121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will "De-Fi" replace traditional banking in the future? on: August 27, 2020, 08:17:48 AM
My opinion is that we aren't anywhere close to defi replacing traditional banks . We are still waiting for bitcoin and other crypto to be used as prominent payment methods.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: (GUIDE) How to trade on uniswap correctly on: August 26, 2020, 09:49:51 AM
Thanks to the op for making a good guide. These decentralized exchanges are very tough for a noob as there are a lot of scam coins trading. They need all the help they can get.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Viabtc Founder Reveals BCH Fork Idea Called Bitcoin Cat on: August 26, 2020, 09:47:58 AM
The pointless forks of famous projects are very good for the forking team as it's like a free money for them. I don't really get why new people buy into that .
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Polkadot - new top ten member on: August 26, 2020, 09:46:22 AM
Not really a technical  guy but based on what I read it looks like polkadot will solve the scalability issues present in eth . But the problem is interoperability as most dapps are on eth now.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is worth to invest in dogecoin? on: August 25, 2020, 07:28:50 AM
I prefer to stay away from these type of meme coins as they are good for traders and I am pretty bad at it. I prefer to invest in some projects and hold it for the long term.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hello everyone! Do you still have confidence in altcoin? on: August 25, 2020, 07:27:10 AM
I think this altcoin run has made it very clear that as long as you invest in projects with good fundamentals you can get very good returns even more than Bitcoin and I believe we are only starting.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple the next bitcoin? on: August 25, 2020, 07:25:42 AM
As we all have seen ripple has been quite strong these past few days and with all that it has done over the past months compared to most other currencies and the launch of xrapid is actually starting to show in its price.
There is so much talk about ripple taking over bitcoin and being 10$ what are your thoughts on this?

Ripple will never even come close to Bitcoin because of the huge supply of tokens available and also because of the fact that most of the coins is hold by the company and is centralised.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UNISWAP MADNESS on: August 24, 2020, 09:30:38 AM
More people are gonna get their hands burned looking for a quick 10x in uniswap. There are so many projects getting listed and most of them just have a website and don't even have their team listed. Receipe for disaster.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin use? on: August 24, 2020, 09:26:54 AM
As far as I know these coins are used a method of payment and the the usage they have is merchants accepting them.as payments. I personally have learnt to stay away from ltc.Not saying it's bad for investment , just my personal opinion.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No exchange? No Value! on: August 24, 2020, 09:24:18 AM
The rise of decentalised exchanges have helped a lot of small projects in this regard. Now they don't have to worry about paying big bucks to the centralized exchanges to list their tokens.

132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are only rich on spreadsheets on: August 21, 2020, 09:06:08 AM
Yes, that's what bounties these days make us. They show us big big rewards on their spreadsheets but the real values of those rewards they offer us are sometimes not even up to $5 on the market. I feel bounty hunters are only being used as baits by project owners to catch their investors virtually for free. What do you think guys ?

Yeah true. Sometimes I find it comical when I see posts saying that they are offering 2 or 4 million USD worth of tokens.

Come on be realistic we all now they won't be worth anything close to it if they get listed.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DONT MARRY YOUR ALTCOIN BAGS on: August 21, 2020, 09:03:33 AM
I cannot agree more with the OP here. When the time is right make sure to book your profit and atleast take out the investment amount back . Same goes for booking losses as well.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best protfolio tracker on: August 19, 2020, 11:18:53 AM
I have been using delta for a long time and it has had constant updates as well.  You can even have multiple portfolios in the premium version but I think free is pretty good.

Also have a look at Blockfolio, they even push out news related to the coin you have as well.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Crypto be more valuable than gold? on: August 19, 2020, 11:17:09 AM
I am not sure of that at this point of time. Gold is seen as a major hedge for ages of history and crypto is relatively new. We have to go a long way for that to happen . Definitely not in next 20 years.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sports Industry taking over the Crypto space on: August 19, 2020, 11:15:29 AM
I think its a good way to Market crypto to the masses . Of you see sports bet have been sponsoring Watford fc and I am sure many people have been aware of it through it now.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi tokens - do they have a real value? on: August 18, 2020, 02:06:02 PM
I think their value is in the limited supply which they are offering and the the staking rewards which they are giving using the preminted locked coins. The model is definitely having nsome flaws.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VIP telegram channels...is it worht it on: August 18, 2020, 02:03:57 PM
Never look for others advice to invest in. Most of the groups are Pnd schemes. Why would I ask you to buy a coin if I haven't bought it already and I would benefit from price pump.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is very excited at the moment. on: August 18, 2020, 02:02:21 PM
After much speculation the value of bitcoin has been $12,000. Bitcoin is currently priced at $12,000. Bitcoin has actually been able to show that bitcoin is the king of the crypto world. As the price of bitcoin has risen, so have the prices of other cryptocurrencies. Ethereum, Litecoin etc coin prices have risen. What is going to happen in the market. What do you think about all this cryptocurrency? Let's discuss in detail.

I feel that we are entering the bull market in full flow now. If Bitcoin can sustain the momentum and push towards 14k within the next month then we are in full force.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are buying when the price is going up and not when it is down on: August 17, 2020, 09:36:25 AM
Well that's the human psychology for you. We tend to get greedy and accumulate when the price is going up and fear to invest when the price is going down when we should be doing the opposite.
