As i have said, i believe that Butler will be fighting this fight afraid, i mean that what will be on his mind tonight is not to win but to survive the onslaught so he will run and hug most of the time to make this match a little longer than three rounds but i also don't think that he is going to survive the full twelve rounds.

No offense to Butler but he should not be the one to be on this fight but Casimero.

It's an exciting fight indeed, nobody in this forum has given Butler a chance to win and the bookies as well, seldom i have seen odds of @1.01 for the favorites which is what they give to Inoue but there are other options, and one of them is below.



^^ the +2.5 rounds is very attractive for me as i believe on Butler's running and hugging skill which could make this fight last at least five rounds.

Hey there mate, i think that kind of tournament is no longer applicable at this stage of the conference as the games to predict is too few/limited that it might bring confusion because most of the scores of the participants might be tied.

@harizen have posted above which i think more applicable way if we want to bet on the semi's series.

There is another option to make this series betting more enticing to those who love to bet on the underdogs.
How about if we put a cap on each series, let say 5k for each and winner take all or divide the winnings if there are multiple winners, just like what we did last time.

PBA is a small league for them that is why i doubt that they will offer betting odds early like the "outrights" odds in the NBA so for us to bet on the series we have to bet against amongst us just like the old times hehe.

Compared to Romero Duno, I do think that Gesta is more dangerous to be an opponent for a prodigy like Ryan Garcia as he has more experience than the former and is also a big hitter but I also think that Ryan would win this fight as there are a lot of factors like ring rust for inactivity and also the age.

Gesta is promoted by Golden Boy, the same with Ryan Garcia so that might also be a factor if this fight will go the distance so the only chance for Gesta to win is by knockout if he could land those lucky punches but nevertheless this is a good tune-up fight for Garcia before facing Davis.

Converge was just too unlucky this time as they are facing the SMB Beermen with Fajardo and Romeo healthy once again. Even the coaching brilliance of coach Ayo will not be enough to bring Converge to the semis facing this SMC giant team. Yes, it's been in the news lately that Ryan Garcia will have its own tune-up fight before a showdown with Tank Davis.

His opponent is a Filipino slugger named Mercito Gesta which is for me a very lively opponent and dangerous as well but i also do think that a very good tune-up fight for him.

For me, it was a draw hehe. First half it was Estrada's while in the second half, it was Gonzales' and we could see it in the compubox. They were just relentless and was good as advertised and fans would even buy if there will be the fourth fight to really settle the score because some may see it that there is some sort of an unfinished business as no one dominated the other in the third fight.
