It's such a wonderful night to watch Napoli
They dominated Juventus as they are supposed to do
Five goals against a struggling Juventus who rely on defends now to score for en.

Congratulations to Napoli for the beautiful displayed they used to achieved three points from Juventus. Juventus performance was very poor from the beginning that made Napoli striker Osimhen to scored the first goal at 14 minutes to give their fans hope of winning the match and to maintain the first position till the end of the Italian league competition. Napoli succeeded to scored 5 goals to defeated Juventus and to alert other strong teams that this season title will definitely work for their favour, and they have all the tools to make it possible in this tournament.
I didn't even expect that this score would come despite Juventus' loss in their meeting with leaders Napoli. It's true that the game that Napoli displayed in this match was extraordinary, unfortunately Juventus couldn't even perform well so that 5 goals were created. 2 goals in the first half and an additional 3 goals in the second half locked their victory until the long whistle sounded. They didn't relax in the slightest even though they had scored a goal from Juventus, they kept trying to get goal after goal until the game really ended. Congratulations to Napoli for their crushing victory over the Juventus team.
It's was embrassing defeat against Juventus after winning eight matches consecutively and without conceding any goal, I wasn't expecting such a wide goal margin against a big team like Juventus, this was brilliant performance by Napoli showing their supremacy over their rivals in Italian Seria A, though Napoli unbeaten record this season was broken by AC Milan in their last fixture, they can back strongly in yesterday's match to prove their readiness in winning Scuddeto this season after waiting for 33 years and consolidate their top position in Seria A with 10 points, it's will be a remarkable achievement if they can be consistent till the end of the season.
1362  Economy / Economics / Re: Does a side job/business improve your finanical stability ? on: January 14, 2023, 07:46:08 AM

To make a living, we must work. In uncertain days like now facing the global economic downturn, a stable job with high income becomes a scarcity. A side job or business seems like more necessary than ever, which can minimize the risks of losing your current job, ending up pennyless. However, a side job/business also takes time and efforts and can never be attained whenever we need it. What did you do or will you do in order to ensure your finanical stability despite all unfavorable circumstances ?
It's always a good thing to have a side job considering the bleak global economy especially in IT industries which had been experiencing massive job cut, alternatively trading crypto or forex is a good side hustling to compliment a full time job, however combining the two will take a lot of time, investing in cryptos especially during bearish run is also a good alternative though it is better for a long term perspective which can guarantee a reasonable profit, setting up a business also requires a lot of time to monitor and flourish it, thus it is advisable to also have a plan B when working full time.

So how possible the draw?.

We know, on the paper, the city is better than MU, but usually, when playing at home and meet a strong team, MU will fight struggle and do not let the opponent win easy. but, We must don't forget the hattrick Haaland in Etihad stadium in October 2022. If MU can't handle this guy, for sure, Mu will lose again with same different goal even playing at home.

If Man Utd defence can curtail Haaland very well then Man City chances of scoring goal through him will be slim though there are other goal scores in their team however I think their midfielders always send passes to send him.
I think the final score of the match is dicey considering the recent form of Man Utd in their recent matches particularly Marcus Rashford who is currently on scoring streaks, I am not referencing any past history or records between the two clubs but the present form of the two clubs, I think Man Utd will resist or avoid the always embrassing defeats they usually suffer in the hand of Man City today, I am also predicting atleast a draw in that match.

I don't want to see Kane playing for Tottenham anymore. It is just wasting his time and nothing more. Just think about it. Tottenham have no success for many years. What would you do if you were in Kane's place? You are being seen as one of the greatest strikers but you are still wasting your skills with an unsuccessful team. I think Kane definitely deserves to win titles before it's too late for everything. He is getting old and this is just the time he needs to leave the team for his sake.
I don't say that he should go in winter but he should leave by the summer. Tottenham can't hold him by force anymore I guess. Levy did it before when Manchester City wanted him. But Kane would be very decisive this time if they finish the season without any success.
I wouldn't blame you if you are fed up with seeing Harry Kane trajectory at Tottenham. Harry Kane has been one of the longest serving players at Tottenham and the club has not been winning trophies. As a player, the main objective is to win trophies and when you don't see the Club performing in that direction for years making a move is the next option, everyone wants to be successful and Kane has given such for the club and deserves to be winning trophies.

