1181  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is useless or is it? on: May 15, 2017, 03:09:15 PM
How can you ridicule or rundown Bitcoin as useless because there's increase in transaction fees. I thought increase in transaction fees is directly proportional to increase in Bitcoin value or prices so why badmouth it in the first place? It is never useless and has never been to some of us.

I dont think there is any credibility in this thread. The whole cryptocurrencies world is standing on BTC and without it, there will be nothing. If you compare the price of BTC then the fees are nothing. Look at the impact BTC is doing on the planet. It is necessary for system to continue.

Thanks for sharing.

@OP, haven't heard about this site before. I visited the link of their ANN thread, seems the OP is active. As expected the thread has both positive and negative comments. Positive feedback came from those who are using the site (as they've said). How good have you earned from there?

Never heard of such website till now. Thank you OP for introducing us and for the thread links too.
Would like to know the experiences of OP in the website and what is the process there and is there any difference between poloniex and xcoins.?
1184  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Where to invest my Bitcoins? on: May 14, 2017, 03:23:15 PM
I believe you need to diversify your investments between altcoins, as there is the easy to trade, you can try casinos bankrolls as well, there are a few trusted around, in the last option maybe build your project with your bitcoins.

How high are the returns the BTC casinos give you? Are they high enough to double your investment in 1 year?

Doubling your investment in a year is near to impossible mate. If the OP has experience in lending then it would be a good idea to try lending service in here. It is riskier but more profitable than poloniex.

1186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where and which part of day do you gamble? on: May 14, 2017, 02:39:36 PM
I gamble occasionally and that too only when I get bored with my other works. So usually it will be late night after everyone slept in my home and mostly Rock Paper Scissors on action-gamble.com
Just for fun because I dont think we can make any money without luck in gambling.
1187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][QAU] QUANTUM PROJECT - Connecting markets on: May 14, 2017, 01:48:23 PM
Screen shoot taken around 5 days ago

Right now screen shoot

As i said from the very beginning the last few days will see  big investments  in just 5 days almost double the money that have been raised in 23 days

and still I think this last 36 hours will be really good 2000 BTC is coming  Wink

I was wondering about the same thing. I saw some 700BTC investment a week ago and now its a 3million+ Dollar venture. Already a great success for the developers and owners of Quantum. Hope it will get a good success after the special presale.
1188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Discussion: Disappearing coins on poloniex on: May 14, 2017, 01:23:38 PM
In the trollbox an mod just said that they are having issues with ETC wallets, but working on it. Seems also to be related to the delay of deposit + withdrawls.
Maybe its not just ETC. Some people report they lost BTC, for me it was BURST.

Thank god it hasnt happened with me, hope to get all these issues with polo as their service is good and solve users problem and refund the coins in case of lost with some of their internal problems.
Contact their service and you will get your BURST back.
1189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin SegWit is Locked In on: May 14, 2017, 07:13:36 AM
Why does the price of LTC go down all the way?

It was pumped when the news came out of the deal with the miners to adopt segwit - and then dumped when the whales decided to take their profits.

Nothing much is going to happen with litecoin until they can prove that people actually USE the coin. If they don't use it, segwit etc is useless.

Its getting stable if you ask me. People invested suddenly because they thought getting into the coinbase and segwit integration will be a great step for an altcoin, that too before its integration to BTC. LTC is for the long term now. will be similar to BTC with less complication.
1190  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Returning to bitcoin after 2 years! shocked at confirmation time! on: May 14, 2017, 06:29:35 AM
This was not the bitcoin i had seen!

What in the world has happened to bitcoin

It is almost one day and the transaction has not been confirmed and as a result i am not able to trade in any exchange..

i have heard that the transaction confirmation time has increased but never expected this worst case.. at this rate everyone will soon abandon bitcoin and this is the reason perhaps bitcoin dominance has come down significantly in the crypto space

This thread number 1000 complaining about the confirmation time.
This happens every time when bitcoin price skyrockets, but  you are returning to btc ,so i assume you didn`t know about that.

I think he havnt saved any BTC in the past and after seeing the price, he got a heart attack and got frustrated. For that kind of price the fee will also be higher than the normal mate. But still it is low if you compare other service providers as well as currencies.
1191  Economy / Goods / Re: Iphone 6s for sale on: May 14, 2017, 06:16:47 AM
Would like to see some pictures and are you open to have an escrow for the trade.?
Let me know the price and year of purchase and other details.
1192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know whether its your lucky day? on: May 13, 2017, 05:35:51 PM
I can't believe people are even discussing this, I would have thought bitcoin users with be mathmatically competent enough to know there is no such thing as a lucky day.

