting their winnings but kept quiet when they are losing, this is one part of compulsive gamblers they derive their happiness from making people believe that they are expert and lucky in gambling, but in reality these compulsive gamblers are knee deep in debt.

I have seen a lot of people creating threads to post their winnings and bragging that they know how to win but they cannot keep up because there are days that they have a long losing run, even if they tried to win they cannot so their thread gets buried because they have a hard time winning again.
1175  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin price trajectory gamit ang AI on: May 01, 2023, 03:32:16 PM

1176  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crypto Gambling OK HASH on: May 01, 2023, 01:59:38 PM
This looks like a Chinese-operated casino, the image, and the server gave the casino in, they also have a penchant for numbers 99 and 88, the interface is not your usual or standard casinos that we have here I don't know but I'm not comfortable playing in my desktop on a casino interface which looks like a Cellphone interface.

They only use Tron and USDT for now, I'm looking for a Terms Of Service and Privacy Policy but I cannot find the location, they should have this, majority of gamblers always look on these two to check if this is the kind of casino worth playing on their terms.
1177  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do u think that the body governing need to re-strategize ? on: May 01, 2023, 11:42:02 AM
It is no longer news that cryptocurrency is not supported/accepted by governments of all countries. I want to believe that the body regulating these coins needs to re-strategize for better acceptance. I will like to have your views.

They're already doing that accepting and even promoting to their citizenry under their strict regulation and imposing huge taxes, our government benefits from integrating Cryptocurrency into banks and money exchange, but to some extent they retain control by imposing strict compliance, KYC, and heavy taxes.
The government believes in the saying if you can't fight them join them but impose your will and make a profit out of it.
1178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Politicians behind the development of gambling platform on: May 01, 2023, 09:25:25 AM

After all, gambling has a large market share, so it's no wonder that many politicians have side businesses such as casinos or nightclubs

But it should not be open to the public, if I'm a politician I would not think of openly admitting I'm running one because it will ruin my credibility as a public servant, especially for new politicians, and there's always a perception that politicians will use their political power to advance or cover up any misbehavior of their platform, like if there are complaints on their platform, they will bribe investigators and prosecutors because, in the first place, the politicians like senators are the ones who allocate funding on different government agencies.
1179  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What will a mixer do under the mentioned situation? on: April 30, 2023, 10:47:58 AM

1. Do mixers know where they're getting a deposit from?
2. If yes, will they co-operate here with the officials and let them know about the deposit?
3. If they do, how will they stop the scammer from moving his funds out of their mixer?

We can only speculate no Mixers' representative will go down here to address this question because it will give away their policy or actions that can harm their platform or will shy away potential clients.
It's a dilemma for any unregulated platforms to receive a notification from NBI to deal with something that will break their policy and terms of service, but I assume that they will not break their client's trust.

There's no intention on their part to help scammers or use their platform for criminal activities but I again assume they can compromise so they can protect their platform and at the same time protect their clients.

1180  Economy / Gambling / Re: A reminder for gamblers to avoid FortuneJack (ongoing lawsuit, 120k usd stolen) on: April 30, 2023, 09:07:22 AM

It's been more than a week that I've posted this. A lot of people came here, interested about this subject, some said they will discover for themselves, some said this is FUD, but we haven't heard since then from any of them what is the truth.
Guys, just ask FortuneJack, let's see what they say, right?

I don't think they will come down to address this issue, because they know that when the case is already in court both parties are not allowed to say the merit of the case, are you aware of a gag order
Quote
A court order forbidding parties in a legal action, lawyers, witnesses, and jurors, from making statements to the press regarding an ongoing case in which they are participating.
, if you really file it you should not talk about the case is your lawyer aware of your posts if he is he will not allow you to talk about it, and if you cannot show anything this is just a FUD.
And Fortunejack knows better not fall for this trick.
