Just keep reporting them, but there's an infestation of them for sure. It's times like these when I wish all new accounts were shadowbanned until their first post or so have been verified.

Count me in for both

Cool. 24 users for the Premier League pool now. Let's push for 30 users at least.
1303  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: BitcoinTalk's 2019 Premier League and Champions League Pool Sign Up Thread on: July 26, 2019, 09:30:35 AM
Had an offer for around £200 this year so that's not too bad.
Raise their offer to cash + bonus/freebets on the site. That way you'd bring them traffic and have more perks for our pool.

It's not from a gambling site.
1304  Other / Meta / Re: How do you actually find messages that were deleted? on: July 25, 2019, 10:07:34 AM

Most of the time plagiarised posts aren't deleted. It's actually better to keep them as proof. Sometimes they can still be found in the report queue as well.

The report queue isn't publicly accessible, right? Pretty sure it isn't, just asking in case there are in fact public logs available.

No. Just to mods.

Seems to be a copy and paste:
It's an unintentional copy paste I think, he tried to share the news. The link is available in kirreev070 post, the text is the same in the link also. Without link, it's certainly a copy-paste, but it would be better to give him a certain period ban if this is the only copy paste found.

Yeah, hardly the worst case. I changed it to a temp ban.
1307  Economy / Services / Potato for rent on: July 25, 2019, 09:30:10 AM
Both my potatoes are available for rent on both this account and my hilariousetc one. I would prefer an upfront deal for the year but would also take a monthly one. Payment obviously in bitcoin but I may accept some alts. I'd be interested in acquiring some Litecoin but I am also open to offers from others.

This account is in the top ten highest posters of all time:

And my hilariousetc is in the top ten most merited:

Feel free to send me your offers. Thanks.
1308  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: BitcoinTalk's 2019 Premier League and Champions League Pool Sign Up Thread on: July 25, 2019, 09:21:36 AM

If you made Superbru account you can already chose some results and they will be entered when you join the pool. Just be careful not to lock them, there could be new injuries/transfers before league start.
I usually do not lock a pick. Sometimes it turns out to be opposite that you think. So, an unlocked pick becomes useful then.

Locking a pick is pointless really other than you getting to see what others have submitted, but kinda futile as you obviously can't change your picks then anyway.

I think someone got six correct results last season. I would be surprised if anyone got higher than that but there's plenty of times I've been only one goal away from many more correct scores so it's not impossible but the odds are heavily stacked against you. It's probably similar odds to winning the lottery for the 8,9,10 results.
Man! getting a correct score is really hard. I rarely get it LOL

By looking at the image above it's assumable that one guy got 7 correct score and that's insane! Imagine someone is very skilled to pick correct scores and they are a regular gambler - this guys will surely make a lot of money.

If you're one of the winners from these pools you should probably start betting, but you'd still probably be net negative if you were betting just on correct scores as there's all the times you get them wrong. I rarely bet on correct scores but just outcomes and I've always been in profit at the end of the season so far. As I've said before, I usually just stick to three-folds and often go for Skybet's enhanced offers that they do.

There's also this bonus from superbru that I'll put into the pot if we get it:

Quote
Start a pool and get £50
If you set up a pool and recruit 10 or more UK-based people who have never played Superbru before, we will give you £50 at the end of the tournament. Scroll down for T&Cs and to learn how it works.

We were only a few players short for it last season, but the trouble is we'll likely be even further behind now as obviously it has to be new players.

Seems to be a copy and paste:

Iran has recently announced that they will begin to treat cryptocurrency mining as an industry. This comes after increased pressure on the country enforced by changing economic sanctions imposed by the United States. Amidst this bullish news, the price of Bitcoin BTC was reportedly around $24000 [converted] on some Iranian exchanges.
Good days are coming.

When do we have tho pool link to join?

I'll PM everyone at the same time for payment. Once people have paid the link will be sent.

I forgot to mention the prizes superbru offer as well:

Quote
£50,000 to be won every week
You could win up to £50,000 depending on the number of exact scores you can predict in each round of 10 matches!

