1363  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Pbmining is a scammer on: December 03, 2014, 08:39:20 AM
It's wellknown with bitcoin payments that you have to send the EXACT amount, in order to avoid errors. Having said that, a site like PBmining should be able to recover the bitcoins fairly easy with all details provided
1364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Doge coin is bad on: December 03, 2014, 08:32:33 AM
L:ooking at the community, it's one of the strongest in alts, community makes the coin, not the coin itself...
1365  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: December 03, 2014, 08:30:19 AM
The payouts are lower than they should be?
The last few payouts are really small in comparison with
difficulty calculation or known online bitcoin calculators.

correct.

I think we are nearing the end. Not so long ago a sign campaign, which paid really wel. They said they would continu the sign campaign, yet no sign campaign, o well we'll see, haven't break evened yet Sad

How do you guarantee the private key won't be stored Smiley

All the talk here is about one written paper. The link below is to the white paper by Satoshi Nakamoto.

1368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [MCL] MiracleCoin | No ICO | Proof of Faucet distribution | Traders Coin on: December 03, 2014, 08:23:54 AM
Can someone tell me what the intention of MCL is. I found the distribution of coins really cool, yet not sufficient. Why haven't they extended the payouts through the clients, lower amounts, but longer. So everyone could get in Smiley Or is there a second run being planned?

Read the OP (First page) It tells you all there is to know and also look at MiracleCoin Dev's post history to keep up to date with what's going on.

All the things to know about MiracleCoin: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=822317.msg9188819#msg9188819

Nothing about the distribution anymore... that's why I asked
1369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ██ ZEITCOIN MOVEMENT [FULLY POS] ██ Minticator, 25% interest 1 year on: December 03, 2014, 08:22:42 AM
Not to B a negative nancy, but the ZeitGeist movement has made some interesting and flatout frightening docuīs, explaining very simple and evidence based how we as a race continu to get fucked in all sorts a ways. Yet no/one from the masses could care less. It sometimes gets me going, you notice that an ever growing number of young people start to realize that the world shouldnīt have to be this way, yet no/one does anything real, including me. I hope for a bright future, but it seems that consumerism and and an never stopping flow of chemicals has done there job, creating mindless and conditioned drones, fit enough to do a job, not so fit to see behind the curtains and do something about it.

I wish the best voor Zeitgeist as a movement and currency, but I fear this process will take decenia if not decades, and will require violent uprising of the masses, only then will we all be equal and share our society technilogical breakthroughs..

Maybe itīs an idea to start with a fairly small community, all living of itself monteray system, the crypto Zeitgeist. Where everyone has the same amount and there is no unequality.

Just my thoughts Smiley
1370  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Ideas for site, looking for a team on: December 03, 2014, 08:16:24 AM
hmm.. i suggest you can make a cloudmining website

digger means mine i think.

There's a very large initial investment that goes into cloud mining. However, if that (or any other idea) materializes, I'm proficient with Java and could get involved if time permits.

I have an idea regarding the stimulation of small miners to further decentralize the bitcoin protocoll. Let me know if interested

When there's a apocalyptic event --> Gold, in the here and now --> Bitcoin. Allways safe to invest in mutiple options, that way times CAN change Smiley

Keep in mind a name change right now is a lot of work... A new logo would need to be made and all the websites and pools would have to be updated... It's going to be a lot of work anyway you slice it... Im not saying a name change is a bad thing in fact I would probably vote for one but right now?? Maybe there are bigger fish to fry before we think about changing the name... We can change the name anytime.

Something to consider...

Cheers,

Ghosty

I agree totally, in stead of dealing with expressive issues, let's first support and build the technical issues. Namechange is alot of work, maybe when the functions are there to support it, it will be time to give a name change and PR ads campaign, so investor don't just buy into the new name, but new coin in itsell, with all promised functions Smiley
1375  Economy / Services / Re: Silver Wallets Signature Campaign on: December 02, 2014, 08:57:01 PM
How awesome! What a sign campaign, find 88 a bit expensive though. Truly cool coins though. Don't understand the warning to not store large amount, I thought this was cold storage, addresses made offline I hope?

Do you think that you will hold a sign campaign again some time?

Will like to join then!
1376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are still the very, very early adopters on: December 02, 2014, 08:45:49 PM
If you say based on percentage
We still early adopter

Maybe we have to wait 20 years to see most people adopt bitcoin  Cheesy

I was actually shocked when some one told me how many people actually own Bitcoin.

Was thinking in the range of a few million people, but it's only a few hundred thousand.

There is so much room for growth, something tells me the next few years will be huge.

It's not so strange, Cryptocurrency is miles ahead of evolution, an evolution to a decentralized world and fair monetary system. The blockchain is another miracle, which can be used for all digital processes, the advantages of the protocoll will only increase, we'll see a bright crypto future, the question is will it be bitcoin or another?
1377  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Conspiracy Theory of Bitcoin on: December 02, 2014, 08:26:51 PM
The government can definitely kill Bitcoin. If Bitcoin becomes illegal, the reputation and value of Bitcoin will then fall and be forgotten in the long run. Yeah there will be people who will secretly use it, kind of like drugs, but drugs are addictive; Bitcoin is not addictive.

My biggest fear for Crypto as a whole... The only way to outrun it, is to make it so easy and safe that adoption will happen sooner then prohibition. Ones it's adopted by the masses, propaganda against Bitcoin has less chance, because people know otherwise.

banken in nederland willen de techniek van bitcoin gebruiken voor eigen gebruik, tijd om nu in te stappen en guldencoin te promoten bij hun?
That's a coincidence, yesterday i send Triodos Bank an email about what they think about cryptocurrency in general, but specifically about what they think about the future of Guldencoin in the Netherlands.

I think banks will try to create a crypto in about 5/10 years, only one that CAN be manipulated...
