Mind to name which ones? I haven't heard of any that requires that. They don't have any reason to implement such things, it would only scare customers off and complicate things. To be legal, they only need to put a disclaimer that it is illegal to watch pornography under 18.

No. Without the age verification, how will you know that the user is above the legal age or not? It is not possible to verify the age of an individual without using the personal identification (scanned copy of driver's license or passport). Actually, in this case there are certain advantages for using credit card, rather than bitcoin.

What kinda children are you talking about? The 6 years old one? They are the one who fear god, but unfortunately, they are lease involved in watching porn(except some brilliantly exceptional cases). You need to control the children of the age of 11 to 17 from watching porn. God won't help you in doing this.

Its actually happening these days. In fact there are more teen pregnancy these days compare to what is was back 20 years ago. Educating them may seem to get them more interested on trying particularly for grade school pupils. I remember a discussion on TV when a child asked " do you enjoy having sex?"