- 10 exact scores: £50,000
- 9 exact scores: £10,000
- 8 exact scores: £1,000
- 7 exact scores: £500
- 6 exact scores: Your choice of Premier League jersey
- 5 exact scores: A Superbru Yellow Cap

The odds of winning them are pretty ridiculous but it can be done. Here are the winners from last season:

Gotta be in it to win it. Would be awesome if somebody won one of the prizes from here.
1312  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: BitcoinTalk's 2019 Premier League and Champions League Pool Sign Up Thread on: July 23, 2019, 10:11:32 AM
This should not be much. If we can manage to get 30 people then the pot will have £750 and from the sponsor £200 (If I am not mistaken). This means we will have a pot of total £950. Now this is a lot of money. We are talking about 0.1132BTC at the current rate.

I personally would not mind to pay 0.005BTC for the entry fee. Come on guys!

Same, but it's whether everybody else will. 0.005 is £40.08 as of right now so it's not much more but the price is BTC is all over the place now. I'll see where were at in a couple of weeks from now but I'm really hoping we can get 30 users. Newcomers seem to be pretty dead right now though. I know there'll be some people who want to join when it starts as well which is annoying. If we know how many people are playing at least I can work out the prizes in advance which may entice a few new users. A 1k prize pot is nice though and hopefully we'll see a rally sometime next year leading up to the halving.
1313  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: BitcoinTalk's 2019 Premier League and Champions League Pool Sign Up Thread on: July 22, 2019, 10:26:54 AM
Yeah, I PMd everyone. Had a couple of responses but pretty much just from people who said they weren't interested unfortunately. I'm sure there's lots of other people who would play if they just know about it as I know there's a lot of football fans here and I'm sure there's a lot who gamble on it. £25 is nothing really and a football better will probably spend that in one week. Anyone on a sig campaign could probably earn that with a handful of posts and you can make your money back by talking about the pool throughout the season and there's also the chance to win a decent sized prize. Think the 1st place prize was around £1k last year with 30 people but we also had the £500 sponsorship from cloudbet. Had an offer for around £200 this year so that's not too bad.

Keep spreading the word. I'm sure some of you guys have friends that would be interested.
1314  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: BitcoinTalk's 2019 Premier League and Champions League Pool Sign Up Thread on: July 21, 2019, 08:02:22 AM
23 users now signed up to the Premier League Pool. Lets try get it to at least 30 people like it was last year. I honestly thought we'd get a lot more interest. A few users told me that they'd for sure play the next season and a couple of others told me that they had friends who wanted to play as well. Ask anyone you know who is interested in football or football betting as you get an entire season of betting fun for around £25 which isn't going to break the bank. Hopefully the price of BTC will rise during the season and stops a couple of days before the next halving so we could end up with an expanding pot like the first pool (though obviously the opposite is also true  Grin).
1315  Other / Meta / Re: My on topic posts are getting deleted on: July 21, 2019, 07:26:59 AM
Someone has been reporting a lot of posts as unsubstantial/one liners recently so you just got caught up in that and a mod obviously agreed with the report if your post was removed.
1316  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: BitcoinTalk's 2019 Premier League and Champions League Pool Sign Up Thread on: July 19, 2019, 10:53:15 AM
I can make the payment tx after the 26. July, i hope that will be no problem with that  Roll Eyes Undecided

Yes. I'll probably start collecting money in the first week of August.
1317  Other / Meta / Re: The ban was a mistake. I need admin’s attention on: July 18, 2019, 01:37:56 PM
I asked theymos for the reports against you and it seems like it was just that copy and paste that got you banned. I unbanned the account.
1318  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: BitcoinTalk's 2019 Premier League and Champions League Pool Sign Up Thread on: July 18, 2019, 09:05:54 AM
Signing up for the Champions League, I can pay in advance.

I'll PM everyone at the same time as the price of bitcoin is fluctuating too much right now for people to pay in advance and I want everyone to pay the same for fairness.

If anyone knows anyone on here or friends in real life that want to play let them know. I'm hoping we can get at least 30 players like last year but time is running out.
1319  Other / Meta / Re: The ban was a mistake. I need admin’s attention on: July 18, 2019, 09:00:38 AM
There's no evidence to suggest that. Sometimes you can tell when someone's just accidentally fucked up a quote. I PMd theymos to see if he has an archive of the reports against you.
1320  Other / Meta / Re: The ban was a mistake. I need admin’s attention on: July 18, 2019, 08:06:13 AM
Where exactly is the refutation of this post below because it's pretty cut and dry plagiarism to me:

I have not even considered the post as plagiarism.

Well it clearly is and you saying it cannot be considered plagiarism is just wrong. I don't even know if that was the post you were actually banned for but it's plagiarism regardless of what you and a couple of others may claim or think.
