The miner is not working. It can't find the phoenixminer.exe. that makes sense because its not there. How can I get this to work?
Awesome Miner is automatically downloading the mining software - but what can happen is that you have some security software or anti-virus software that removes it. For this reason, Awesome Miner will fail to start the mining software as the main executable is simply missing. Please consider adding an exclusion for the folder in your security software. C:\Users\rickk\AppData\Local\AwesomeMiner\

Do awesome miners have a separate OS that I can run like hive OS or a simple mining OS? I don't like running mining software on Windows OS, also this support LHR GPUs?.
Unfortunately we don't provide any full mining OS ourselves.

Awesome Miner version 9.3.3
Features - Rule action to clear all or acknowledge all notifications - Include ASIC error details in miner CSV export Changes - Updated AMD GPU clocking ranges for Linux Mining software - Gminer 2.90 - Lolminer 1.47 Corrections - Corrections to visible tabs for a selected miner - Correction to Gminer dual mining worker name - Correction to Ethermine pool balance

I can't unlock my Antminer L7 due to it showing
connection failed
How to fix it?
The concept of Privileged API Access isn't needed for more recent Antminers like S19 and L7. Awesome Miner can reboot, change pool and more on them anyway.

Hi patrik,
there is a bug in the new version. I updated to the new version 9.3.2 from 9.2.5 and now AwesomeMiner show me the columns Asic chip and firmware log on every miner and not only at asics. When i click on it - AM is hanging 2 seconds and then it jumped to the next column.
Linux:
The memory slider for my RX570 goes only up to 2150, but it must go higher. In windows i can set as high as is enabled in the bios.
The visible tabs is a UI bug and will be corrected in the next release. For Windows we detect what the drivers report for the clocking range. For some GPUs on Linux we had hard coded max values - and I will increase these for you.

@Patrike,
Any plans to include PhoenixMiner 6.0c ?
Yes - it will be included now. There will be a new release with a few corrections in a moment.

For the last couple of weeks AM just wouldn't start, occasionally it'd briefly appear in task manager then close, but most of the time nothing.
Figured I'd just try a new install but that's not working either, this problem was reported back in 2014 and it was due to .net framework but I've double checked and I do have 4.8 installed. , Windows 10, logged in as an administrator. Any ideas ?
It's good that you tried with the .NET installation first, as the most common issue is a broken or corrupt .NET installation. Another common issue is that security software is preventing the installation from running successfully. Also, for the issue related to Awesome Miner not starting correctly, could you please send me the Awesome Miner log file (even if uninstalled, you will still find it): %localappdata%\AwesomeMiner\AwesomeMiner.log Thanks!

Hey Patrike, can you add ETC+TON and ETC+ALPH for lolminer for example. ETC+TON for teamredminer also.
If i choose etchash as algo and dual mining ethereum+ton for example - i can select both pools correctly, but AM only use the ETC pool and do not add the TON pool to the config
There are a few dual mining design changes planned, to better be able to roll out these frequent new combinations of dual mining algorithms. You will find support for this in the near future.

Thanks for the information Patrike but it does not seem to be working for me. Hi, running an antminer s19j pro 104t with Awesome miner custom firmware. The add to miner name setting is not working. I have the setting checked on and text in the field but multiple pools show nothing being added. If I add the info directly in the miner it works but not through Awesome miner.
Also what is the default ssh username and password when using the Awesome miner custom firmware?
Has anyone else see this? Thanks
Thanks for your question. If you update the property "Add to worker name" in the properties of an External Miner - nothing will happen right away. Next time you use Awesome Miner to update the pools (toolbar: Tools -> ASIC Tools -> Default Pools) this setting will be used to give each Antminer a unique worker name. SSH itself can be enabled but it isn't really intended to be used for anything so it might be removed in the future. Was it some specific feature you were looking for via SSH? For pool operations like Add Pool we will soon implement support for it without having to use the classic concepts like Privileged API access. To make sure I understand the scenario correctly: 1) The External Miner is configured with "Add to worker name" and a value like "5" for example to identify this specific miner 2) You have at lease one pool defined in Awesome Miner (Options dialog, Pools section). Fill in the Pool URL, Worker name and Coin fields. The worker name is either a wallet or a pool username (for example "scmining") 3) You select the miner and go to the toolbar Tools -> ASIC Tools -> Default Pools 4) Select your pool and apply the changes. Is the operation in step #4 successful? Did the worker name for this miner become "scmining.5" or similar?

Thanks for your question. When you use the GPU Clocking tab with the button "Apply and save for miner" it will not only apply the clocking but also create a clocking profile for this specific miner and set it to be used via the Properties of the miner. This is why you see the groups called "Default for <MinerName>".
This way you don't have to first create clocking profiles and later on specify it to be used on the miner - this button does everything.
Thank you for the answer. Wouldn't it make better sense if "apply and save" button would do so with the profile with specific name that was already chosen to load at start? And only if there's none chosen then create a new one with "default for *". Thanks for the feedback - this is a good point.

Where are all these "default" profiles and profile groups come from? I sure didn't name any that way.

Updated it 10 minutes ago, now rigs refuse to start with LOLminer, diagnostics shows this:
Failed to start mining process. Is the Windows Service 'IntelliBreeze Software Maintenance Service' not running? I'm pretty sure all frameworks libraries are installed with windows updates.
lolminer delete version 1.46 and added 1.46a. So the download link is wrong and thats why you getting this error. Change the auto download link from lolminer and it works again. I've pushed a software definition update to include Lolminer 1.46a. As you point out the 1.46 version was removed. Nice update for dual mining - but it not working correctly - if i choose t-rex and eth+blake3 - i only can choose eth pools for the secondary coin - but i canīt choose the blake3 / alph pool.
I will improve the filter feature for the secondary pool in the next release. If you set the algorithm to Unspecified it will show you all pools and will allow you to make the selection.

Hey Patrik, thanks for integration of dual mining speed reading for srbminer, but i have found an issue. I see both hashrates as the second hashrate and the first hashrate is always 0. Or is this maybe only when i am mining randomx+epic? Did not test ETH+ALPH. Can you please send me the API report for this one via PM? Awesome Miner typically tries to figure out the coins being used via the Dual Mode setting, where ETH+ALPH is the only one available right now.
