It seems you misunderstood Pmalek's comment. He is not asking why there are still people who fall for such obvious scams but he is addressing the question to you.
Why did you visit the website and created an account on it although you knew it's a scam! I know it's unlikely to get hacked by visiting a website, especially if you know what you are doing, but it's still not worth it.
Anyway, I've reported the domain name too.

If the casino sets a limit on how much you can bet on an event, then, logically, you are not supposed to place another bet on the same event. If the odds decrease, as in this case, then this is a different matter and the player can place a second bet.
If the casino doesn't want this to happen then they should state it clearly on their ToS or simply add a feature to prevent users from placing multiple bets on the same event.

لا يمكن أن ننسى ان بعض تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي تستغل مثلا في المجال الطبي و قد مكنت من إنقاذ عديد الأرواح مثل الكشف عن بعض الأمراض بشكل مبكر او حتى التعرف على بعض متحورات الفيروسات الجديدة مثل فيروس كورونا.
بالنسبة لاستغلالها في العملات الرقمية فباعتقادي هي لحد الان مجرد دعاية و لا يوجد أي فائدة من هذه العملات، على الاقل لحد الان. نفس الشيئ ينطبق على تطبيقات WEB 3.

When you open your rollbit wallet and try to make a deposit you will see a warning stating that you must deposit over the Ethereum network and you must not use the BNB or BSC networks.
In fact, most casinos/exchanges will tell you they can't help in such case. Rollbit's offer to recover your funds for a $200 isn't worth it, but for some others it might be seen as a great/fair deal considering the risks involved.

اعتقد ان هناك دول أخرى قامت بذلك بالفعل لكن ذلك لم يشكل اي فرق ملحوظ على سوق العملات الرقمية. بل بالعكس يمكن أن يكون التاثير سلبي اكثر منه إيجابي. اغلب المستثمرين يضعون اموالهم في هذا السوق غالبا لضعف التشريعات و هو ما يمثل فرصة لهم إذ لا يوجد أي قوانين تحدد الأسعار لذلك تكون هناك فرصة لتحقيق أرباح كبرى. إضافة لذلك فإن أغلب التشريعات يكون الهدف منها الضغط على المستثمرين و اجبارهم على دفع ضرائب مشطة بدل حمايته و حماية اموالهم.

شكرا على نشر المقال اخي albon لكن يبدو أن اختيار الكاتب لهذا العنوان هو فقط لجلب الزيارات. المشكل الذي تحدث عنه و الذي بسببه لا ينصح بشراء عملة تيثر معروف منذ مدة طويلة لذلك استغربت اختيار العنوان.

شخصيا ليست لدي ثقة في اي عملة ثابتة و لا انصح بالاحتفاظ بأي منها لفترة طويلة. إضافة لذلك، ما الفائدة من الاحتفاظ بعلة رقمية ثابتة و تخزينها لفترة طويلة؟ لماذا لا يتم الاحتفاظ بالدولار الحقيقي و استعماله لشراء اي عملة أخرى عندما تكون هناك حاجة لذلك؟

هذه خطوة معقولة و متوقعة نظرا لنوع الخدمة التي يقدمها هذا البوت و إمكانياته الهائلة. اذا تم بيع الخدمة فستدر على الشركة اموالا طائلة كم اني متأكد ان إمكانيات البوت لا تتوقف على ما تم نشره و انه يتم العمل على مزيد تطويره.

اعتقد ان الهدف من جعل استخدام البوت مفتوح للعموم في هذه الفترة، إضافة للتعريف به، هو تجربة إمكانياته و اكتشاف ان كانت فيه اي مشاكل لاصلاحها قبل البدأ بتقديمه كخدمة مدفوعة. احسن طريقة لاكتشاف النقائص هي هذه الفترة من خلال الضغط على البوت بأكبر شكل ممكن و معرفة قدرته على التعامل مع مختلف الطلبات. كما أن الذكاء الاصطناعي يقوم اساسا على التعامل مع البيانات و يتعلم من الأخطاء و هذه افضل طريقة لجمع اكبر قدر من البيانات.

لاحظت ان اغلب المتقلقين من هذا البوت متقلقين منه لامكانية استغلاله من قبل الطلبة بتجاوز الامتحانات!
بصراحة، هذا يجب أن يكون آخر مخاوفنا من هذا البوت. اي شخص مبدع عليه أن يفكر كيف يمكن أن يستغله لتطوير عمله. في المستقبل القريب سنرى عديد الخدمات المدفوعة المبنىة على هذا البوت.

تعديل: يبدو أن شركة مايكروسوفت بدأت باستغلال بوت chatgpt لتطوير محرك البحث الخاص بهم Bing. كما أن شركة قوقل بدأت بالعمل على بوت خاص بها بعد شعورهم بالخطر الذي يمثله هذا البوت على محرك البحث الخاص بهم.

There are already many open scam accusation threads against Ole777 on the scam accusation board.
They need to address those complaints because their reputation is being devastated.
The good thing is that the official representative is active and responding here but he needs to reply on those threads(on the scam accusation board) @and address each case individually.

There is no reason to do this and you don't have to send them any proofs, everything they need is already on the blockchain.
All they have to do is to look up the recipient address on any block explorer and they will see that they, indeed, received the ~$500 you sent to them.
It's a shame but it's clear from the response of their customer support agent that they don't even the basics of how cryptocurrencies work: asking for a receipt from an exchange! Don't they know that people can use personal wallets too?
Then saying you could have sent btc to an eth address! Just give me a wallet which will let you do that!

This reminds me of those service providers which always asks you to leave them a feedback or rate the quality of their services each time you complete a deal with them.
When I see such pop-up window, I immediately close it even if their service deserves a high rating.
I find such behavior annoying, so better avoid it especially if it's your first deal with your countreparty.

You won that 0.005 btc by wagering from the bonus money and when you asked to cancel the bonus, you had to realize that any money you've won was supposed to be forfeited too. The good thing is that you were able to withdraw the money you deposited. If I were you, I would be satisfied with this outcome and move on.

I totally understand. It's normal that under some circumstances a borrower can find himself unable to repay a loan on the due date but the least he has to do is to contact the lender and explain his situation and ask for an extension. @elegigglebets, I can see you didn't create a scam accusation thread against them yet! Maybe you need to do it to create some noise and bring their attention to your case. You will need to follow the proper format which you can copy from the sticky thread on the scam accusations board. You will also need to provide all the evidences you have.
Casinos may seize customers funds under some circumstances or when there is an ongoing investigation. But saying that an investigation may take up to six months is not acceptable.
Hope they will solve this case asap.
