So, I just got finished reviewing the white paper. Wow, this game, plus the lord coin system, makes this a potentially huge market. Only thing needed will be an steady economy of loyal players who keep coming back for more. How will inflation be dealt with? Lets say lord coins reach $10 a coin, will purchasable in game content be adjusted to match the price? Do players set the bar, as far as price is concerned? Good question! The majority of trading deals will be between players. So the open market will define the price of Lord Coin. Price of game contents that are purchased from the game will be adjusted to the new price of Lord Coin. The game isn't compatible with my mobile device due to me having an outdated phone, but I've seen a few youtube videos of people playing it. Looks awesome, so I'm sure it will gather a huge following. Compared to the first game, Lordmancer II seems to be getting a major overhaul! I plan on following this project closely. The image recognition neural network algorithm is not that impossible to developp, a lot of other than google has developp one and it work well, but at different kind of level, more or less functional.
And for the price Snapup team has explain a lot in vlogs or during the live, you can find information in the white paper. Its based on a new economic model, so the first time you see 90% less price for premium product it's a bit hard to trust I know. But they manage to create a system how make this possible !
I've read through the whitepaper, I also have tested image recog. algos. I guess I am just a skeptic through and through. I like that this team is so sure of themselves. Sometimes, a research team comes out of nowhere and solves problems that giants like Google have been throwing billions at essentially missing obvious, even simple solutions. I wish this team the best and I am in their corner. Who wouldn't want 80% off anything? I'd be happy with 25% off some VR Gear or some Jordan's. Right? Thats the point of it. Yeah it is the right time for mobile games on phones. Also a lot of big companies are trying to establish their brands on mobile phone because it will be the next big thing for games after PSP and Nintendo's 3DS. Exactly, just look at Nintendo and Pokemon Go. It's not just Pokemon Go, there are a lot of big companies trying to bring RPGs to mobile phones, especially in Japan. So this would be a perfect example with a playstyle which is already proofed by gamers around the world on PC Cantdecide, do you know of any plans to make LC accesible/useable to other games? Creating a currency standard/exchange for all kinds of games? Actually I don't know, but if the game rocks and player are using the coins, it could be a coin for other games too. At least it is what I could imagen. Not so fast. There are other companies exploring the uses of blockchain. I remember having read about an ICO this week to create a cross-game currency, but I can't say it will be feasible at the level they have forecasted. LC could indeed be used as the default cyrrency for other games from the same devs, for sure. That would be great in order to switch one game for another - just imagine I can sell all my equipment in Lordmancer 2 to kickstart a new campaign in Lordmancer Heroes (patent pending!). Well it would be good enough if the coins would be the main currency for the game eco system of the same devs. Everything else was just some potential future which could be possible. Well we do not have any agreement with an exchange platform yet, however being an ERC20 token make it kind of easy to get listed, ww will obviously do our best to push it to small excahnges (yobit, tidex ?) as soon as the ICO ends, we know some investors just want to make quick profit and that's fine with us The fee to get listed on livecoin is insane, and our ICO is modest. We're considering paying the fee for cryptopia listing, and we've engaged discussion with hitbtc and tidex That's huge news! Every exchange will increase attention from potential buyers (and speculators). Out of curiosity, how high is fee from livecoin? |

They will improve the game, the tea said that they will learn about mistake in lordmancer to make lordmancer II better so far. They have a lot of return and can easily correct the mistake in the first game. Without bugs and hackers, they have just to extend the had lifetime and a lot of players will be very glad to play to lordmancer II !
It's always good thing to learn from your mistakes. They've already got some nice foundation and with experience from previous project this will be huge! |
