I could not agree more about how the new and fresh platform is not as reliable as Ethereum network, but that's understandable since most of the new platform also bring something new and experimental. And to be honest looking at how Ethereum developing in the recent years, they need to catch up quicker with the competitor. Especially they need scale up their network to fix the high gas that occurs lot of times.

I don't think so, the current market trend is not showing any benefit for Altcoin. Even BTC has been bearish for a while now, and I don't think the market is the same market as before where we can see the majority of Altcoins raise up together. What I can learn from last year until now is that altcoin now was not really affected by bitcoin and not affect each other either, so some of the trending altcoin will raise but the other won't be affected. Altcoin that come from metaverse project will most likely to boom since it is the current buzzword for crypto.

First of all I thought meta cryptocurrency project is dead after some investors pulling their fund, but seems like some people jn this forum still talking about this project.
2nd I just found out about this news, and never heard id dfinity before, buf seems like the dfinity logo is just the very generic infinity symbol with gradient color, Meta on the other, at least they bother to squeeze the symbol a little bit so it looked like a letter 'M', So this dfinity project is being ridiculous

rather than following an ICO watch website, you better dig the current trend yourself, surf on twitter. Currenty the popular thing is Metaverse so find out any project about the Metaverse and find which one has good community over discord and telegram. I don't think ICO tracking website is still relevant for now.

Sol has better market capitalization and is currently more popular than matic so I think solana is the safer option for now. But I think polygon platform starting to get bigger attention and it is possible that they can catch up. But if you looking for long term I don't think both of them is good, I think this nft and metaverse will not last long, maybe just another year. The delisting of Safuu by Certik absolutely has impact together with current bear market, it will get worst I think. Other than that Safuu has a lot of issues from the start, some of it roadmap and projection is too good to be true, and unrealistic.

The best you can do is make a new wallet, and my suggestion is that you should never post your main address in a group or forum. no it won't. Doge coin is a meme coin, even the creator has no vision for Doge to be big, they just make doge for fun. Indeed the community is great, but that's it, nothing more to offer. I think Elon never been serious about supporting the project, he just do it for fun. So Elon buying twitter won't mean anything for Doge.

It's always good to have a newcomer but then again it depends on the quality of the project itself, more project means more option for us as the investors, but it also means that we need to do deeper and more thorough research on  them. And for what I have seen in the last couple of years, most coins are just come and then gone, but the project that survive actually solve real issue, and they know how to expand and increase their value. So, more project is better, but we need to filter them.

Like this thread, Metaverse is indeed the new buzzword for crypto. And based on most of the reply here, I think I am going in the right direction with this trend. I would always recommend Decentraland Mana, for anyone who want to start to get into metaverse, they are one of the pioneer and they has expand a lot. SandBox is good too with great community. And SushiSwap was a good hit a few months back, and I think it will have another good time. And the most recent one is ApeCoin, I am not sure how this one gonna end but it's worth to watch.

It's just a short term bear I think, the bitcoin will just go up again, however the $30,000 seems possible. And MMCrypto is not just a nonsense youtuber, he always has some good analytic towards the market. It's a bear market, but I don't think it will be as bad as 2019. Bitcoin is in its ideal price for buyers and seller over the last 4 months, so I don't think it will just surge. And I think this average price will last until next year.

I keep small amount of tops coin like BTC and ETH, we will never know what happened to them or when it will turn into bull-run. And for me I will just turn all my altcoin into a stablecoin, doing some research on the new cryptobuzz, last time I got some good amount investing in some DeFi Coin for this time I do some digging on many Metaverse coins, this will be the new face of crypto.

It will absolutely be safer if you add 2fa, but actually if you have the wallet that's not store your private key, it should be save even without any 2fa / pin. Since I don't know what wallet you are using and how your accident happened, the 2fa, pin or anything won't matters if you recklessly spreading your private information.

I think it's not just crypto, seems like Elon just realize how twitter can have a huge impact on people decision, he tweeted some silly thing and suddenly people speculating on some shit coins. But I don't think he will add a premium or paid account. He absolutely will make something out of twitter that can make him more money and get him more power and influence. And when some big guy like Elon talk about free speech, it will always be the free speech that give him the advantages.

Tottaly agreed Waves has been around longer than most of the other project in solana ecosystem, and it keeps expanding, and ChainLink bring something new and actually solve real issue. Whilst among all the project that OP mentioned I ever only heard of raydium.

But after all the same as Ethereum platform, Solana is the core and the thing that make the other projects alive so the first thing you should invest in is the platform itself, then after that add some other top coin if you have spare budget.

First of all I don't think Elon will create any paid membership for twitter, that's not why he bought twitter.
About Doge I don't think that Elon never really care with doge or it's community, he mentioned doge just for fun because that's what Doge for, its a mem coin, and it will always be a meme coin, and the same as meme, no one should take it seriously.
