1321  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: And so it continues... on: February 20, 2015, 04:54:28 PM
The worst thing is that because of somebody else fault, the blame is put solely onto bitcoin and it gives the wrong perception about how unsafe bitcoin is....which is not true.
1322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Yanis-Varoufakis-Greece, Bitcoin WILL save them from Europe. It won't be pretty. on: February 20, 2015, 04:49:04 PM
It's a good idea if they can start off with Greece and if it becomes successful will soon becomes something which others countries can follow.
1323  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to accept bitcoin on a website ? on: February 20, 2015, 04:38:09 PM
ChangeTip allows you to integrate payment services into your blog and website. You can try that
1324  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First 2-way Bitcoin ATM in Poland was just set! on: February 20, 2015, 10:58:54 AM
If only the machine is available on where I stay. Over here is only one way and it would be great if withdrawal will not require you to submit your personal information.
1325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Watch bitcoin on CNN right now on: February 20, 2015, 10:55:56 AM
CNN seems to supporting bitcoin for now...of course which is a good thing..More please
1326  Economy / Speculation / Re: Huge BTC dump incoming on: February 20, 2015, 10:51:21 AM

Volume dropped, interest in the market saturated like just before jan 12th mega crash.
Stay ready!  Shocked

Again? What makes you so confident? I believe we are still at the stage of price adjustments after the recent low. Right now it is still on the uptrend.
1327  Economy / Speculation / Re: Coinbase exerting buying pressure? A comparison between the East and the West on: February 20, 2015, 08:12:00 AM
To certain, yes I agree. If you notice the btc price going up right now you can see that it coincides with the Chinese new year lunar celebration where right now all of them are on holiday.
1328  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will BTC again reach 400$+ on: February 20, 2015, 06:28:13 AM
Right now it's difficult to predict the direction it is heading. Just wait for the next halving when the mining reward reduces half and from there should be more clear.
1329  Economy / Speculation / Re: For people still in denial about willy on: February 20, 2015, 06:07:48 AM
Whether this is true or not obviously nothing we do now can change it. Mt Gox is a scandal that everyone ought to put behind. More important is to look ahead.
1330  Economy / Speculation / Re: I have 4 bitcoin What should i do. Should sell or hold on to the price increase? on: February 20, 2015, 06:03:50 AM
Nobody would be able to give you the best answer. Instead, ask yourself are you really desperate and in need of money?
1331  Economy / Economics / Re: The European Debt Crisis Visualized on: February 20, 2015, 05:56:31 AM
No matter what it will not work out. Those not in debt will not be obliged to pay for those in debt and those in debt will not listen to the terms of condition.
1332  Economy / Economics / Re: I just created 100 pennies.. and loaned them out, you owe me 101 pennies….. on: February 20, 2015, 05:50:21 AM
You want to take loan of 100 pennies? Ok the deal is, I'll give you a loan amounting to 100 pennies, but to seal the deal, you will only get 99 pennies but during payback, it's 100 pennies.
1333  Economy / Economics / Re: another reason for the possible success of bitcoin - a broad historical view on: February 20, 2015, 05:42:30 AM
with bitcoin the internet itself becomes powerful, a force that can get things done/funded. even better, the distributed p2p network lets - for the first time in history - people from all over the world cooperate without taking part of the wealthy elite organizations like banks and governments. for example a producer of goods/services/crops can, for the first time ever sell his goods globally while denying the old elite a part of their share.

Nice writeup especially the historal part. This is what I would agree the most. One more thing is that nobody can print more money and bring down the value if our holdings
1334  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum Sending Fee Question on: February 20, 2015, 05:26:42 AM
When you add the 0.2mbtc, that is the transaction fee that goes to the network. That leaves the net amount that will reach the site account. If the site requires you add additional fee as processing fee for deposit. Just add it to the net amount.

Whatever transaction fee you decide to put will not be of any concern to the site operator.
1335  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is it wrong to suggest people should own just 1 or .5 btc. Mr.WarrenBuffet on: February 20, 2015, 05:19:12 AM
I'm sure a lot of people can afford 1btc at current price but the problem lies mainly on how to convince people to accept bitcoin. If we can break this barrier, we are already on the way to the moon.
1336  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting shot and killed in past wars is todays equivalent of getting hacked... on: February 20, 2015, 05:03:18 AM
Why not? Maybe OP has a point. It's a battle between fiat and crypto. We are fighting a battle to overtake a portion of the market share. Each failure only makes btc stronger.
1337  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin becoming… fashionable? Like, literally. on: February 20, 2015, 04:56:24 AM
At least it's worth telling people how cool it is using bitcoin. Rather than a card, the money is in the phone instead.
1338  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: We dont have enough decimal places. on: February 20, 2015, 04:09:09 AM
That's enough for now. I don't think we have seen any shortage thus far. When the coins have been fully distributed, it's still not too late the revise the decimal point.
1339  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Bitcoins seller who can take reloadable prepaid cards (unregistered), visa/mc ? on: February 19, 2015, 01:36:24 PM
Hey hi, what i mean by "unregistered" is - Prepaid reloadbale card purchased from the store like cvs walgreens etc for a specific amount and has not been activated yet. No name, ssn, dob, address are used to activate. so whosoever has the card info, he/she can activate on his/her name.

Probably what the guy means is "virtual credit card".
1340  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is Coinbase Becoming More Like Paypal? on: February 19, 2015, 01:24:37 PM
Can always opt for other exchangers if you are not happy. There are so many out there right now. After all, that are your own coins you are putting in the account.
