1321  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any website without a dispute here? on: January 17, 2022, 04:40:48 PM
Never seen one but there are lots to be considered when errors do happen. Like most of the websites out there and even this forum I believe had the problem sometimes of page that cannot be found or an error. That's the trouble when you are running a website, not every second you could maintain on what mess will happen.
Some gamblers also take advantage of that mistake while the site is having a problem and vice versa. Because the team behind the website could also do the same using the error as a reason for loss of funds.
1322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto NFTs, what are your thoughts. on: January 17, 2022, 02:17:02 PM
I don't appreciate art too much, like paintings or whatever unique ways they do it. Friends do tell me they see the artistry in it, I don't.
But in the gaming section of NFT, I was amazed. I had no expectation that a game could provide back to their players. Before, you will need to be the best one in the game to create money thru tournaments and other events that provides prizes.
It changed dramatically when they inserted NFT in it. Gamers/Players can now make money out of little investment and a bit of work.
Example: Level up your character - make it a NFT - then sell it to the market.
Merge two NFT's to create a new unique item - sell it to the market
Another option is if they made a coin that could be sold for cash.
1323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Nft Blockchain and Games? on: January 17, 2022, 12:29:01 PM
As of now the top blockchain platform is BSC for altcoins. Although it was a pure copy of Ethereum it was way cheaper and faster. I am just talking about usage here but if investing will be the discussion then I would rather pick Ethereum.
NFT games. Yes, Wax is one of the best platforms when it comes to NFT gaming. At first, I didn't understand the way it works because of CPU, RAM and NET but as I go on, it's not really that difficult to understand and supporters are also making clips on how it is done. Staking there may also be profitable eventually.
1324  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 17, 2022, 10:53:45 AM
So all eyes are on Ben Simmons again. Why is it that when its about Rich Paul clients, there is always the drama of either force trades and locker room issues.  Grin i.e. Anthony Davis, John Wall, and Lebron James.
I am against the Fox - Simmons trade. I don't know what Sacramento is up to, but what they need is to surround Fox with good players and not trade him out. He is the future of that team and can be their franchise player. All they need is to move their ass and make some trades with their other players.
Yes, his stats may have failed this past few games but that doesn't mean he is all the fault of that. If the trade occurs, I doubt they will be in the playoffs or play in tournament.
1325  Economy / Economics / Re: Buy Crypto Or Have Fun Staying Poor! on: January 16, 2022, 06:36:24 PM
What about the risk factor? You cannot please everyone and not just anyone have the courage to buy cryptocurrencies or Bitcoin. Traditional thing is to save money in the bank, in fiat. That is the safest up until now even though there is no increase with whatever you save. Banks trust rating is still higher than anything even a piggy bank.
Not against it but lets just list the facts first in this pandemic. Having fast cash when you need it is the one being supported and not cryptocurrencies where you have to go with a lot of steps before taking it out as a means of purchasing.
1326  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to cancel pending withdrawals from binance? on: January 16, 2022, 03:49:41 PM
4 days of "processing 0/1 confirmation" and today the transaction get rejected and i tried again to withdrawal my funds to the same wallet and same network. now everything is fine, got my tokens back
Sounds like good news but the scar will be left behind. Perhaps it is the chain problem. Have you check that too? FTM, right? Do they have like an instant message group like Discord, Telegram, or any way that you could contact them fast and be updated?
Because, if you will keep on making transaction using the said coin, it will be better if you are up to date with whatever is happening to their chain so that you could avoid things like this to happen again.
I am glad though it was all resolved. You could lock the thread if you want to.
1327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you invest in new projects? on: January 16, 2022, 01:15:39 PM
Another yield farming project. Why not just stick with Binance, then? That's more trusted than any new projects.
There is so much work to do researching about them so I just read the introduction part. It's not that bad but it's still a risk because of the competition they will have which as I said is one of the popular exchange in the world.
How could they maximize the increase of value if the competition is that high? I'd rather invest in new projects that focuses on the gaming industry which is exploding right now. Another option would be in the gambling industry.
1328  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 16, 2022, 12:00:52 PM
What I find amazing from Jrue's game is his defense, he never failed to be included in the all-defensive first or second teams almost every season, VanVleet was a problem outside but Siakam was a beast, they needed that exterior defense pretty much, and George Hill is not known for his defense, they also needed Khris Middleton's production points, sadly, he was underperforming and in result, they lost to the Raptors, it was a different energy when they faced the Warriors  vs. how they faced the Raptors.
