1 st game of this series was ended on 19 DEC and this game was concluded Canterbury-W team and Aucklan-W team. This game was going to be very entertaining and interesting in fighting with each other. Auckland-W team got a chance to bat of bowl first in field when they won toss and they elected bowl first in field. Canterbury-W team set a good target and they scored 127 runs in 20 overs by losing 8 wickets. Auckland-W team was failed to chase down this 127 target and Auckland team needed only 11 runs for win but unfortunately they failed and lost this game. In this game, F.Mackay won player of game award due to brilliant effort, first in bowling, she scored 22 runs in 22 balls and she hitted two 4s and also in bowling, she took down 2 wickets in 4 overs with 19 runs.
In today's match of Super Smash, Northern Districts easily built the grip of too many runs as a target, and had to make 196 runs in the loss of 6 wickets. They missed 200 runs by 4 runs. Katene Clarke is a good batsman he played very well but in today's match, his performance was not well as he did in front of other teams.