It is high time that Harry Kane should move away from Tottenham now. There is no reason for him to stay there anymore. This club is not winning trophies for a long time. No one can say that this is the fault of Harry Kane. He has done a lot for this club. If it was anyone else they would have moved away from the club by now. And Tottenham also said that this season they are going to win the English Premier League title. But so far the indication has been different. I also agree that Harry deserves to win some trophies. And I don't think it is going to happen with Tottenham.

I believe it's not Harry Kane fault to remain in Tottenham while staying in trophy less club, recall his purported move to Man City in the season before the last was thwarted by his club chairman Daniel Levy he was in the verge to sign for City in that summer transfer window unfortunately Tottenham weren't ready to let him go, I think that was very unfair on the part of the club and it's absolutely incredible that such a striker with plenty numbers of goals to his credit at both club level and country is without a medal and trophy couple with the fact that age is no longer on sid,  while no big team is ready to sign him
1365  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts on revenge trading? on: January 13, 2023, 03:35:33 PM
Of recent, I've come across alot of people talking about traders chasing their losses which at the end, leads to possible blowing of accounts.
I understand that people trade with expections and most times when this expectations aren't met, they try as much as possible to chase after their losses and my questions are
~ what is your take on revenge trading?
~ Do you think people intentionally go into revenge trading or is is just emotional?
~ what will you advise someone making series of losses ?
Revenge trading is the worst thing that you can do to yourself and your account as well. Trading is a test of your emotional intelligence and patience. Things like revenge trading will only make you do hasty decision making nothing other than that. Which will give you even more losses and you'll become even more hungry for revenge and go into even more loss this cycle would continue until you blow your account.
Iam a victim of revenge trading unfortunately it had done more harm to my account than good, after some losing streaks I do embark on revenge trading due to emotion which I think it isn't intentional while deviating from my main trading strategy in most cases I blew up my account and have to start afresh, I believe this often common among newbies In a bid to recover losses swiftly ended up losing more money, though I always trade with the amount of money I can afford to lose, obviously to be successful in trading one has be well disciplined to overcome any form of emotion and also avoid changing trading strategy.

I found out that the real OpenAI has nothing to do with OpenAI ERC token, in fact it's a scam project trying to take advantage of AI success this year, the LOGO is the same, this was why I fell for the shit token.

