121  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin price bet ? on: November 02, 2015, 08:06:17 AM
Today it's possible to bet on anything, from weather to the next US president. But would it be possible to bet on Bitcoin price or on any other major crypto-currency price, like Dash, Doge, Ethereum or Litecoin ? With big price movements of Bicoin these past days it could be interesting Smiley.

If you can now or predict that kind of movements in prices, you can trade.  Roll Eyes I think you do not need gamble. If I have any knowledge that, I prefer to choose trading.

In stock market, if somebody thinks the share price will rise, he can use leverage to buy futures. He can manipulate the price by buying the shares to push up the price further.

There is a site that accept any kind of bet. But it is player vs player, so you need to find people willing to bet against you.

The problem is that most of the bets don't attract much people so it is not fun.

A site similar to sportbooks for BTC price would be a good idea

If you are very cable person, you can win long term in the player vs player casino. This is still a not good business for most people as the casino will take commission.
123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin v. Bitcoin on: November 02, 2015, 07:52:44 AM
Bitcoin will always be more stronger than alt-coins so this question should not even be considered..
Bitcoin is way better, will always carry more value.

Bitcoin is very strong at the moment. There is no doubt about that. But if there is no innovation, it will be replaced by other coins. Litecoin will not be more successful than bitcoin if it is just a mimic of bitcoin.
124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: November 01, 2015, 08:56:02 PM
Yes it is true that is why more people are suffering on loss rather than winning and there are open more casino to let this people play in there to loss more again. If all people are always winning casino will not open anymore

Casinos are still every and make good profit. That means most of us gamblers are giving money to the casinos.
125  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Simple Gambling Trick on: November 01, 2015, 08:53:50 PM
For me thinking smart and wise is a tricks to me. why people playing even he got the profit? if you are wise you can gain and keep the profit...

That is a good trick for being wise and smart. But most of us are ordinary people. Same wisdom and smartness as other people.
126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are ? on: November 01, 2015, 08:51:26 PM
There is no harm if you are a bit greedy. If not, you will not have impetus in life. But do not become too greedy.
127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: November 01, 2015, 08:49:04 PM
you can earn huge sums of money with gambling if you are a good player in my opinion because you can win against other players in poker or games like that

It can only work out if you play against other players. If you play against the casino, you will not win in long term.
128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My goal to earn 1,000bitcoins within 3years on: November 01, 2015, 08:47:48 PM
You know how you can increase your earnings.Create a blog, write your story, people love history like that
You can share your FB ,than signe your blog to BitTeaser  or similar service ,you will have additional earnings from advertisment

You have to write many good articles to attract many readers. The income depends on your performance. No many people can do that.

129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Simple Gambling Trick on: November 01, 2015, 06:08:39 PM
it seems to be an interesting way of winning i think i will try it out in the future if i will be unlucky on this game without any strategies

There is not even trick to purely win in any gambling. There is only chance and luck. If you have both of it you will get some profit but doesnt mean you will not lose so keep on slowly to gamble it

That is right. If there is a trick can make gambler win against the casino, the casino will change the rules to make sure it win.
130  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin price bet ? on: November 01, 2015, 06:06:35 PM
We are running a Special Event which is to predict if price will be higher or lower than 300$ on Bitstamp at the end of the month.

That bet is very interesting. Is it possible for a big whale to manipulate the bitcoin market so that he will win against the casino?
131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: November 01, 2015, 06:04:28 PM
No one can predict. It depends on your ability.

What ability does it depend on? I thought the result of most dice games are random and there is a house edge against the gambler.
132  Economy / Gambling / Re: Looking for help on moneypot simple dice script on: November 01, 2015, 06:02:39 PM
..Our DASH, Peercoin and Primecoin faucets are all ranked TOP 2-4 at the moment at faucetbox, what is quite funny actually, because that is not planned..

Do you know any reason why the faucet of Dash, Peercoin and primecoin is so successful? I know this three coins are quite well known.
133  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do you think the life of a professional gambler is a glamorous one? on: November 01, 2015, 05:59:59 PM
A professional gambler could earn a lot of money during short period. But he can still lose it in one go. It's a very risky business.
134  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: October 31, 2015, 12:09:49 PM
BTC accepted at pron sites is just a natural evoution of things.

You're so right. What about Bitporn?
Does it already exist?

There is no Bitporn. But you can create one. There are many services about making cryptocoins, it costs very little.
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin v. Bitcoin on: October 31, 2015, 08:32:21 AM
Litecoin for sure has one thing that Bitcoin does not have and that is faster confirmation times when transactions are made. If Litecoin, could have better development, then it would sure become #2 in marketcap, after Bitcoin.  Grin

Fast confirmation is not a big advantage. The total confirmation time matters. For a transaction to be reliable, it will take 1 hour to confirm. For 2.5 min block time, it means 24 blocks.
136  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: October 31, 2015, 08:29:49 AM
I would like BTC to go below $100 so that I can buy more, however, it might not happen short term. Even if it goes below $100, I would be so afraid, I might not buy.
137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: October 31, 2015, 08:27:08 AM
i wouldnt recommend you doing gambling even though you can earn a lot of money with it you will most probably end up loosing money

If you treat gambling as a kind of entertainment, and do not mind losing in the process, then gambling is a way to pass time.
138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel about the negative reputation of the bitcoin currency? on: October 30, 2015, 02:46:01 PM
I sometimes hear that gold is money illegally
it was a bit upset
I am confused, what to tell him know about bitcoin

When the government needs money, it will declare gold illegal and confiscate it. It all depends on the will of the government.
139  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice Investing on: October 30, 2015, 09:45:59 AM
I have currently invested 0.5 in satoshidice.com, let's hope my investment makes me something, not loses.

Id recommend just dice or satoshidice, maybe even moneypot. For luck with all your investments!

How much do you expect to make for the 0.5 bitcoin investment? What is the time frame of that investment? Can you withdraw the investment by giving short notice?
140  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice Investing on: October 30, 2015, 08:17:06 AM
-snip-
Well, Duglus chose just dice also because he controls a large majority of clams. Grin

I blame him for the recent price drop of clams...
Doolgus OWNS JustDice and he does not control majority of the clams even with deposit addresses as they are moved almost instantly upon receiving the deposit. The reason for the drop of clam is the diggers dumping the coins.

Doolgus earns Clam from JustDice. He has to make a living out of it. So he has to sell Clam to make his ends meet. That could be the reason for the drop of Clam price.
