Does anyone have experience with this and how much would you generally make on an investment like that?

1325  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is crashing. Why? :( on: August 09, 2015, 07:43:54 AM
Too many scam coins being created. People giving away their BTC to scammers. Scammers selling BTC for Fiat.

1326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thinking of opening an altcoin casino. What coin should I pick? on: August 08, 2015, 03:44:44 PM
Fortune Jack already offers most altcoins. Now if you can create something with sportsbook that'll be something I would be interested in.

1327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ETH] Anyone else going all in? on: August 08, 2015, 10:19:40 AM
nah. not even going to invest 1 satoshi in ETH anymore. It bothers me great deal when these shit people come here with their shitcoin and claim to take over BTC.

If there was no BTC...would ETH even exist?

I don't think so.

you coming here on BTCtalk and talking shit about BTC..that's childish and turn off for lot of BTC holders.

1331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum ether (ETH) trading now live on Kraken on: August 08, 2015, 09:12:00 AM
Opened at ~$2.80/0.01 XBT, ~$170,000,000 market cap.

Charts at:  https://tradeblock.com/markets/krkn/eth-xbt/1h/

Ethereum presale wallet sweeper for Kraken account funding:  https://www.kraken.com/ether

This is a LIE!

I followed this guide and CANNOT trade on kraken without being tier 4 verified which takes days.

that could be the reason dev chose kraken...it's easier to pump the price when people aren't using that exchange.
1332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum ether (ETH) trading now live on Kraken on: August 08, 2015, 09:10:30 AM
good coin..but most bagholders would sell it in a heartbeat at $1. Some are holding thousands so my guess would be price would suffer in a week or so.

1333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many coins on: August 08, 2015, 08:53:24 AM
just stick to BTC if you're new.

DASH, LTC, DOGE, SDC are few you can check out but I would suggest do some research and try not investing more than you can afford to lose. Stick to altcoins that are older than 6-8 months and have community support and good developer.

1334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: OK. I am making this my long-term goal. on: August 08, 2015, 07:39:34 AM
Seoclerks, Fiverr etc already accept BTC, Doge, LTC

I highly doubt anyone would use that "decentrelized" gig websites besides bunch of tech savvy people who are already using bitcoin
1335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Comprehensive list of abandoned/scam coins and their developers on: August 08, 2015, 07:29:49 AM
iBits, Dibbits, Diggits, Globe

I believe this scammer has created tons of coins in past and will create more in future. Add him to the list.
1336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] R3D - [DEV INFO] BITTREX CFC - deployable, voting, reputation on: August 08, 2015, 07:24:34 AM
5 BTC so far..only 795 more to go.

I want this project to reach 800 BTC but I know it won't. There is not enough volume to cover that much fund. Unless someone buys his own ICO I don't think it's even possible to hit 100 BTC let alone 800.

This is how scams have ruined crypto and scared all investors. Now good project like R3D gets posted and don't get investors because everyone is nervous to throw their money in ICO.

1337  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Operation Save Bitcoin on: August 07, 2015, 08:04:38 AM
wild west. got scammed? hoped for high gains?
people get what they deserve, what they ordered. this is how it works in the free word without mommy. sorry to hear your feelings've been hurt.

that kind of attitude will kill BTC.

All of these scams are being traded for BTC not Fiat. So eventhough people think it's wild west and investors are to blame bottom line is it's BTC who get hurt at the end because no one wants to step in.

If people can create scams and then get it listed on exchanges and trade it for BTC they will keep doing it unless we come together and put a stop on it or we can just sit in our corner and watch BTC price plummet as scammers get richer and richer.

1338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Operation Save Bitcoin on: August 07, 2015, 07:38:20 AM
We all know that Altcoins are hurting bitcoin in big way. Scammers are creating altcoins on daily basis and big altcoins exchange are helping them milk money out of it by charging as little as 3 BTC to list their scams.

Scammers list their scam on exchange, people buy it for BTC, Scammers collect BTC, Scammers sell BTC for Fiat while bringing BTC price down. We can sit here and blame investors or what not but real truth is they won't go away unless we come up as a team and eliminate them.

Fastest way to eliminate scams is report exchanges that are listing them. Once they can't be listed on exchanges they will have no place to go and they will die.

So, it's time we come up with a plan to save BTC and I believe if everyone does it soon we'll see rise in BTC price.

Step 1 - Keep track of Altcoins scam
Step 2 - Put all the evidence in one pile
Step 3 - Wait till it gets listed on exchange
Step 4 - Report Exchanges to FBI with all the proof that you've collected (including pump & dump)

1339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Super Genius vs Several super smart devs. on: August 07, 2015, 07:17:36 AM

It's not "coding skills", it's design skills...
Once a genius level thinker designs something new... any professional, competent team can implement it.

This

Satoshi Nakamato comes to my mind.

everyone stealing his idea and trying to make it better but reason behind their development is pure greed.(in 99.999999 cases)

Winner WILL always will be Nakamato.

just look around to see how much money is usedi n marketing BTC..not because there aren't other altcoins better than BTC but because there is one original idea everything else is just copy of it.

1340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The owners of the major exchanges are scammers? on: August 07, 2015, 06:54:30 AM
Yes.

2016 will be end of shitcoins and some of these exchanges will become regulated or eliminated and owner will end up behind the bars for being part of ponzi schemes.

Also, if you aren't reporting these exchanges eventhough you know they're scam you're part of the problem. Take some responsibility ffs and stop playing victim.
