I have installed the latest Mist wallet on Win 7 64-bit machine and synced it from scratch, it all went fine but then wallet refused to sync any newer blocks, those generated while it was syncing. Restart didn't helped, wallet is now constantly syncing the same blocks upon each start and that means more and more blocks to download each session. Is there any command to make wallet actualy save all new data to disk?

It makes no sense to me to donate even 1 IXC in a situation where a few of you early adopters are having 500,000+ IXC but refusing to dump some. What, am I supposed to rise price 300% just to buy 1 BTC worth of IXC? No thanks. As I said earlier, liquidity sucks and I am not seeing any improvements there, you guys are just sitting on a shitload of IXC and refusing to let go any of those coins. You are that lazy to allow trade volume to be almost non-existent, like trading to yourself and losing 0.3% or less coins per trade would hurt you massively. No trade volume equalls no one really gives a shit. And there it is, a solution to your kiosk deal, just dump until you have enough money! Because, you see, my less than 10,000 IXC won't really buy me a lambo even if kiosk deal becomes successful but it might net you a lot of money, you will still have a shitload of IXC left. We who would like to buy more IXC but not the 300% pump way then might decide to post here more often and generaly work toward increasing the value of ours and others bags. Help me please !
I made a backup of the old wallet, installed the new version on top, the wallet was synchronized. After that, I turned off my wallet. In the evening I transferred coins from the pool to my wallet from another computer. The next day I turned on my wallet and watched the synchronization for many hours - 2 days behind.
Synchronization does not complete. What should I do next ? Wait more ?

Wait until wallet is fully synchronized. Restart it a few times if it seems stuck or not doing anything. hello !

Can I withdraw them directly to the exchange (for example cryptopia) or should I first withdraw them to my wallet and then to the exchange ?

You can withdraw them to exchange without first withdrawing to your wallet, one transaction less to be stored in blockchain. ~~~~~ BitTrex wallet is working properly, finaly! |

There is one more thing with YOBIT's Cann wallet. There was withdrawal about 13% of my CANN Screenshot #1  Screenshot #2  And there is no answers on my questions from support , you borrow them from exchange so you can deposit coins to them. And then when someone else or you request withdrawal of coins exchange picks one or more such addresses and send coins from them to destination address. From my experience, it is highly unlikely that once you request withdrawal of coins that you will receive the same coins you have deposited to exchange. You will highly likely get coins from some other user or users depending on how much coins they have deposited and how much coins you are withdrawing. So for example, if you and two other users deposited 100,000 CANN in total and some other user requests withdrawal of 100,000 CANN exchange might pick all coins from your deposit address and all coins from deposit addresses of other two users. No coins will remain at addresses you and other two users used to deposit coins but that does not mean exchange stole those coins! You own as many coins as it is written somewhere at exchange, probably at balances page. For as long as you can withdraw that many coins it is all fine. |

Svaki puta kada sam izgubio povece kolicine novaca trejdajuci to se desilo jer nisam koristio stop-loss. Zaboravis ga postaviti pa ispadne da je prekasno sutra ujutro jer vec si izguio 50% ili vise. Ili povede covjeka emocija, razmisljas na foru "taj coin ili token je mega, to ce promjeniti svijet i svasta nesto a evo ga pao je sa 1000 USD na 50 USD, pa ne moze nize... idem ja kupiti, to je sigurna lova prije ili kasnije" i onda kupis a ne stavis stop-loss na 45 USD. Uskoro cijena padne na 20 USD, u minusu si povelikom a evo ga neki drugi coin ili token krenuo rasti pa se uhvatis u dilemi "da likvidiram poziciju i ulozim tih preostalih 40% novaca u pump?" iako je mozda ne bas ocigledno da nakon sto ulozis novce cijena mora ici jos 150% gore da bi ti uopce vratio pocetni kapital!!! Znaci total banana a sve to samo zato sto nisi postavio stop-loss na 45 USD i herojski podnio gubitak od 10% koji bi te ostavio sa 90% pocetnog kapitala...
Mnogi misle da je kupi pa HODL-aj najjednostavniji i skoro pa 100% siguran nacin da se zaradi sa kriptosima ali to nije istina. Neces se bas super osjecati kada vidis da si u minusu od 75% vec mjesecima a coin ili token koji si kupio nikako da krene do Mjeseca... malo po malo to pojede covjeka i u konacnici, pa cak i da zaradite tamo negdje u jesen ili iduce godine, nije vrijedno vremena i energije. Zato proucite kako se koristi stop-loss i ne trejdajte bez da ga koristite!

Choo-choo, 2 da Moon and back ... no, not really. I don't have to say anything on the matter of who scammed who, if, when, why and such stuff but I have to say a bit on Moonshot. It is not going to happen anytime soon mainly because liquidity sux balls. And some people holding way too much coins or those coins possibly being lost. If someone is just sitting on a big pile of coins or not is not easy to say but how about introducing a big time killa badass feature in the next IXC version that goes like this:
1. Lock all addresses that had no outgoing transactions for let's say 2 years.
2. Starting with block X make it so that Y IXC ends up taken from all such addresses, per block, and given to development fund, miners or both.
X and Y are subject to debate.
Such feature would ensure, if nothing else, that all IXC lost somehow are gradually back into circulation.
Do not be a chicken and avoid messing with blockchain. ETH said fuck off to thief, rewritten blockchain and it is doing just great, just check it.
And yes, put more coins up for sale, improve liquidity.
