- AM donīt stop the miner - click stop, AM stop showing the console, but if i connect to the Rig - Rigelminer is still running (only tested with windows at the moment)
I can confirm this, but on Windows 10 only. It is ok on Windows 11. It appears that Rigel is using a standard CMD window on Windows 10, but is using Windows Terminal on Windows 11. ...jim Thanks for the report. Can you please check the configuration in the Options dialog, Mining Settings section, "Use Ctrl+C event for closing mining process". Is this one enabled or disabled when you run into this problem? Update: I was able to reproduce this when running with Administrator privileges. Rigel starts two processes. When not running as Administrator, both close down correctly when you stop via Awesome Miner. However, when the mining process has been started as Administrator, only one of the two Rigel processes are terminated. For this reason, the Rigel mining continues to run. I will investigate possible solutions here. "Use Ctrl+C event" is NOT enabled. On my Win10 PC I went to the Windows Store and installed Windows Terminal. Didn't seem to make any difference. I set up an override to not start Rigel with admin privileges and it it worked just fine. Of course, would prefer a solution that does not require that override. I will patiently await your solution. Again, it is working just fine on Win11. Thanks, ...jim There is a possible solution for this in the new development release v9.8.5. It is now sort of working. On both Win10 and Win11, it sometimes successfully stops the miner, but sometimes does not. I am running all miners with Administrator privileges. ...jim Thanks for the update. It will make another attempt to solve this in the next release of Awesome Miner. It's basically about trying to terminate all rigel processes in case they are left running after sending the signal to close in a nice manner. Awesome Miner always do this - but rigel uses two processes which makes the scenario as bit different. In case you run into this again, can you please use the Windows task manager to confirm that it's possible to manually terminate the process.

Hi Patrike To use DynexSolve you need to remove the stratum+tcp in the stratum-url also use the -no-cpu -sync and -skip Here is a batch file that i use to mine on zergpool, i don't know if you can the corrections so it can used natively in AM DynexSolveVS.exe -mining-address "mining adress without quotes" -no-cpu -stratum-url dynexsolve.na.mine.zergpool.com -stratum-port 4460 -stratum-password c=BTC,ID=HOME -sync -skip Thanks in advance I donīt know what you are doing, but for me all is right. mining address is without quotes, the argument for the server is as you said -stratum-url. stratum+tcp is at the start of the pool address. and you can set -no-cpu argument by yourself. Maybe someone will use his cpu, so i donīt see the reason to set it as standard. Thanks for all feedback. Awesome Miner should probably remove the stratum+tcp// part of the URL for you for DynexSolve. I will look into the other parameters as well. However, as @sxemini point out, the parameter to disable CPU mining is up to each user to configure if preferred.

NICE!!!!!! Anyplans for a better integration of triple mining with gminer for example? Or a better option to dual/triple mine with teamredminer. At the moment i must write down the whole commandline, because TRM (for example) use the same arguments for the dual and triple pool, so AM overrides the pool information - only solution is to write down the whole commandline and add it to properties\commandline. But it would be nice to select the normal mining pool via the dropdownlist and only add the dual / triple command line. -kas ..... -kas_end -zil......-zil_end Or maybe you have a better solution. And i cant see the Hashrate of the 2. and the 3. algo. I know they use a different port for this, but so i need 3 miners license to see all hashrates from 1 miner. Is a little bit ridiculous. I canīt choose my intel gpu in the gpu selection in miner properties. Temp, voltage...... is displayed. Thanks Thanks for the feedback. I will review the triple mining or at least make it less complicated to use manually. Intel GPUs are intended to be listed in the GPU selection for supported mining software like Bzminer, Nanominer and SrbMiner-Multi. Is it not showing up in the selection dialog here? Is it showing up in the System tab or "View GPU details"? Yes i see the intel gpu in the "view gpu details" tab, but i canīt select it in the selection dialog. Thanks for reviewing the dual/triple mining features. I have several problems with rigel at the moment: - sure no dual/triple mining support at the moment (in single mode, i see the stats normal) - no stats (no gpu temps, no hashrate, no accepted/rejected.....) in dual/triple mining (i send the APi report via DM) - AM donīt stop the miner - click stop, AM stop showing the console, but if i connect to the Rig - Rigelminer is still running (only tested with windows at the moment) Thanks for the feedback. The support for Rigel dual mining will soon be released.

Hi Patrik, can you please add Dynexcoin (DNX) within the next updates? SRBMiner-MULTI will support DNX soon, so we can use it in AM. Thanks DNX is added as a coin but the pricing details are not yet available. The next release of Awesome Miner will also include the DynexSolve mining software, to enable mining of DNX.

Hi Patrik, can you please add NEXA (NexaPow)? lolMiner 1.66 and BzMiner supporting this coin now. Tried to do some workaround in AM, but couldn't get it to work Thanks! Nexa should show up as a coin now and with the latest definition updates you will have mining via a number of mining software. There will be a development release later today where Rigel is included.