I'm sorry about what happened and it's clearly a mistake that you have trusted and invested in them just because of their name. You should have done some research right before you invested. Scammers will always do everything to deceive you and to make their project look as if it's legit and trusted so you better be wise and observant all the time so you will not fall as their victim.
It is an unavoidable mistake by any newbie, those fraudulent developers will fake any project such that it will look real like OpenAI infact it will take extra efforts and thorough research for experienced crypto investors to really reveal that it's a scam, there had been several fake projects similar to that one, however I give credit to the OP for bringing it to the notice of the forum members, atleast this revelation will prevent potential investors to be aware and take caution in investing in it though it's pity the OP was a victim of the scam, had the OP made more enquiry online the issue of falling victim will have been avoided.
1367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: January 13, 2023, 02:42:42 PM
Statistically, Chelsea was superior to Fulham in this match, but that alone was not enough to get them points because they failed to convert the opportunities they created into goals. They fell behind first and had time to make hope with the goals they created in return. But the winning goal created by Fulham really cost them another defeat this week.
the statistics of the match did not affect the final result in the Chelsea vs Fulham match, I even saw that Felix did not make a big contribution in this match even though this was his first match, even worse he got a red card. Fulham's first goal was scored by Willian and Fulham's second goal by Vinicius, while 1 Chelsea goal was scored by Koulibaly who is a defender.
That's what I said before, that superior statistics can't guarantee they win when they don't score. The most glaring mistake made by Joao Felix was getting a red card in his debut match, which created an unfavorable impression. But seeing the game he played I think he was OK if he didn't get a red card in that game. This defeat extended Graham Potter's bad record while handling Chelsea.
Joao Felix was very impressive in his debut game, it's just unfortunate that he made that rough tackle that consequently earned him a red card, it's a pity he miss three matches at the time Chelsea key players had been on sideline due to injury this will be serious consign for   Graham Potter whose side is on the streak of poor runs in the league, though Chelsea dominated the match with possession and had more shots on goal, however the final score matter most, I give credit to Fulham for utilizing their chances perfectly and have not win against Chelsea since 2006.
1368  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: January 12, 2023, 05:46:15 PM
If somehow Fulham gets a positive result today , we might see some big changes again on the Chelsea managerial side but until then , Chelsea should be aware that Fulham are on a great run lately and 3 points today will bring them just 2 points behind Tottenham and european spots  Grin. For Chelsea , is kinda 3 points or nothing today as I don't expect Chelsea to play for a draw and players knows that another negative result will make the road towards UCL spots even harder...if that is even possible for them anymore.
From the look of things I don't think Chelsea has any chances of making top 4 this season even if they manage to win Fulham match considering the consistent performances of the club above them on the tabl, clubs like Newcastle, Man Utd, Liverpool and Man City won't drop point so easily,  firstly injury had sidelined Chelsea major key players in their squad, however will Joao Felix playing his debut match today make a difference? I hope so but " a tree can't make a forest" he still needed some quality teammates to compliment his efforts to perform brilliantly.
1369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: January 12, 2023, 02:31:54 PM
In the Carabao Cup match, in fact, Man City had to submit with a score of 2 goals from Southampton, even though statistically Man City was declared superior. Southampton's players only had a few chances and no more shots on target than Man City. Maybe this will be a reference for Erik Ten Hag in hosting Man City at Old Trafford later. At least with a strategy that can be said to be able to shut down the movement of Haaland and friends like what Southampton did.
Gourdiola didn't start the duo of Kevin DeBryne and Haaland in yesterday's match but the duo came on later unfortunately they couldn't the situation to get at least a draw eventually lost the match, honestly it's a good tactical approach deployed by Southampton and hopefully Erik Ten Hag might take a clue from that match to stop Man City this weekend with Rashford spearheading their attack and in-form by scoring goals consistently, Man Utd might sit back to defend and launch counter attack aggressively against their opponent, I believe that is best tactic to stop Man City else their opponent attack is very strong and can score goals freely at any attempt.
1370  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Anyone out there doing money by trading? How? on: January 11, 2023, 09:20:46 PM
I don't need to prove to anyone or make it public about profits I make through cryto trade and I believe it's same for every wise crypto trader for the sake of your security as you could make yourself a point of target to hackers and non-well meaning people around you through your public show.
It's better to lay low perhaps announcing your failures on trades much often than your successes. There are lots of crypto traders out there doing very well with profits and we don't need to loud it so OP go do your analysis well and come back with forensics to your claim.

This exactly my thought experience and professional traders won't publize or reveal their profits earned from trading and I believe it is personal issue because a lot of professional traders prefers to do their trading anonymously, infact they are so busy and earning well such they don't have time to mentor newbies, and it's very obvious such traders are profiting well based on the huge numbers of traders in the major exchanges and huge volume of crypto traded on daily basis, the OP should take time to learn all the basic skills required to become a successful trader of this this is not a day job but a long term training as well as learning and practicing with demo.

manchester city will play as best as possible to be able to maintain their position in second place in the standings, i think they don't want manchester united to hold a draw, because haaland is on fire and of course he will be a goal machine against manchester united later, can't wait for this derby match
The match which will take place at Old Trafford is being awaited by many people because the Manchester derby always has a lot of fans, especially since both of them are currently equally strong with their respective mainstay players.

And I think Manchester United also don't want to play in a draw because the Manchester United team is also aiming for a better place by trying to collect as many points as possible to be in second place until the end of the season, because Arsenal have looked difficult to catch up with their rivals this season
Honestly I will pick a draw in this derby match between Man Utd and Man City because of the recent form of Man Utd as well as playing at home is an added advantage meanwhile Man City had not been very impressive lately they drew their match against lowly rated Everton, managed a one nill narrow win over an injury depleted side who played majorly their second team both in EPL, although won 4-0 against the same injury ravaged Chelsea though Man City had always dominated their arch City rival in most of their previous meetings however I am predicting atleast a draw match or a narrow win by Man Utd.

