Both are inactive, and I doubt Tomatocage will return anytime soon. Seems my recommendations were flooded over by other comments, not sure if a seperate thread is needed for the purpose though: Cool, well my suggestions: 1) Cyrus: Active moderator, long time member, quite active in(Edit: Detecting, lol) suspicious activity 2) devthedev: Was a DT 2 member before CITM took the hit, long time escrow, member and trustworthy person. The other guys on escrow.ms list... don't think they actually deserved it, seems most of them got the position because of a few early escrow/deals. Edit: And congrats on getting back your 300+ rating  I know they are inactive, I meant that 2-3 Default trust users (depth 1) should remove escrow.ms (~). Regarding your other post, yes... devthedev and Cyrus seems very trusted. |

Because of a lot of account hacks happening lately i decided to change my password more often. This will ofc displayed in the Security Log. As I have trades ongoing it will be annoying to send everyone a signed message. So I decided to create this thread. Maybe this becomes something like Stake your bitcoin address here. This is a question to other escrows, regarding the risks of being escrow while an intentional fork is happening.
What are your thoughts about?
Use Core. Don't intermingle your coins with coins held in escrow. That is the determination of someone who believes firmly in core. Though there is the possibility that miners chose to support a bitcoin client that creates 2 mb blocks. Which could turn into a mess when you still run core and suddenly your coins become worthless because a fork wins the majority and the old chains coins lose their value. I'm really not ready to take such a risk. I mean it would be my error, at least if the users are not fully aware of me using a certain chain, and in worst case i had to refund a lot of bitcoins. If you don't move the coin(s) during the fork, you will not lose nothing ... |