@Patrike @sxemini
Password does not reach the pool (zpool.ca) when using the password box.
We have a miner that is using Awesome Miner that has this issue with NBMiner, I can reproduce the issue on my system here, this is why I reported it as a bug.
If I set it the other way (2nd image in my other post above) and remove the c=RVN from the password box it works (note c=BTC gets put on the end of the command line).
Update
Same issue when using a BTC wallet address with the default settings within Awesome Miner, password is not being sent to the pool when NBMiner is used.
BTW.... Tested with a bat file and it works for the password without any problems.
Thanks for all details. It seems like NbMiner must have the password parameter specified using "-p c=BTC" to be able to pass the correct details to zpool. The classic way that NbMiner supported this by specifying the password right after the username (and this is the way Awesome Miner do the setup) is no longer working. I will update Awesome Miner for this in the next release.

@patrike
Bug report
NBMiner - when using a wallet address for an alt-coin and setting the password - ie c=RVN
Password is not passed to the miner.
See images below.
Look forward to a fix.
Thanks.
Thanks for your report. Can you please try setting this one more time to see if it was a temporary issue that caused this property to not be sent out correctly to the miner? I was not able to reproduce this issue.

request:
can u integrate a API request for servioces like miningrigrantals to have better profit overview? if i rent my miners for 10% more of recent profit calculation it should show me this
thanks
Thanks for your request. I know this is a feature requested from time to time. It's noted and it will be considered for future releases.

This will likely happen very soon as I've received a number of requests about this mining software.

Could we get some Home Assistant or other smart home integration? Rules need to be able to pull a trigger in from a outside source, thanks!
Would also be useful if you could pull information out of emails or use a email as a trigger. You can send emails with rules, but not receive them.
Thanks for the suggestions. Today the integration concept requires you to do your own integration and then make a calls to the Awesome Miner HTTP API to run rules or to perform operations. This makes it possible to integrate Awesome Miner with almost anything but it will of course not be built-in with Awesome Miner and requires some effort. I'm not really familiar with how the smart home integrations could look like but this could be something to investigate in the future.

Awesome Miner version 9.8.2
ASIC mining - Added support for Hammer D10+ - Antminer S19 (Bitmain firmware) power mode configuration - Improved compatibility with recent Whatsminer firmware versions Changes - Minimum time for automatic miner discovery can be configured to 1 minute (previously 2 minutes) Mining software - Gminer 3.26 Corrections - Correction to the fan speed readings for Antminers running BraiinsOS firmware - Correction to display of IP address the first time an auto discovered miner is added

Patrike, can you explain how to calculate average block time for custom coin NEXA? Over pool API i recive this data:
"NEXA": { "algo": "nexapow", "name": "nexa", "height": 177135, "workers": 15606, "shares": 0, "hashrate": 1183854779601, "24h_blocks": 923, "24h_btc": 0, "lastblock": 177134, "timesincelast": 256, "reward": 10000027.41, "difficulty": 27373.14858957, "network_hashrate": 1267235451673, "minimumPayment": 10000, "fee": 1, "fee_solo": 2, "hashrate_solo": 40792440948, "workers_solo": 235, "workers_shared": 15371, "lastblock_solo": 177134, "timesincelast_shares": 0, "timesincelast_solo": 256 }
With Math expression wich user can use in coin dynamic update, this calculation is imposible. Formula is very simple: secondsOfDay / "24h_blocks" Maybe its a time to improve math expressions? Different services offer different sets of json params. Expressions must be more flexible. Regards
I might have found a workaround for you. Please use the following Arithmetic expression: * 0 + 86400 / jVal.Value<double>() The JSON property expression should point to the 24h block value you want to use. Big thanks Patrik, its work. But who can know this function call?))) Maybe you can give a link to open functions docs? Or simple add a note to dynamic update dialog, where user can see what a function can be called to recive internal saved value? Btw. I found a issue of stucking BTC price update. In my case was choosen Binance as rate provider. Changed to Coinbase and all updated smoothy now. Maybe Binance has changed something in API calls? Regards. Great that the expression was working. The expressions were not really intended to be used this way and the workaround I provided was a bit complex. Typically this is what is being executed jVal.Value<double>() ArithmeticExpression If Arithmetic expression is empty, the result will simpyl be "jVal.Value<double>()", which is the internal representation of the selected JSON value. The Arithmetic expression is typically something like * 1.1, so: jVal.Value<double>() * 1.1 Your case was special as you wanted to divide with the actual value. With the Arithmetic expression I sent you the result would be: jVal.Value<double>() * 0 + 86400 / jVal.Value<double>() Which is the same as: 86400 / jVal.Value<double>() Thanks for pointing out the issue related to Binance. It's corrected in our cloud so Awesome Miner should display the correct values now.
