Even if a gambler somehow committed a mistake during their sessions  or it is something wrong with the information they provided during the KYC process, they should be given the chance to get their initial deposit back after they have proven their identity, at least; followed with a permanent ban from the specific casino, to avoid future problems.  Roll Eyes
Giving the user a second chance or allowing him to withdraw his initial deposit depends on the seriousness of the mistake he committed and whether he did it in bad faith or not. If the user, knowingly, breaches the casino's rules to get some advantage over it then, imo, he doesn't deserve a second chance and his balance should be seized. Otherwise, if the abuser knows he will be able to withdraw his money then he will simply create a new account and try to cheat again since he has nothing to lose after all.

...

1245  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Bucksoftware101 is a fake Bitcoin generator software seller! on: April 18, 2023, 10:00:02 PM
Flag supported. I also reported his YouTube channel since it clearly breaches youtube's terms of use.
I hope it will be taken down soon while its videos still have a small number of views although I doubt there are still people who may fall for such kind of scams!  You don't need to be a genuine to realize that all he says doesn't make any sense.
1246  Economy / Gambling / Re: Enough to consider a casino scam? on: April 16, 2023, 11:57:35 PM
I think that it would be honest to KYC before the deposit. Today it looks like that casino easily takes the gamblers money and when they have to give them back - gambler gets troubles. It is unfair for my opinion. Yes, gambler have to read ToS but if he has to KYC before deposit - he can make his decision about KYC and when he is asked KYC before withdrawal - he has no choice.
If you read in the terms of use that the casino may ask you to verify your identity, then you should assume that they will do so and you should be prepared for that possibility. If you do not mind verifying your identity, it is best to do it immediately after opening your account and before making any deposit. This way, you will ensure that you will not face any problems in the future such as getting your identity documents rejected or find out that you are from a restricted country when you make a withdrawal request and they ask you to complete kyc.

I can see you have asked those same questions on multiple casinos' announcement threads. I guess you are so skeptical because of your previous bad experience with anonibet! That's fine but I advice you to make your own research instead of relying completely on other members' reviews and suggestions. You registered on anonibet because you saw a member promoting it as a good casino, right!
For example, the official representative of this casino hasn't been active for more than two years. This is usually not a good sign.
1248  Economy / Gambling / Re: justbit.io asks for KYC (their site say NO KYC) then confiscates my winnings on: April 16, 2023, 10:18:17 PM
your ideas on casino newsletters and TOS adjustments, just tremendous! We gotta be in the know, folks, about anything that might hit our accounts or the joy of the game. Putting those casino newsletters on the whitelist - believe me, folks, that's the winning ticket to getting the latest intel, dodge those pesky issues.
Newsletters are not the appropriate way to inform customers about changes in the service's ToS. Most of the time, newspapers, as well as promotions emails, tend to be spammy and most customers do not subscribe to them. The company must send a dedicated and formal email to all its customers to be sure they are aware of the changes.
Besides, those changes and new rules shouldn't have a retroactive effect and the ToS page should include the date when it was last updated. This is what professional companies do.

I'm a bit surprised how so many members find gambling on online casinos through browsers more convenient and pleasant than playing on apps!
I would understand it if we were talking about desktop browsers but not for mobiles (small screens).
No matter how the website design is well optimized for small screens, the user experience can't be compared to when playing on a well designed app. Just my opinion, though.
1250  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [Binance] Address expiration? on: April 16, 2023, 08:39:08 PM
I just logged into my email account and can't see the notification email. So, thank you OP for notifying us about this important update!
It looks like binance is changing old ethereum addresses with the new TSS (threshold signature scheme) addresses which are supposed to be more secure.
Anyone interested to know more about TSS and how this new technology works can read this article:

1251  Local / العربية (Arabic) / Re: بوت لقراءة الرسائل on: April 16, 2023, 05:56:02 PM
1252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you lose on slots? on: April 15, 2023, 11:56:38 PM
you don't even need common sense when it comes to slots, as you can play this game even without prior knowledge. even youngsters can understand what's happening with this game. it takes only few rolls to understand the mechanism of the game.
True!
There isn't much you need to know to figure out how to play a slot game. You can check the information page to to familiarize your self with the game like the paytable, pay lines and if it has a bonus feature and which scatters triggers it. But it's not really necessary as everything is processed automatically and knowing all of this won't change anything or affect the results.
All you need to do is to hit the roll button and enjoy the game.
1253  Economy / Gambling / Re: A way to attract new users or a misunderstanding? on: April 15, 2023, 11:20:05 PM
When a gambler is losing money and they continue to gamble, they are not actually in a state of greed but rather one of fear/grief, because they are chasing losses and do not want to leave the casino with a negative net balance.
This could also turn into a state of denial which is more dangerous! Some gamblers, especially who have addiction problems, get into a denial state when they start losing big. They usually avoid checking their balance and keep placing bets without checking how much they have left on their wallets. They do this so they can continue playing without feeling bad.
We all know how this always end: a zero balance and few days of sorrow!
1254  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Btc accelerator sites on: April 15, 2023, 09:58:26 PM
But I have noticed that some exchanges send transaction with enabled RBF feature. In this case, probably the best idea is to contact that third party to increase the transaction fee
Although this is not exactly what Loyce was talking about but I've never heard of someone complaining about n exchange withdrawal transaction being stuck for too long. Most reputable exchanges process withdrawal transactions in batches and they pay more than enough fee for a fast confirmation. In fact, fee overpayments by exchanges are the main reason why the mempool get congested every now and then.
1255  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Duelbits won't send me withdraw amount on: April 15, 2023, 09:31:27 PM
but the problem is OP said he didn't make a mistake and or wasn't locked? This confused me. Cheesy
His account is not locked, not yet. This is why this topic shouldn't be considered an accusation but rather a complaint about delayed withdrawal.
According to his post on the service's announcement thread it looks like the issue is with the odds provider and we know that such issues may take some time (days) to get resolved.
OP, all you can do for the moment is to keep in touch with customer support and wait till they make a final decision.
1256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: the beauty of multi sig wallet [help needed] on: April 15, 2023, 08:25:20 PM
Quote
The escrow system used in the p2p such as Binance pzp.
Please, why did you call the Binance p2p a false p2p?
Most truly decentralized exchanges use multisig wallets (usually 2 of 3) to escrow the funds. You send the coins to the escrow wallet (lock them) and if the deal of successful, both parties (buyer and seller) can sign a transaction to release the coins. Otherwise, in case of a dispute, the platform will step in and decide whether to send the coins to the buyer or send it back to the seller, thus canceling the order.

This is not how binance and other centralized exchanges operate. They don't need such a setup since the coins are on their custodial wallets and there are actually no onchain transactions. There is no need for anyone to sign anything.
1257  Economy / Gambling / Re: RoyalStarsCasino.com | Crypto Fastest Growing Casino | Best No Wagering of 375% on: April 14, 2023, 11:59:15 PM
I wanted to ask if I can use a VPN to bypass the restriction and play with your gambling site without any problem? or in the long run you will ask me a KYC? I really want to play in your gambling site or at least test it.
Why would you want to do that? If your country is restricted then you should not use a VPN to circumvent the restriction, even if the use of VPNs is allowed.
They will ask you to verify your identity when you will make a withdrawal request. So, if they find out you are from a restricted country, they will ban your account and seize your money. Better be safe and look for another casino where your country is not restricted.
1258  Economy / Gambling / Re: justbit.io asks for KYC (their site say NO KYC) then confiscates my winnings on: April 14, 2023, 11:29:48 PM
I don't understand why some members are arguing about what's mentioned in their ToS and insist to ignore that it's written on the top of the main page in bold "NO KYC for crypto players". With this, it doesn't matter what their ToS says. If there is a contradiction then this is their fault not the player's.
I would understand it if OP was trying to withdraw a huge amount of money, but in this case we are talking about few hundred bucks! They should remove that part from their main page and stop making false claims.
1259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you lose on slots? on: April 14, 2023, 10:48:21 PM
Actually this is same scenario with live games because there is no way to verify the result of the game unlike house game and sportsbook that result is available to verify DIY.

It's all about trust on the game provider and the license provider that gave them permission to operate legally.
There are many provably for slot games out there where you can verify the fairness of the results by yourself in a trustless way. One of the providers which offers pf slot games is bgaming.
There are also highly reputed auditing companies which test games to confirm their RNG system works as intended and do generate truly random numbers. They also verify that the game rtp is accurate. Yet, unlike pf algorithms, in this case trust is needed.
1260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering requirements for withdraw on: April 14, 2023, 09:46:33 PM

Honestly, if a player's intention is purely playing on the casino, the wagering requirement for withdraw shouldn't be a problem.  It is mostly a problem for people who wanted to mix their coins to remove traces of their history.
There are many legit reasons why a player would want to withdraw his funds immediately after making a deposit. Some of those reasons are: not being satisfied with the quality of the service, needing money for an emergency, don't want to keep your coins on a custodial wallet..
On the other hand, requesting a minimum playthrough requirement before withdrawing is understandable to prevent money laundering. It's just anything above 2x is simply not fair.

BTW, thank you OP for compiling a list of casinos with highest no-bonus wagering requirements.