You can think what you want to but belief makes things better. When you play dice or pyramid or Rock paper Scissors all day, you need lots of luck to win all the time. Its based on which game you are playing mate. If you win big on the first attempt then you are lucky. I would just cash out the winning and go on a vacation.
1193  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Online games that can earn bitcoin? on: May 13, 2017, 05:24:46 PM
I have a method that is great if you play CS GO. I think you might know this, you can trade skins easily at low price and then sell them for profit on bitskins.com for bitcoin. My friend who is a no lifer CS player does this and has earned quite a bit of amount from this.

As I know there is no sites paying more than a faucet sites. If anybody knows to earn bitcoins for playing games like rummycircle in Fiat. Please pass your suggestion buddies.

There is this game called snake faucet game (playforcrypto.com) where you can earn from different kind of cryptocurrency, not BTC directly, but still.

It has been around for a while and pays everytime. I am not an owner or dev, I am just a regular player who has claimed all time record score and waiting someone to beat me.

I dont think it is any better than other faucets, what you earn is very little and you have to spend most of the time in boring sadistic games. If it is interesting and popular then they will ask real money for game money. Think about it, use the same time in doing some good work and earn alot more than that.
1194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PIVX: Who got rich from this? on: May 13, 2017, 04:13:55 PM
Pathetic attempt to make the prices go up, so you can stop bagholding this coin.

PIVX is going to cuck you and finish on your face

We cant say like that about any altcoin in the cryptocurrency world. This pumping and dumping in the small price range is not that great and big dogs can make artificial pumps, we all know that.
1195  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Earning with BTCs? on: May 12, 2017, 05:18:25 PM
Hello, I have about 3 BTCs that I would like to earn a little bit off of...I tried BTCjam and most lenders didnt pay back, so I made negative there..

I dont know trading so I dont know how that would be... any other ideas? Smiley
Next time be careful on lending especially on BTCjam there are lot of scammers, If you don't how to trade you can learn from here you can try also investing on gambling sites

Poloniex is better as far as I have experienced with respect to lending. BTCjam is infamous for a lot of scammers and not trustworthy. You can try lending on this forum also but it will be risky and you have to proceed with caution.
1196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: May 12, 2017, 04:19:51 PM
Ethereum is good altcoin after bitcoin itself, see the price now. Don't worry to invest or trade on eth, just learn the strategy & practice. Know your skill and manage your mindset also money to get the best plan to invest/trade. Eth will grow as bitcoin itself, find the opportunity to get some profit. Focus on eth news, practice some strategy and always learn about risk. Have a nice day.

That is a good advice. It will take me some time to learn.

Learn the art of trading regardless of the currency which you want to try on. Actually it is better to try some new coins. Dont invest everything on one coin rather try for different ones so that you can have back up plans all the time.
1197  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: May 12, 2017, 04:16:24 PM
Bitcoin is the digital currency. Bitcoin is the eye of my income because in this day and age looking for work is very difficult And his salary is very small when compared with my income in this Bitcoin world.

Side income, Future savings. BTC is like another life for many users here apart from their regular job or daily routine. We can be anything here in return of BTC for our services.
1198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][QAU] QUANTUM PROJECT - Connecting markets on: May 11, 2017, 05:02:51 PM
Kudos to Quantum team for gatheringa lmost near 2 million  dollars in just their pre-ico period. How much more will they get in the ICO! By the way, how long will it take for wallets to be released once ICO started and the plans for exchanges, are there any for this year or we will have to wait more months?

I think everyone know that it is the best time to buy Quantum. Still 4 more days to go and already its very near to 2 million Dollars, more than 1000 BTC. Does it happen with every ICO these days.? Excited to see QAU in the market.
1199  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Most reputable exchange for US based person? on: May 11, 2017, 04:54:14 PM
It depends on which coins you will be trading and use in the exchange. If you are trading majorly on BTC, ETH and LTC then coinbase is best for all the US residents, Otherwise Kraken.
1200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin becoming out of reach on Common Man on: May 11, 2017, 04:12:01 PM
Just see the bitcoin price climbing so high. 1900$ is a very high amount and not many people can now afford to buy a single bitcoin. Also those who are earning bitcoin will now get less bitcoins like before some pay you 10$ it was 0.01 and not it is just 0.005 (same 10$).

In short, Will bitcoin will only be in the hands of rich in near future ?
No, not true. folks with low income/less money can always buy small amount of bitcoin, like 500 mBTC. bitcoin is for all rich or poor.  Smiley
i still buy but small amounts.

Yes everyone can buy bitcoins no matter how high the bitcoin price maybe. Even if 1 sat reaches 1$, many can still buy Satoshi. So this is the beauty of this currency that it can be broken down until 8 decimal places Grin

You dont have to have a full BTC, even having lots of Satoshi's can make you rich. Yes, 1 Satoshi may reach 1$ price one day and we can have nearly anything we want.