"Here We Go"

Reported from Fabrizio Romano about João Félix have reached verbal agreement and move to Chelsea with loan option and earn €11m all amount pay or converted by Chelsea. I think good option and agreement deal reach both team between Atletico Madrid and Chelsea due João Félix have contract left until 2027.
Chelsea has sealed a loan deal for Joao Felix worth 16 million euros, Chelsea's decision to recruit Joao Felix was the right decision after several of their attackers were currently injured, I think the arrival of Jaoa Felix is at least good news for Chelsea fans who are currently starting to feel sad regarding Chelsea performance which is getting worse, but whether Jaoa Felix will be able to adapt well at Chelsea  or not of course we still need to wait to see him in action at Stamford Bridge later, the decision to borrow Felix can be said as an alternative for, because difficult for Chelsea to get Mudryk who is indeed  is currently valued quite dearly by shaktar donetsk, but by getting Felix, Chelsea automatically opens the door wider for Arsenal to get Mudryk from Shaktar Donetsk  Grin.
I think Chelsea needed the services of Joao Felix more than Arsenal due to their numerous numbers of injured players, the news is that he (Joao) had already team up with other players for training today hopefully if cleared he will play for Chelsea against Fulham, He is young and a very talented player although I think his loan has a clause however I think he is going to cost Chelsea huge sum of money if they wanted to permanently sign him at the end of the season, meanwhile Arsenal only needed a centre forward or alternatively sign Mudryk who can play in the wing or flank while Martinelli might shift to the striking role or as a substitute for Nketiah.

I heard lots of stories online that there are people who are making a living in sports betting, and honestly it really inspires me that's why I'm still gambling now. So I'm just curious, do we have members of the forum here that are making a living in sports betting? Can they share some inputs on how to be successful like them?

I hope they will share so we will know if it's really possible. I mean, as the saying goes, casinos always win because they have the advantage, so how come people are making a living in sports betting?
Truly there are plenty gamblers in third world countries who makes a living via sport betting due to the high rate of unemployment in their countries thus are full time gamblers, of course they are very skillful in analyzing matches and they usually have a group chat where they suggest pick of the day, I came across one of their forum where many of them do table their present condition in term of reliance on betting to make end meet or for a living, consequently they make money and some reasonable profits from winnings from their bettings, however I don't think this is applicable in advance countries where people gamble just for fun at times do earn extra income from it.

Newcastle are having a fine season, one of the best season they have had in a very long time which has been made possible by the change of ownership of the club which has seen Newcastle making some big signings in recent transfer windows and have strengthened the team to a level they can now compete even against top teams in the league for the top four spot.
Yes, they have become a club that should be considered and watched out for by the big Premier League clubs now. They have started the season very well and stand among the big clubs who are usually in the top 4 in the table. Hopefully they can keep up with what they've achieved, and they don't look to be in the top flight not just this season but next season Newcastle can consistently be in this place. In fact, I hope they can be at the top of the standings or even higher by winning the Premier League. They have the money to be able to build a solid team.
Iam not surprise about Newcastle resurgence this season it was due to the huge investment by the Saudi Arabian Billionaire on the club, recall last season the club battled relegation and eventually made a tremendous improvement courtesy of Eddie Howe when he bought few quality players like Trippier, it's obvious if the club  eventually made top 4 this season more quality players will show interest in the club during summer transfer window thus next season Newcastle will be a very strong and formidable team capable of defeating any team.

According to a Spanish online news Chelsea had agreed a verbal agreement to sign Joao Felix on loan from Atletico Madrid despite offers from Arsenal and Man Utd, I think Chelsea needed the service of the youngstar at this point in time when majority of their key players are injured, Joao Felix is a very talented player who plays No 10 position very well thus brings more options for Graham Potter side and a good move by the club to build a future formidable team with the present young players in their squad provided that club owner Boehly gives Graham Potter more time to rebuild the club.

Remember the first trading lesson you learned as a newbie? Did it come from a win or a loss? A loss teaches you about the reality of the market, protects you from becoming cocky, and humbles you. When you are a beginner trader, a small loss is not a terrible thing. Losses teach you proper trading risk management strategies and techniques and respect for the market and prepare you for long-term success.