The inconsistency of Khris Middleton showed up once again. Obviously he have to perform better when Jrue is not around. Why do they even let Giannis make the plays and not him or another guard so that he could set up their position in post up which the two stars of the Bucks are good at.
The big difference is points in the paint. Raptors made 44 while the Bucks only made 24 which is quite surprising for a known team that always scores on inside maneuvers. All I could say is they badly needed Jrue back or give up that Giannis making the plays and use another point to do the job.
1329  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: IS it possible to let your BTC work for you ? on: January 15, 2022, 03:57:48 PM
Most of them are Ponzi scheme or HYIP which are likely to go scam in a short run or even long ones. I would forget that idea about Staking Bitcoin or other kind of investments that relies to borrowing your Bitcoin in exchange for something better. There's no such thing or if there are those people probably know each other physically.
There are a lot of options out there and it would be safer there than wasting a precious Bitcoin. Take Binance for example which had been offering a lot of staking process using new release altcoins.
1330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help! Investor For a new crypto project where to? on: January 15, 2022, 01:09:20 PM
You don't know if you came to the right place or not so better to just lay down some of the ideas here. You don't have to give it all, just a start up to make it look inviting to the investors. What if what you are looking for is already here and they will read that type of message only?
Try making an ANN thread in the Altcoin Section Announcements, maybe that will help a bit. Just be careful with scams.
You would need also need a team if you want this to work out. Someone good at marketing and another in the financial industry to manage the incoming money.
1331  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do u think about gambling? on: January 15, 2022, 11:28:19 AM
It's just something to add more thrill to the game. That's the reason why I gamble. One example is watching a football game especially if you are a hardcore fan of one team gives you joy. But, when you add some money on the line, the joy of watching electrifies. You don't just cheer for the them because you are a fan but because you became a part of them by putting something on the line.
Just stop if you don't have the money anymore. It's not supposed to be a mandatory thing but just adds flavor to be more thrilling.
1332  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 15, 2022, 10:00:56 AM
^^ And that's the old Warriors that we have known, a deep bench that can score even if Draymond Green is out of Steph Curry has a off-night.

So it was a good rebound from the 2 losses they have, but they are still 1.5 game behind the Suns who took the top spot now in the West. But even with the Bulls lost, they still lead the East though. But it's going to be tough in their next game without Zach.
Yeah, there are no reports yet about his MRI but he is already ruled out against the Celtics tomorrow. 2 leg injuries now in just a matter of days, Jones was first one who dropped his feet in a bad form and now Zach. This is not looking good for Chicago Bulls. DeMar will surely be exhausted at forcing more minutes to shoulder the missing pieces. Caruso will be back on Wednesday and it will be a great help on the defensive end. Where they will get their offense is the mystery. Lonzo should keep up that high rating 3 point shot.
1333  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is for everyone but not everyone will be for Bitcoin on: January 14, 2022, 06:20:15 PM
it's not easy to be able to believe in bitcoin, it takes a strong push...

I still remember when I heard about bitcoin for the first time, it took me a long time to decide to invest in bitcoin, especially when the market was bearish, luckily I didn't give up on the market and was able to see the bitcoin price go past $50k and stay in bitcoin.
Indeed it is. It was so cheap before and I even doubt it. That was one of my regrets bumping into a good asset at a cheaper price and didn't even invest at my full capacity. Doubts will make you rusty most of the time but we are human so it's normal.
The challenge is if you will be hard headed enough to keep on feeling the same way, doubting the new technology that is being offered in front of you.
I guess I am pass that question right now.
Who will believe in something that you cannot even physically attain, it's just numbers in a computer and yet there is value. That was also one of the biggest question that I tried to conquer years ago. Now, all I want is to accumulate more and seek a better future.
1334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Claiming BAT in brave browser on: January 14, 2022, 03:17:00 PM
I have been using Brave Browser for years and never had the thought to collect that BAT token even when they offered a big amount before thru sign up, iirc. The KYC thing is the real problem here and I don't agree with it. I just like the fact that they can block advertisements especially the pop up ones that had been hurting my butt for a long time. It just irritates me to see those ads and some of them are adult contents that I don't like to see by my child in surprise.
Still up to you, just be sure to take a tour to the settings.