Remember the first lesson you learned as a beginner trader? Did it come from a loss or a win?
I started trading with just $10 I made some profits before losing all my funds I was taught a lesson by the market, the mindset of doubling that amount within the shortest period of time  prompted my over trading and got punished by the market, after I refunded my account again greediness was another problem I encountered, there instances where I made some reasonable profit in crypto trading instead of taking profit quickly and quit I left my position with hope of earning more profits unfortunately markets always reverses and I ended up losing part of funds.
1377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: January 09, 2023, 02:59:20 PM
Tottenham will host Arsenal this week, and for sure this will be a hot match that will be presented. Arsenal are still on a positive note even though last week they were only able to draw at home to Newcastle. Tottenham started the league again with a slight stumble because they had to lose against Aston Villa at home, but in the next match they were able to win again when they crushed Crystal Palace. Arsenal are coming to extend their fine run, but Tottenham will not want to be humiliated in front of their own public.
This is another highly contestable London derby match in their first fixture this season in 01/10/ Arsenal won that match convincingly 3-1 Emirate in the reverse fixture coming up White hartlane, Arsenal cannot afford to lose this match else their five points lead will be reduced to two points if they lost the match while Tottenham will try to consolidate their top 4 position if the win, thus it's going to be a very competitive and keenly contested match between the two rivals, Arsenal last draw match against Newcastle really dropped their points, though Man City who are second on the table will play Man Utd another tough match.
1378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Free crypto possible ? Or impossible? on: January 08, 2023, 08:48:08 PM
Even in some years back you can't get free crypto anywhere except you perform some task like working on faucets, filling of Captcha etc even airdropping involves some simple task like filling of some forms, even bounty hunters do perform series of task before earning some profits which at times most of the coins become worthless after listing in an exchange, however it has become difficult or effort in futility to get free crypto nowadays thus the best bet is to source for fund and invest in crypto or better still learn some programming language and graphic design to earn some crypto.

And Chelsea falls under Manchester City sword again in consecutive matches, Chelsea would now rethink their decision to sack Tuchel and employ their new head coach.

I believe Chelsea has had better games when they played under Tuchel than they are playing under this present coach, they lack game plan and the players were not able to connect with each other.

I really love what is happening to Chelsea right now because it was obvious that the owner and the board took a bad decision by sacking Thomas Tuchel without giving him much of time, and I did know that they're definitely gonna regret sacking Tuchel one day.
And now not long ago after the sack they are beginning to feel the heat and it won't end there , The current coach Potter is definitely on hot seat at this point in time and we could equally hear the sack news anytime soon.
What's happened with Chelsea is that it sucks where they want Graham Potter to be able to handle more than Thomas Tuchel but in fact it's worse and Graham Potter doesn't seem to have the potential to get Chelsea back on a better path as they have been losing a lot now and lost 4- 0 is an embarrassment to Graham Potter and coach.
This will be a hot rumor for Potter he will put more pressure on him because he doesn't bring Chelsea to the better maybe the management board will insist on what happens next whether to sack or keep him because this is the first season he has started at Chelsea while the contract is still long enough.
Losing 1-0 in the Premier League, and now they have to lose 4-0, not getting better but their situation getting worse when facing the same team. In a hurry, maybe that's the right word to describe how Chelsea's management made the decision to sack Thomas Tuchel. Graham Potter who was appointed as the next coach was even worse than the previous coach. Will they now do the same by firing Graham Potter again? The decisions to be taken are even tougher now for Chelsea's management to make their team even better.
I don't expect any positive result from this present squad played by Graham Potter losing two consecutive matches against Man City,  Chelsea had been struggling with injuries to majority of their key players nine keys players, Reece James, Kante, Pulisic, Wesley Fofana, Sterling, Ruben Loftus-Cheek etc their team is not strong and formidable enough compared to Man City whose players are injury-free, many academy players is now drafted to their main squad, Tuchel won't make any difference with this squad with many inexperience players so sacking Graham Potter isn't the solution now, the board should take a decision whether to sign more players or continue with the present squad till those injured players returns.
1380  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading as a newbie? on: January 08, 2023, 01:51:49 PM
Recently I have been trying to come up with ways of making some money on the side and thinking of giving trading a go.

I have zero experience and have just been looking on Coinbase at the best and worst performers of the day.

Don't have the mindset of making money in trading when you don't have any idea about trading.  What you should consider first is to learn,  have knowledge about it first. Trading does not make one to be rich but can help one to financial stable expecially when their is a source of income as a beginner.  Don't think trading is something you can just start and make a lot of money . You have to give your time and learn trading,  if you learn and understand you gain good profits in trading.
I think that is where newbies always get it wrong when it comes to trading, their mindset is earning profits first without taking the rigorous learning steps of trading, that is why 95% traders always loses their portfolio majority always liquidate or rekt their funds due to lack of knowledge, the OP needed to study, learn and practice via demo or stimulation until profit making is consistent, trading is not gambling where the price of a coin is predicted to pump in certain period of time, however trading with knowledge in Technical, Fundamental analysis couple with a strategy  are needed to guarantee consistent profit earning however all these comes with learning and experience.