1335  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 14, 2022, 11:36:07 AM
I really don't understand the Lakers...  Dwight Howard has been playing literally at an MVP level this season when he's on the floor, and while he is barely getting any minutes, his impact is obvious.  There must be something going on behind the scenes because I believe Dwight being let go last year is why they didn't make the Finals and now they're talking about trading him!  Absolutely insane.  There has to be stuff going on we aren't seeing.  I know Dwight has been "sus" for quite a while in the league due to various questionable antics, but as a basketball fan I want to see him out there...

https://hoopshype.com/2022/01/13/lakers-assessing-trade-value-of-dwight-howard-deandre-jordan-and-kent-bazemore/
Whoever made this decision do have a brain problem or he is blind.  Cheesy They are always looking at stats and not the impact of each player. The rim is protected well because of Dwight Howard and it gives chills to whoever tries to attack the rim. I don't have any idea if this is a locker room problem or it is just the management who is foolish enough to even trade him.
Frank Vogel is known for his defensive mastery and Dwight is the one that reflects that. I think they are trying to be an offensive team now which I doubt will get a championship. They should remember its not the offense that made them win a championship, it's how Dwight played being bully in the paint.
I am one of the guys that got irritated by what he did during the game but I realized how much of an impact it was after they won.
1336  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you think about Bitcoin? on: January 14, 2022, 09:48:53 AM
IMO, all that you said is right.
Some are negative about it but that because it is just slow. It took years before it was accepted as a currency and most of the people before think it's a joke to have a currency like Bitcoin but look at it now. $40k for 1 Bitcoin. Did anyone ever predicted that when it was just let's say $300 a piece? All the prediction was just for $1000 per BTC and they will be happy about it.
But now we are expecting for more and it doesn't mean it could go that far at a short span of time. We wait, patience is the key.
1337  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 13, 2022, 11:44:16 AM
I think folks should just accept that Lakers are not winning the Championship this season. What the lakers should be doing is playing awesome defense and slowing the game down so they can win in the half court. Lebron's offense for another day is elite and his defense for another day is very bad. And you can't blame him of course, he is playing the right way because he can't give you his energy for defense and then can't be elite offenser. Defense takes away a lot from you, much more from anything in the floor. That's why the bests scorer's aren't good in defense.
Unless...
Trade season is still open, they can change their roster if they like. I believe Austin Reaves is their real future and I won't exchange this guy for anyone.
Just witnessing how he hustled for two consecutive games makes me wonder why they are not giving him more minutes. Let him be a starter, let the phase run thru him with speed and to drag everyone in that Lakers team in his defensive aggressiveness. He is like Covid, contagious. He can easily make the team and the fans go wild with all his hustle plays.
Him and Dwight Howard combined makes a strong defensive line.
1338  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I want your happiness. on: January 13, 2022, 08:49:40 AM
Google Translate really sucks.  Cheesy Candles became Kendalls. Damn!
Well, there must always be a loser for the winners to make profit, it's the balance of things. If we are all winners then there is no need for an exchange to be made. We all try to make something out of it and on the other side of it, there is someone who is having a hard time to learn the basics.
Prevention of being rekt was my first thing to think about when I started trading. I don't want to lose it all. So I took care of my money very well by being on the safe side. Didn't let my greed took over me and when I see profits I take it without even thinking twice. Profit is profit, be happy with it.
1339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The first NFT rug pull of 2022 on: January 12, 2022, 03:13:22 PM
Yes. We will see more of this with all the gaming developers coming in the crypto space creating NFT projects.
I won't be shocked anymore because I have seen team behind NFT that want their anonymity be intact. Their only explanation is because they want to keep themselves safe from any attack nearby. Physical attack or blackmails, literally and not the kind of hacks or phishing attempts.
But that's the problem, you have a good project but you cannot cultivate trust because of that bad reasoning about being anonymous. Investors are also risking their money and they want to at least lessen that by knowing who the developers are.
1340  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 12, 2022, 01:24:23 PM
I would be happy if the trade that we are looking for will eventually come into reality. Ben Simmons has been laid off for a while, he need a new team so him and the 76ers will be able to move on and everyone will be happy. If he will play with the Hawks, then so be it, as long as both teams are satisfied on the trade, everything should happen ASAP.
Deadline is near and most of the time they are doing the trades a day before it ends. 76ers might be looking for another offer that's why they leaked the news of a possible trade with the Atlanta Hawks. What could Tobias Harris be feeling right now when he saw he is part of the rumors?
It's not just that, Thybulle is also being injected on the gossip in exchange for the Harris gift pack.  Grin Why don't they try Phoenix Suns so that Kendall Jenner won't have troubles going back and forth Phoenix and Philadelphia. Just kidding.  Cheesy
